Claims (3)
- 金属部材の表面にショットを高速で投射して塑性歪みを持たせることにより、該金属部材を曲げ加工するショットピーニングによる金属部材の成形方法において、
前記金属部材の表面に投射したショットによる金属部材の塑性歪みの状態を、該金属部材の表面に温度境界条件を設定したときの熱歪みの状態に置き換えて、金属部材の材料特性及び成形形状に応じた温度境界条件を数値計算によってシミュレートするステップと、
前記金属部材に対するショットの投射条件と温度境界条件との関係の基礎データを予め採取しておくステップと、
前記シミュレートするステップにより得られた温度境界条件を、前記基礎データを予め採取しておくステップで得られた基礎データに基づいてショットの投射条件に変換するステップと、を有することを特徴とする金属部材の成形方法。 - 請求項1記載の金属部材の成形方法によって前記金属部材に曲率の異なる曲面を連続して形成する方法であって、前記金属部材の表面を、成形後の曲率が同一乃至近似する領域毎に分割し、各分割領域の曲率に応じて得られたシミュレート結果に基づいて各分割領域におけるショットの投射条件をそれぞれ設定し、設定した各投射条件に切り換えながら前記金属部材に連続的にショットを投射して該金属部材に曲率の異なる曲面を連続して形成することを特徴とする金属部材の成形方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の金属部材の成形方法で成形される前記金属部材が、鉄道車両の先頭部分に用いられる外板であることを特徴とする金属部材の成形方法。
