Description
The present invention relates to an actuator that electrically drives a rotating shaft, and more particularly to a valve actuator control method for preventing condensation of an actuator that is coupled to a rotary valve such as a ball valve or a butterfly valve for air conditioning and rotates them. About .
For example, if a cooling or refrigeration fluid is supplied to an air conditioning pipe equipped with a rotary valve such as a ball valve, the temperature of the outer surface of the pipe or rotary valve falls below the dew point, subject to atmospheric temperature and humidity. Condensation occurs on these outer surfaces. For this reason, usually, a heat insulating material is wound around the outer periphery of the pipe and the rotary valve so as not to make direct contact with the air to prevent condensation on these parts.
By the way, this type of rotary valve is generally equipped with an actuator for rotational driving, but when the outer periphery of the rotary valve is wound with a heat insulating material, this actuator mounted on the upper part of the rotary valve is Usually, it is exposed to the outside from the heat insulating material.
When cold heat from the cold water passing through the rotary valve is transmitted to the actuator via the flange and the stem of the rotary valve and the valve stem, the actuator output is in contact with the outside air at a position near the flange. Condensation occurs on the shaft. If condensation occurs inside or outside the actuator, rust will occur inside the actuator, electrical faults such as leakage will occur, or water droplets may flow around and contaminate the surroundings. In order to prevent the condensation, for example, a member having a low thermal conductivity is interposed between the stem of the rotary valve and the output shaft of the actuator, or a heat insulating member is provided in the actuator. However, there are the following to prevent condensation more effectively.
In addition, an electric motor for driving the valve and electrical components necessary for controlling the electric motor are housed in a hermetically sealed storage case, a heater for heating the inside of the storage case, and energization of the heater. There is an electric valve actuator that is provided with a switching element that is turned on and off by self-control and that keeps the inside of the storage case at a temperature range that does not raise the temperature above a certain temperature and does not cause condensation (for example, see Patent Document 2).
Further, there is a dew condensation prevention device for an AC motor provided with a single-phase heating control circuit that causes a three-phase inverter to operate in a single phase when the AC motor is stopped and applies the single-phase output to the AC motor (see, for example, Patent Document 3). ). This dew condensation prevention device operates a single phase of the inverter to generate a single phase voltage in a specific phase, and prevents dew condensation of the electric motor body when the operation is stopped by this single phase heating.
These are intended to positively prevent condensation by heating the inside of the actuator.
However, the actuator of
In the electric valve actuator in
Moreover, since the dew condensation prevention apparatus of
The present invention has been developed as a result of intensive studies in view of the above-described circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to efficiently heat the inside of the main body without increasing the number of parts and to ensure the occurrence of condensation. An object of the present invention is to provide a valve actuator that can be prevented. Further, reliably increased in temperature in either or stopped in operation, it is to provide a method of controlling an actuator for a valve which can prevent dew condensation always the body regardless of the operating state.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, in the valve actuator for driving the electric motor to open and close the valve body of the valve, the electric motor is fixed to a support plate, and when the electric motor rotates. The generated heat is transmitted into the cover through the support plate to raise the temperature, and a transistor and a resistor having a resistance value larger than that of the transistor are arranged in parallel on the power supply line to the electric motor, The resistor is mounted in contact with the support plate, and suppresses an excitation current that holds the electric motor in a stopped state when the valve body reaches a predetermined opening and the transistor is turned off. Thus, the valve actuator control method is configured to increase the temperature by transmitting heat generated from the resistor to the support plate .
According to the present invention, it is not necessary to use a separate component such as a heater for heating, and the components mounted inside are actively used without increasing the number of components other than the actuator drive system components. Thus, the inside of the actuator can be heated. In addition, by turning the main body into an energized state, the inside can always be efficiently heated during operation to stop, while maintaining a constant high temperature inside, it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of condensation , Aside from the power supply line to the electric motor, the temperature can be kept constant without providing a circuit for heat generation .
Further, since the internal temperature change is small, deformation of each component due to temperature change can be suppressed, and a valve actuator capable of reliably transmitting power from the electric motor and performing stable driving can be obtained.
In addition , heating of the output shaft can be prevented when the temperature inside the main body rises, and internal components are heated uniformly to prevent an increase in rotational sliding resistance of the output shaft, ensuring reliable power from the electric motor. It is possible to obtain a valve actuator that can be smoothly transmitted and output.
In addition , it is possible to obtain a valve actuator that can effectively transfer heat to the support plate and can efficiently raise the temperature inside the actuator when rotation of the electric motor is stopped.
Furthermore , it is possible to obtain a control method for a valve actuator that can reliably raise the temperature inside the main body during operation or stop, and always prevent condensation inside the main body regardless of the operating state of the electric motor. it can.
Moreover , the inside of the actuator body of the valve can be always heated , and the internal temperature change is small, so that deformation due to temperature change of each part can be suppressed, and the positional relationship of the internal drive parts changes. it is possible to obtain a control method of an actuator for the valve is not provided.
An example of a valve actuator according to the present invention will be described in detail based on an embodiment.
1 to 3, the
The
The
As the
In the present embodiment, the
The
Thus, the

The

Next, a control method of the valve actuator will be described.
The valve actuator according to the present invention transmits heat generated from the

Subsequently, when the exciting current flows through the A phase and B phase of the
The valve body of the
Along with this, a current that bypasses the transistor Q 5 flows from the
As described above, when the
Further, the
