【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機の賞球路こぼれ球処理装置に係り、更に詳しくは遊技及び賞品の媒体に共通のパチンコ球を使用して縦向きで遊技に供されるパチンコ遊技機にあって、機裏側の賞球払出し部から払出されて機表側の球受け皿側に排出され賞球路に貯留する賞球が、裏機構盤の開放時に賞球経路からこぼれ落ちたときにこれを下球皿に回収しうる賞球路こぼれ球処理装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種の遊技機に代表されるパチンコ機やアレンジボール機では、縦向きの保持枠をなす外枠に組付けられた開閉搭載枠をなす前枠に、ガラス扉(ガラス窓ともいう)、上下の球皿、球送り・打球発射装置、そして球貯留・排出処理部を有する裏機構盤等の遊技構成部材が夫々常備され、前枠裏側の収容枠に所要のゲーム領域を有する遊技盤が着脱交換可能にセット保持されている。

そして遊技盤面内で展開されるパチンコゲームにおいて、入賞として遊技球が、入賞器具に入って発生したセーフ球や図柄(数字)入球口に入って成立した図柄組合せ得点に対応して、裏機構盤の賞球払出し部から所定数単位の賞球が払出されて、以後賞球は、第1の排出経路を介して上球皿側へ排出され、この経路内での賞球充満以降は、第2の排出経路を介して下球皿側へ排出される。また遊技盤面内に到達し得なかった遊技球は、ファール球としてファール排出経路を介して下球皿側へ戻される。

なお従来のパチンコ遊技機において、上記第1の排出経路は、裏機構盤の側部に形成されて賞球払出し部の下方に位置する排出室と、この排出室の下方で前方に開口された出口と、収容枠の側部に前後に開口された通出口とを含み、上球皿の上流端裏側に設けられた通出樋を介して上球皿に連絡される。また上記第2の排出経路は、裏機構盤の下部に形成されて前記排出室又は出口から分岐連絡された賞球排出路と、前枠の下部裏側に取着された球受け箱とを含み、前枠の下部に前後に開口された球出口を介して下球皿に連絡される。

一方前記ファール排出経路は、発射レール上端と遊技盤の案内レール下端との間に開口されたファール口と、収容枠の下部中央に開口された回収口とを含み、前記球受け箱及び前記球出口を介して下球皿側に連絡される。ちなみに上球皿では、球抜き装置・経路を利用して皿内の球を前記ファール排出経路に向けて抜出し得、また下球皿では、球抜き装置・球抜き口を利用して皿内の球を抜出し得るようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで従来のパチンコ遊技機では、ガラス扉及び上球皿そして裏機構盤が、ともに開閉(横開き)可能に組付けられて、収容枠に対する遊技盤の着脱交換や遊技盤の表側及び裏側の点検・修理等ができるようになっている。このような構成にあって、第1の排出経路の下流側関連部位、すなわち収容枠の通出口の前口側の下部に球受け回収部材が、また上球皿の通出樋の裏口側に球規制(開閉)部材等が夫々付設されているものがある。

このような賞球こぼれ落ち防止対策により、パチンコゲーム中において、遊技盤の前側点検、調整などの必要に応じて上球皿を開放した際に、通出口の前口や通出樋の裏口からこぼれ落ちた賞球を球受け回収部材で拾い受けて(回収して)前記ファール排出経路から下球皿側へ戻し得る一方、通出樋の裏口を球規制(開閉)部材で閉状態にして賞球がこぼれ落ちないように工夫した技術が見られる。

しかしながら、上記のような従来のパチンコ遊技機にあっては、第1の排出経路の上流側関連部位に、賞球こぼれ落ち防止対策を施す技術思想はなく、またその具体的な技術も皆無であった。このためパチンコゲーム中において、遊技者から遊技盤裏側のトラブル発生(例えばセーフ球詰まり、ランプ類やスイッチ類等の不調や異常)を指摘された場合、管理者側では、それが確認で済むことや短時間で点検、調整できるような事態であっても、即座に対応処理(処置)することができなかった。

すなわち、第1の排出経路の上流側関連部位に、賞球こぼれ落ち防止対策を備えていないために、トラブル発生に対応して裏機構盤を開放した場合には、第1の排出経路における裏機構盤の出口内や収容枠の通出口内に通入していた賞球がこぼれ落ちて紛失してしまい、遊技者の不利益を招く虞れが多分にある。このため管理者側での対応処理としては、ゲームを一旦中断したもとで、上球皿側での球抜き操作により、第1の排出経路内の賞球を抜き出し終えることを待って裏機構盤を開放しなければならず、このような処理に案外時間がかかり、遊技者にとっては大いに迷惑であり、また管理者にとっても気忙しい対応となる。

このような状態にあって、特に遊技者にとって最も有利とされる特別遊技成立状態の発生期待感が高まっている時点で、前述したトラブルが発生して即座に確認し、復旧対応処理ができないともなれば、ゲームの興趣低下どころか遊技者に対する補償問題にまで発展する事態を招きかねない。このため現実における管理者側の対応では、トラブル発生機について当該遊技者に事情承諾を得た上で、いわゆる「故障機」扱いとしてそのまま放置し、当日の営業終了後に改めてトラブルを確認、点検して適切な復旧処置している状況にあり、これがために当該「故障機」に係る稼動、営業利益の損失も大きな問題になることがあった。

本発明は、上記のような課題を解決するべく新規に提案したもので、球皿に連絡された賞球の排出経路からこぼれ落ちる賞球を下球皿に回収して、遊技盤の裏側トラブルに対応する点検・調整等を短時間で行い得るようにした賞球路こぼれ球処理装置を提供することを目的とし、以ってパチンコゲームに対する興趣の低下を解消しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的達成のため、本発明は縦向き保持枠をなす外枠に対して開閉可能に組み付けられた開閉搭載枠をなす前枠に、ガラス扉、上下の球皿及び打球発射装置等が装備される一方、前枠裏側の収容枠に遊技盤が着脱可能に収容セットされ、収容枠裏側に賞球払出部及び球払出処理経路を有する裏機構盤が開閉可能に装備されたパチンコ遊技機にあって、裏機構盤(例えば、実施形態における裏機構盤7、以下同様)に形成された賞球用の排出室(80)とその出口(81)及び収容枠(3)に形成されて上球皿の通出樋と連絡し得る通出口(35)を含む賞球経路に対して、裏機構盤を開放したときに賞球経路からこぼれ落ちる賞球を回収処理するためのこぼれ球処理手段を設けて賞球処理装置を構成する。こぼれ球処理手段では、通出口の裏側開口面に臨む球受け口(171)を有する球受け部材(170)が開閉変化可能に収容枠に支持されて常には裏側方向の開放方向に付勢されると共に、この球受け部材内に受け入れたこぼれ球を下球皿(22)側へ戻し得る回収路(球受け樋173、回収樋163など)が形成され、収容枠裏側に対する裏機構盤の閉鎖整合セット状態において、球受け部材が閉鎖状位置に押さえ込み保持されているもとで、裏機構盤の開放時に対して球受け部材が開放状位置に変化して球受け口を通出口の裏側開口面に臨ませ得るように設定する。

上記賞球処理装置では、裏機構盤に形成された賞球経路に対して裏機構盤を開放したときに賞球経路からこぼれ落ちる賞球を回収処理するためのこぼれ球処理手段が設けられている。こぼれ球処理手段では、球受け口を有する球受け部材が開閉変化可能に収容枠に支持されて常には裏側方向の開放方向に付勢されるとともに、球受け口から球受け部材内に受け入れたこぼれ球を下球皿側へ戻し得る回収路が形成されている。球受け部材は、収容枠裏側に裏機構盤を閉鎖整合セットした状態で閉鎖状位置に押さえ込み保持されており、裏機構盤を開放した時に球受け部材が開放状位置に変化して球受け口を通出口の裏側開口面に臨ませるように設定している。

このため、収容枠の通出口に貯留する賞球が裏機構盤を開放した時に通出口の裏側開口からこぼれた場合であっても、裏側開口面に臨む球受け口から球受け部材内にこぼれ球を受け入れて下球皿へ回収することができ、これにより裏機構盤を開放したときに収容枠側から賞球がこぼれ落ちることを未然に防止することができる。なお、本明細書にいう賞球用の排出室とは、賞球の払出装置から払い出される賞球の排出領域をいい、その出口とは排出室から収容枠に至る経路の出口領域をいう。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る賞球路こぼれ球処理装置について、好適な実施例を挙げて添付図面を参照しながら説明する。なお本実施例では、遊技盤面内でセーフ球とアウト球との区分発生を含むパチンコゲームを展開し得るパチンコ機を主として、賞球路こぼれ球処理装置を実施した例を示す。

まず本実施例のパチンコ機PM全体の基本的構成を図3〜図5を参照して要約説明すると、外郭方形枠サイズに構成された縦向き保持枠をなす外枠1の前側面域に、これに合わせた方形枠サイズに構成された開閉搭載枠をなす前枠2が、開閉及び着脱が可能に組付けられて常には閉鎖状態に保持される。そしてこの前枠2の各部に必要な遊技構成部材として、前枠2の前側面域に合わせてガラス扉(ガラス窓ともいう)4及び上球皿5がともに開閉及び着脱が可能に組付けられる一方、上球皿5の下部に打球発射装置21及び下球皿22が装備されており、また前枠2裏側の収容枠3内に遊技盤6が着脱交換可能にセット保持され、収容枠3裏側に裏機構盤7が開閉及び着脱が可能に装備されている。

前枠2と収容枠3とは、一体に樹脂成形された前後2重枠形態を例示する。収容枠3は、前枠2の窓口Wに合わせた裏側に位置して、枠部3aの3周囲内面と下部に形成された遊技補助盤30の水平上端面とにより、方形のセット面域Sを画成して窓口Wと整合している。そして遊技補助盤30の各部において、発射レール31と、スピーカ32等を内蔵したケースカバー33及び球案内具34等が取着され、また賞球用の通出口35と集合回収口37がそれぞれ前後に連通して開口されている。

上球皿5では、前枠2の前側開口面の左右幅に合わせた横長方形の開閉板51前面に、皿部材52を組付けセットした合体構成とされている。そして開閉板51の左端部裏側に突設された賞球用の通出樋53が、収容枠3の通出口35の前口面に整合連絡され(図6参照)、また開閉板51の右端部に開口された送り口とその裏側に装着された球送りカセット(共に図示しない)を利用して、皿部材52内の球を発射レール31側に送出し得る。

なお、皿部材52に付設された球抜き54の球抜き操作により、皿部材52内に貯留する球を開閉板51の裏面中央部に開口された球抜き口55から集合回収口37へ抜き出し得る(図6参照)。一方、下球皿22では、前枠2の下部盤20前面で球出口25に合わせて装着されて、貯留した賞球を球抜き26を利用して抜き出し得る。なお球出口25の裏側には、集合回収口37とも連絡される球受け箱24が取着されている(図6参照)。

遊技盤6は、収容枠3のセット面域Sに対して、裏側から着脱されるタイプを例示し、収容枠3の裏側周囲に配設された係合手段63で固定保持される。そして前面の案内レール61内側に、各種の遊技部品(入賞成立を発生し得る大小の入賞具や図柄表示装置等を含む)と多数本の遊技釘との設定配置に基づくゲーム領域を構成すると共に、アウト口62を形成しており、盤裏側には各入賞具の裏出口から転出するセーフ球を案内する球寄せカバーや各種の中継基盤、スイッチ及びランプ(図示しない)等が取着されている。

裏機構盤7は、図5に略示するように収容枠3背面の上方部(遊技盤6の背面上端部)側に装備されて球の貯留・供給処理を図る第1の機構部70と、収容枠3背面の中央部及び下部(遊技盤6の背面主要部)にかけて装備されて球の払出し及び排出処理を図る第2の機構部75とに区分して、両機構部70,75が整合(合体)されて窓口Wを構成した形態を例示する。

前述したような基本的構成を備えた本実施例のパチンコ機において、遊技盤6の裏側点検等に際し、裏機構盤7の第2の機構部75を開放する必要がある場合を考慮して、同機構部75から上球皿5側、下球皿22側に連絡する夫々の賞球経路の途上に、経路の開閉並びに賞球の通出規制そしてこぼれ球処理を図るための賞球路開閉通出規制に係る手段が装備されている。

開閉操作具130は、その後端に十文字形の係合溝132を形成しており(図12参照)、図1に例示するように第2の機構部75の外側において、操作用具としての一般的なドライバー(例えばプラスドライバー)を、カバー9裏面の孔145から球抜き路87を横通して支持筒141内に挿入したもとで、同ドライバーDの先端を係合溝132に係合して所定方向に回動操作できるようになっている。

このように、開閉機構100では、管理者が裏機構盤7の裏面側からドライバーを用いて開閉操作具130を回動操作することにより、開閉板110を昇降させて出口81の前側開口面を開状態と閉状態とに変化させることができる。このため、図1に賞球経路の閉状態及びこぼれ球処理状態を示す側断面図を、図2に平断面図を例示するように、出口81の前側開口面を閉状態とすることで賞球の排出室80及び出口81に貯留する賞球の移動を規制し、賞球をこぼれ落とすことなく裏機構盤7を開放し所要の点検等を行うことができる。

また、開閉板110に上述したような開口高さの連絡口112を設けることにより、開状態において出口81における上段の賞球の通出規制が図られ、通出口35には下段の賞球のみが通入し得る。このため、通出口35内に多数の賞球が留まり難く、裏基板開放時に通出口35の裏側開口面からこぼれ落ち得る賞球数を減少させることができる。さらに、このような開口高さの連絡口形態により、開状態(下降位置)と閉状態(上昇位置)との間の開閉板110の昇降移動量(ストローク)を小さくすることができ、これにより操作具130や軸支具120を含む開閉機構100を小型に構成することができる。

ちなみに支持筒141の内孔径及びカバー9の孔145の内径は、ともに球径よりも小さく設定されており、球抜き路87を通過する賞球が支持筒141内に詰まったり、孔145からこぼれ落ちるようなことはない。また、カバー9における孔145の表面周囲に開閉操作方向を示す矢印等が付してある。

そして蓋板160では、セット口161の側縁(図9では右側縁)に案内長口165を有するこぼれ球用の球止め壁164が形成されており、回収樋163が、集合回収口37の裏面側方に連絡されている。また球受け部材170では、両側にこぼれ球用の球止め壁174a,174bを形成すると共に上端に上面視凹形の球受け口171を形成しており、一方の球止め壁174aに突出したストッパー用の支ピン175を蓋板160の案内長口165に挿入し、他方の球止め壁174bの下方に、球受け樋173と回収樋163とを連絡する球出口176が形成されている。

そしてこの球受け部材170は、その内部中央のカバー部177内に取着したバネ178を遊技補助盤30の裏側に圧接し得るようにして、常には球受け開放方向に付勢されたもとで、開閉基枠体71内側の押え部151で直接押込まれた状態では、蓋板160と同一立面で整一した起立閉鎖位置に保持されている(図6参照)。

一方、裏機構盤7が開放されて押さえ部151から解放されると、バネ178を利用して瞬時に後向きに傾倒されて、球受け口171を通出口35の裏側直下方に臨ませ得る球受け開放位置に保持されるようになっている。このため、図1及び図2に賞球経路の閉状態及びこぼれ球の処理状態を示すように、裏機構盤7開放時に通出口35の裏側開口部からこぼれる賞球を、球受け口171から球受け部材170内に受け入れることができ、受け入れた賞球を球受け樋173、球出口176、回収樋163、集合回収口37及び球受け箱24を介して下球皿22へ回収する(特許請求の範囲における回収路に該当する。図9参照)。従って、このようなこぼれ球処理手段150によれば、裏機構盤7を開放したときに通出口35の裏側開口部から賞球がこぼれ落ちることを未然に防止することができる。

また、例えば上述した開閉機構100を装備していない場合であっても、裏機構盤7がわずかに開放された状態で球受け部材170がただちに傾倒され、球受け口171が通出口35の裏側直下方に開口するため、裏機構盤をわずかに開いた条件のもとで、裏機構盤の出口81からこぼれ落ちる賞球をこぼれ球処理手段150を用いて下球皿22に回収することも可能である。

なお第2の賞球経路にあっては、図6に例示するように賞球の排出路83下端(球受け箱24の開口面の上方)に対してスライド式の開閉板181が必要に応じて出入れできるようになっている。この開閉板181については、薄肉金属材より方形状に形成されたものを例として、図示のようにカバー9下端及び賞球の排出路83下端に形成された差込み口182に対して第2の機構部75の外側から出入れして、賞球の排出路83と球受け箱24の遮断、連絡を図り得るようになっている。ちなみに差込み口182に挿入された開閉板181は、第2の機構部75の開放状態においても差込み保持されたままとし得、また不要時にはカバー9の外側に掛着保持されるようになっている。
