Description
(a)比変更ユニット(「バリエータ」)と;
(b)バリエータの両側に接続された2つの入力を有する第1の遊星歯車と;
(c)原動機により駆動される入力及びバリエータの両側に接続された素子を有する第2の遊星歯車と;
(d)最終駆動シャフトと;
(e)低速レジームにおいて第1の遊星歯車の出力を最終駆動シャフトに選択的に接続するための低速レジームクラッチと;
(f)第1の遊星歯車の出力に接続され、バリエータに対して接続されるか又は接続可能であり、高速レジームクラッチにより高速レジームにおいて最終駆動シャフトに接続できる第3の混合遊星歯車と;を有し、
高速及び低速レジームが少なくとも1つのバリエータ比において一致し、バリエータが低速及び高速レジームにおいて反対方向に作動することを特徴とする連続可変比変速機(CTV)が提供される。好ましくは、高速及び低速レジームの作動範囲は重なる。
(a)比変更ユニット(「バリエータ」)と;
(b)バリエータの両側に接続された2つの入力を有する第1の遊星歯車と;
(c)原動機により駆動される入力及びバリエータの両側に接続された素子を有する第2の遊星歯車と;
(d)バリエータの両側にそれぞれ接続された2つの交互に駆動される被駆動回転可能部材のうちの1つによりバリエータに接続できる最終駆動シャフトと;
(e)第1の遊星歯車の出力を最終駆動シャフトに選択的に接続するために、第1の遊星歯車の出力と最終駆動シャフトとの間に位置する第1のクラッチと;を有し、更に、
被駆動回転可能部材のうちの少なくとも一方と最終駆動シャフトとの間に位置し、第1の遊星歯車及び被駆動回転可能部材から入力を受け取る第3の混合遊星歯車と;
第3の遊星歯車を介して一方の被駆動回転可能部材を最終駆動シャフトに選択的に接続するために、一方の被駆動回転可能部材と最終駆動シャフトとの間に位置する第2のクラッチと;を有することを特徴とする連続可変比変速機(CVT)が提供される。
Claims (7)
- 連続可変比変速機(CVT)であって、
(a)バリエータと;
(b)バリエータの両側に接続された2つの入力を有する第1の遊星歯車と;
(c)原動機により駆動される入力及びバリエータの両側に接続された素子を有する第2の遊星歯車と;
(d)最終駆動シャフトと;
(e)低速レジームにおいて第1の遊星歯車の出力を最終駆動シャフトに選択的に接続するための低速レジームクラッチと;
(f)第1の遊星歯車の出力に接続され、バリエータに対して接続されるか又は接続可能であり、高速レジームクラッチにより高速レジームにおいて最終駆動シャフトに接続できる第3の混合遊星歯車と;を有し、
高速及び低速レジームが少なくとも1つのバリエータ比において一致し、バリエータが低速及び高速レジームにおいて反対方向に作動することを特徴とする連続可変比変速機。 - 高速及び低速レジームの作動範囲が重なることを特徴とする請求項1の連続可変比変速機。
- 連続可変比変速機であって、
(a)バリエータと;
(b)バリエータの両側に接続された2つの入力を有する第1の遊星歯車と;
(c)原動機により駆動される入力及びバリエータの両側に接続された素子を有する第2の遊星歯車と;
(d)バリエータの両側にそれぞれ接続された2つの交互に駆動される被駆動回転可能部材のうちの1つによりバリエータに接続できる最終駆動シャフトと;
第1の遊星歯車の出力を最終駆動シャフトに選択的に接続するために、第1の遊星歯車の出力と最終駆動シャフトとの間に位置する第1のクラッチと;を有し、
変速機が更に、
被駆動回転可能部材のうちの少なくとも一方と最終駆動シャフトとの間に位置し、第1の遊星歯車及び被駆動回転可能部材から入力を受け取る第3の混合遊星歯車と;
第3の混合遊星歯車を介して一方の被駆動回転可能部材を最終駆動シャフトに選択的に接続するために、一方の被駆動回転可能部材と最終駆動シャフトとの間に位置する第2のクラッチと;を有することを特徴とする連続可変比変速機。 - 第3の混合遊星歯車を介して他方の被駆動回転可能部材を最終駆動シャフトに選択的に接続するために、他方の被駆動回転可能部材と最終駆動シャフトとの間に位置する第3のクラッチを更に有することを特徴とする請求項3の連続可変比変速機。
- 第2及び第3のクラッチが、一方の被駆動回転可能部材と第3の混合遊星歯車との間及び他方の被駆動回転可能部材と第3の混合遊星歯車との間にそれぞれ位置することを特徴とする請求項4の連続可変比変速機。
- 他方の被駆動回転可能部材と最終駆動シャフトとの間に位置し、第1の遊星歯車の出力及び他方の被駆動回転可能部材から入力を受け取る第4の遊星歯車と;
第4の遊星歯車を介して他方の被駆動回転可能部材を最終駆動シャフトに選択的に接続するために、他方の被駆動回転可能部材と最終駆動シャフトとの間に位置する第3のクラッチと;を更に有することを特徴とする請求項3の連続可変比変速機。 - 第2及び第3のクラッチが、第3の混合遊星歯車と最終駆動シャフトとの間及び第4の遊星歯車と最終駆動シャフトとの間にそれぞれ位置することを特徴とする請求項6の連続可変比変速機。
