【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、建具や家具の引き戸に使用される戸車装置に関するものであり、車輪の位置調節が可能な戸車装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
建具や家具の引き戸の下端部には、引き戸の移動を容易にするために戸車装置が取り付けられる。旧来の戸車装置は、単に車輪をネジ等で固定するものに過ぎなかったが、近年、レールに対する位置合わせを容易にするために、引き戸に取り付けた状態で車輪の位置を調整することができるものが知られている(特開平9−60399号他)。
例えば特開平9−60399号に開示された戸車装置は、カムを使用して車輪を左右方向(車輪の走行方向に対して左右 以下同じ)に移動させることができる。すなわち特開平9−60399号に開示された戸車装置では、外ケースから露出した操作部を回転してカムを回動させ、車輪を左右方向に移動させる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記した様に、引き戸に取り付けた状態で車輪の位置を調整することができる戸車装置が知られているが、従来技術の構成は、いずれも車輪の移動量に対する操作部の操作しろが小さく、左右移動の微調整が困難であるという不満がある。
すなわち実際上、引き戸に取り付けた車輪の位置が、レール等の軌道から大きく外れていることは無いので、施工現場において戸車装置の車輪を移動させなければならない量は、1mm程度である。
これに対して従来技術の戸車装置では、ドライバー等によって操作部を90°程度回動させただけで、車輪は左右方向の移動しろの全域に渡って移動してしまう。そのため従来技術の戸車装置は、ドライバー等をほんの少し回しただけで車輪が大きく移動し、ドライバー等の回転量が僅かであるために微調整がしづらい。
そこで本発明は、従来技術の上記した問題点に注目し、車輪を左右方向に移動させる際の操作部の操作量が大きく、微調整が容易である戸車装置の開発を課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そして上記した課題を解決するための請求項1に記載の発明は、車輪を有し、当該車輪の位置を、車輪の走行方向に対して左右方向に移動させる左右移動機能を有する戸車装置において、ケース部材と、ケース部材に対して相対的に移動可能であり、車輪と左右方向に一体的に移動する左右移動部材と、ケース部材に対して左右方向の移動が規制された駒部材と、駒部材を車輪の走行方向に移動させる駒移動手段を有し、左右移動部材はコの字状であり、左右移動部材は天部及び底部を有し、駒部材の上面と下面は、天部と底部に挟まれて摺動し、前記駒部材の上面及び下面と左右移動部材は傾斜面を介して係合し、駒移動手段によって駒部材を車輪の走行方向に移動させることによって左右移動部材が左右に移動し、車輪が左右に移動することを特徴とする戸車装置である。

図1は、本発明の実施形態の戸車装置の正面図、側面図、平面図及び底面図である。図2は、図1の戸車装置の分解斜視図である。図3は、図1の戸車装置の左右移動部材及び駒部材の詳細断面図である。図4は、図1の戸車装置の正面断面図であり、上下方向へ移動する状態を示す。図5は、図1の戸車装置の平面断面図であり、左右方向へ移動する状態を示す。

各図において、1は本発明の実施形態の戸車装置を示す。本実施形態の戸車装置1は、ケース部材2と、車輪3、車輪保持部材5、左右移動部材6、駒部材7及び前後移動部材8によって構成されている。

溝部40を構成する奥部45には、さらに凹部52が設けられている。
