The movable valve plate and the lock member are preferably mounted so as to be swingable by a support shaft, and the movable valve plate interferes with the swing surface of the lock member when the movable valve plate swings. The lock member is prevented from moving backward by the lock member, and the lock member is retracted from the rocking surface of the lock member when the ball is removed. Accordingly, it is preferable that the lock member be moved back.
[0018]
Further, it is preferable to operate the lock member from the front side of the pachinko gaming machine, and it is preferable to operate the lock member with an operating rod or the like inserted from an operation opening provided on the front surface of the pachinko gaming machine.
[0019]
Further, the lock member and the movable valve plate may return to a position for closing or holding the ball outlet by an urging force of an urging member such as a spring.
[0020]
Further, the lock member may be provided so as to be movable linearly. The lock member is always located below and is in contact with and engaged with the movable valve plate. And the lock member can be returned by the return movement of the movable valve plate.

Reference numeral 46 denotes a cover member for covering the ball removing device 45, which is made of black resin in order to prevent malfunction of the photoelectric switch 40 for detecting a ball cut.
A guide groove 47 for the operation rod S inserted from the operation opening 11 is formed in an upper portion of the cover member 46. It should be noted that the ball out detection switch 40 may use a limit switch or a sensor of a detection type such as an electromagnetic type or a capacitance type.
[0026]
The movable valve plate 43 is formed in an L-shape by a plate-shaped portion 43 a and a weight 49, and is rotatably pivotally attached to a support shaft 48 so as to open and close the ball outlet 41. A first position for closing the ball 41, a second position for opening the ball outlet 41, and a third position for preventing the downflow of pachinko balls in the ball supply path 35 are provided so as to be freely displaceable. The ball is always urged to close the ball outlet 41 by its own weight, and is rotated downward as shown by the chain line in FIG. 6 to be displaced to the second position by the ball load on the upper surface of the plate portion 43a. Then, when the ball removal is completed and the pachinko ball no longer rides on the upper surface of the plate-shaped portion 43a and is released from the ball load, the ball 49 is turned to the first position for closing the ball outlet 41 shown by the solid line in FIG. It is designed to return to motion.
[0027]
Further, on the upper surface of the plate-shaped portion 43a of the movable valve plate 43, an inclined step portion 50 in which the downstream side of the ball supply passages 35, 35 is lowered is provided. The downstream plate portion on the downstream side of the step portion 50 is formed to have a size enough to accommodate one pachinko ball, the pachinko ball is guided from the ball tank 20 to the ball discharging device 24, and a plurality of pachinko balls are provided in the bending guide gutter 23. In a state where the balls are continuous, one pachinko ball is placed exactly on the upper surface of the downstream plate portion of the movable valve plate 43. A step 51 having substantially the same shape as that of the step 50 is provided on the upper side wall 352 of the ball supply path 35 where the plate-shaped section 43a of the movable valve plate 43 is located. Further, the tip of the movable valve plate 43 is bent in a hook shape, and the tip thereof is located at a position substantially coincident with the upper end of one side wall 351 of the vertical passages 35b, 35b. Then, even if the plate portion 43a of the movable valve plate 43 is bent by the ball load, the tip of the plate portion 43a is located above the upper end of the side wall 351 of the vertical passage portions 35b, 35b, and the pachinko ball flows down. So as not to cause any trouble. That is, the bent portion of the distal end of the movable valve plate 43 is set to the length of the bending range of the movable valve plate 43. The weight of the weight portion 49 is selected such that the movable valve plate 43 is rotated by the load of one pachinko ball placed on the upper surface of the plate portion 43a of the movable valve plate 43. Further, the cam piece 53 is located on the side of the movable valve plate 43 and is engaged with the lock member 44 and interferes with the rocking surface of the lock member 44 to prevent a return movement. Is provided. The cam piece 53 includes an engaging portion 53a that engages with the lock member 44, and a reciprocating motion that interferes with the rocking surface of the lock member 44 and prevents reciprocating motion while the movable valve plate 43 is displaced to the second position. A blocking portion 53b and an engaging portion 53c with which the movable valve plate 43 engages with the lock member 44 at the ball stopping position are provided. The cam piece 53 is provided with an operation section 53d for operating the movable valve plate 43 to the ball stopping position. When the movable valve plate 43 is displaced to the second position, the shape of the return preventing portion 53b is always selected within the rocking surface of the lock member 44.
[0028]
On the other hand, the lock member 44 is provided on the rear surface of the rear side wall 33 and coaxially with the detection levers 37, 37 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction. At the lower end, a locking portion 54 that engages with the engaging portion 53a of the movable valve plate 43 is formed in an arc shape centering on the shaft 38, and an operation piece 55 is provided via the shaft portion. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the operation piece 55 has an inclined surface 55 a on the front side, and when the operation rod S inserted through the operation opening 11 is pressed, the lock member 44 is turned counterclockwise as shown by an arrow in FIG. 5. It turns around.
[0029]
Under normal conditions, the movable valve plate 43 is biased by its own weight to the position shown by the solid line in FIG. 6 and tries to enter the ball supply path 35, but the engagement between the engaging portion 53 a of the cam piece 53 and the locking portion 54. In this case, the rotation is restricted, and the movable valve plate 43 is restrained at the first position where the ball outlet 41 is closed. On the other hand, the restricting member 44 is urged to rotate by its own weight, and the restricting piece 57 as positioning means provided on the cover body 56 causes the locking portion 54 to face the engaging portion 53a and the operating piece 55 to move. The normal position is regulated so as to be located at the operation opening 11. At this time, the movable valve plate 43 has its contact end portion located outside the straight line connecting the lock member 44 and the swing shafts 38 and 48 of the movable valve plate 43, and rotates in the ball removing direction. It is blocking. On the other hand, the lock member 44 is in an operable state because the cam piece 53 does not interfere with an arc surface which is a movement locus of the lock member 44 about the rotation shaft 38. Note that a positioning means for positioning the first position of the movable valve plate 43 may be separately provided.
[0030]
Next, the ball removing operation will be described. In a state where the pachinko balls are stored in the ball supply paths 35, 35, an operation rod S such as a wire is inserted into the operation opening 11 provided on the front surface of the pachinko game machine as shown in FIGS. Then, the distal end portion of the operation rod S comes into contact with and presses the inclined surface 55 a of the operation piece 55 via the guide groove 47 of the cover member 46. By this pressing action, the lock member 44 rotates counterclockwise as shown in FIG. 5 to release the contact engagement between the locking portion 54 and the engaging portion 53a, and the movable valve plate 43 is set in the free state. Become. When the movable valve plate 43 is in a free state as shown by the chain line in FIG. 6, the load of the pachinko ball on the plate portion 43a causes the movable valve plate 43 to pivotally move to the second position where the ball outlet 41 is opened. Then, the pachinko ball riding on the upper surface of the downstream plate portion of the plate-shaped portion 43a is pushed downward by the following pachinko ball, and falls through the ball outlet 41 at the head. Further, the following pachinko balls subsequently fall in almost a single line and fall into the ball drop path 42. As described above, the pachinko balls fall into the ball-extracting path 42 and are removed without the balls getting into the ball-shaped area near the entrance of the ball-extracting path 42 and clogging. At this time, even though the lock member 44 attempts to return by its own weight, the cam piece 53 of the movable valve plate 43 rotates within the movement trajectory of the lock member 44, and the engagement portion 53a and the return prevention portion 53b are moved. Due to the interference, the lock member 44 comes into contact with the return preventing portion 53b, and the return of the lock member 44 is prevented. At this time, as a matter of course, a load that does not prevent the return displacement of the movable valve plate 43 to the first position is selected as the load of the lock member 44.
[0031]
When the ball is removed and the stored balls in the ball tank 20 and the ball guiding gutter 22 are exhausted, the plate-shaped portion 43a is released from the ball load, and the movable valve plate 43 closes the ball outlet 41 by its own weight. And the backward movement preventing portion 53b retreats from within the circular arc surface which is the movement locus of the lock member 44. Accordingly, the lock member 44, which has been in contact with the backward movement preventing portion 53b and has been prevented from returning, also rotates by its own weight while contacting the backward movement inhibiting portion 53b, and the backward movement inhibiting portion 53b moves along the movement path of the lock member 44. When the lock member 44 is completely retracted from within the arc surface of the lock member 44, the lock member 44 is restricted by the restriction piece 57, and the locking portion 54 returns to a predetermined position where it can be engaged with the engagement portion 53a. At this time, since the locking portion 54 and the engaging portion 53a are not in the contact state, the return movement of the lock member 44 becomes smooth without any resistance. Then, the pachinko balls can be stored in the ball supply paths 35, 35, and even if the pachinko balls are supplied and stored, the locking portion 54 and the engaging portion 53a come into contact with each other, and the movable valve plate 53 is locked by the lock member 44. It is fixed and held and cannot rotate.
[0032]
As described above, when the movable valve plate 43 is in the ball-extracted state, the return movement preventing means (return movement prevention part 53b) which interferes within the movement locus of the lock member 44 is provided. Since the backward movement is prevented, once the ball removal operation for operating the lock member 44 is performed, the movable valve plate 43 closes the ball removal opening 41 at the end of the removal of the ball, and the lock member 44 automatically moves backward. As a result, the movable valve plate 43 can be brought into a non-rotatable state. For this reason, there is no problem that the movable valve plate 43 keeps the ball opening 41 open, and the ball removing operation for removing the balls of many pachinko gaming machines in a hall or the like is simplified, and the working efficiency is remarkably improved. In addition, the pivotal support direction of the movable valve plate 43 and the lock member 44 is not limited to the embodiment, and may be provided to be orthogonal or parallel to the flowing direction of the mechanism plate 15 or the ball. Further, it goes without saying that the movable valve plate 43 and the lock member 44 may have different pivotal support directions.
[0033]
Next, the ball stopping action will be described. In order to prevent the pachinko balls from flowing down in the ball supply paths 35, 35, the operation piece 55 of the lock member 44 is once rotated counterclockwise as shown by the chain line in FIG. In a state where the 53 is set in a free state and the operating portion 53d of the cam piece 53 is then operated to cause the plate-shaped portion 43a of the movable valve plate 43 to enter the ball supply paths 35, 35 as shown in FIG. The locking member 44 is moved back to bring the locking portion 54 into contact with the engaging portion 53c, thereby holding the movable valve plate 43 in a ball stopping state. In this state, when the plate-shaped portion 43a enters the ball supply paths 35, 35, the passage width of each of the ball supply paths 35, 35 becomes narrower than the diameter of the pachinko ball. , 35 pachinko balls cannot flow down and are stopped. At this time, even if a ball pressure is applied to the plate-shaped portion 43a, a load is applied to the shaft 38 of the lock member 44, so that the ball stopping state is not released. In order to release the ball stopping state, the lock member 44 is rotated counterclockwise again to release the engagement between the locking portion 54 and the engaging portion 53c and supply the ball to the plate-shaped portion 43a. By retracting from the passages 35, 35 and rotating and displacing to the first position for closing the ball outlet 41, the lock member 44 is moved back to engage the locking portion 54 with the engaging portion 53a. The ball stop is released, and the pachinko balls can flow down the respective ball supply paths 35.
[0034]
In the above embodiment, the lock member 44 and the swing shaft 38 of the detection lever 37 are coaxial, but as shown in FIG. It may be provided so as to be swingable by the shaft 58, and can be accommodated between the rear side wall 33 and the front side wall 32, so that the size can be reduced. This embodiment is different from the above-described embodiment in that a lock member 44 is provided with a locking projection 62 for locking the movable valve plate 43 at a ball stopping position, and the upper surface of the weight 49 is used as an engagement portion 59. In the normal state, the locking portion 54 of the lock member 44 is locked to the engagement portion 59 so that the movable valve plate 43 is fixedly held at the first position where the ball outlet 41 is closed. At this time, it is preferable to provide a temporary fixing means such as a small projection 108 for preventing the plate-shaped portion 43a from entering the ball supply path 35 due to the weight of the movable valve plate 43. The location and shape of the temporary fixing means are not limited, and the plate-like portion 43a may be directly temporarily fixed.
[0035]
Then, in the ball removing operation, the operation member S such as a wire is inserted into the operation opening 11 provided on the front surface of the pachinko game machine to swing the lock member 44 to swing the locking member The locking is released, and the movable valve plate 43 swings to open the ball outlet 41 as shown by the chain line in FIG. At this time, when the movable valve plate 43 further swings by the ball load, the weight 49 enters the swinging surface of the lock member 44, and further swings the lock member 44. When the ball removal is completed, the movable valve plate 43 returns to the position indicated by the solid line in FIG. And the first position of the movable valve plate 43 is locked and held in contact with the engaging portion 59, so that the pachinko balls can be stored in the ball supply paths 35. At this time, when the detection lever 37 faces the inside of the ball supply paths 35, 35 and the shielding plate 39 shields the optical axis of the photoelectric switch 40, the ball out notification lamp 13 is turned on or blinks to notify the ball out. Therefore, it is possible to use the ball out notification lamp 13 as a confirmation means for confirming whether or not the ball has been completely removed. That is, if the ball-out notification lamp 13 does not light or blink, the movable valve plate 43 and the lock member 44 are moved back during the ball removal for some reason, the ball outlet 41 is closed, and the ball supply path 35 Since the pachinko ball remains in the ball, the ball can be reliably removed by performing the ball removing operation again.
[0036]
The ball stopping operation of this embodiment is performed by moving the movable valve plate 43 in the direction of the ball supply path 35 which is a direction different from the direction in which the ball is pulled out, as shown by the chain line in FIG. When the plate 43 is pressed and temporarily fixed to the small projection 108, the plate-like portion 43a of the movable valve plate 43 enters the ball supply passages 35, 35, and the passage width of each ball supply passage 35, 35 is set to the diameter of the pachinko ball. It becomes narrower and pachinko balls cannot flow down. Then, the locking member 44 is operated to lock the locking protrusion 62 to the engaging portion 59, thereby maintaining the ball stopping state. Even if a ball pressure is applied to the plate portion 43a in this state, a load is applied to the shaft 58 of the lock member 44, so that the ball stopping state is not released. To release the ball stopping state, the lock member 44 is operated to release the engagement between the locking projection 62 and the engaging portion 59, and the engaging portion 59 is engaged with the locking portion 54. As a result, the movable valve plate 43 is locked at the first position, and the ball stopping state is released. The movable valve plate 43 may be provided with a concave portion into which the small projection 108 fits, and the small projection 108 may be fitted into the concave portion to lock and hold the movable valve plate 43 at the ball stopping position. The location and shape of the regulating means are not limited, and the plate-like portion 43a may be directly provisionally regulated. For example, a protrusion is provided on the side surface of the movable valve plate 43, and the protrusion is provided on the side plate portion or the mechanism plate 15 of the bending guide gutter 23 opposed to the protrusion so as to regulate the rotation range of the movable valve plate 43 when the ball is removed. May be provided with a guide groove in which the can move. At the time of ball stopping, it is also possible to temporarily stop the ball stopping position by moving the protrusion so as to be disengaged from the guide groove and pressing the protrusion against the side plate portion or the mechanism plate 15 of the bending guide gutter 23, A concave portion in which the projection fits may be provided at a position deviated from the guide groove, and the ball stopping position may be locked and held by fitting the protrusion into the concave portion. It is preferable that the movable valve plate 43 and the lock member 44 are formed of a material having good slippage with each other.
[0037]
Further, in the above embodiment, the ball outlet 41 is provided on the bottom surface between the curved passage portion 35a and the vertical passage portion 35b, but the ball outlet 41 is provided from the start end to the end end of the ball supply passages 31, 35. It may be provided at any position, and may be a side wall of the curved passage portion 35a or the vertical passage portion 35b or a connection portion with the ball dispensing device 24 which is a terminal portion of the ball supply passage 35. Further, it is also possible to provide a ball supply path in the ball tank 20 and open a ball outlet 41 in the ball tank 20 to provide the ball punching device of the present invention.
[0038]
12 and 13 show an embodiment of a ball punching device 45 in which a ball outlet 41 is formed in one side wall 351 of the vertical passage 35b. The size of the ball hole 41 is selected so that a plurality of pachinko balls are simultaneously drawn. Note that components different from those of the above-described embodiment are mainly ball stopping means, and therefore, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and described. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12, the vertical passage portion 35b is moved so that the ball center of the first pachinko ball to be removed from the ball and the pachinko ball supporting the pachinko ball are shifted from each other. The pachinko ball is slightly bent so that the center of the ball is on the movable valve plate 43 side. In a normal state, the movable valve plate 43 is supported by a weight 48 so that the ball outlet 41 is closed by the plate-shaped portion 43a, and the stopper piece 43b regulates the rotation to the passage 35b side. The weight 49 serves as a return preventing portion, and the side surface serves as an engaging portion 59. On the other hand, the locking member 44 has a locking portion 54 formed at one end, and is axially supported 58 so that the locking portion 54 is engaged with the engaging portion 59 by the load of the operation piece 55. The first position at which the ball outlet 41 is closed is fixedly held. At this time, the load of the weight 49 is set to be larger than the load of the operation piece 55 and smaller than the load of one pachinko ball. The back plate 33 is formed with a cut groove 61 into which the movable valve plate 43 moves and is fitted. The support shaft 48 of the movable valve plate 43 is supported by a support piece 33 a protruding from the back plate 33. ing.
[0039]
The ball stopping means of this embodiment has a claw-shaped ball at a position corresponding to the side end of the movable valve plate 43 and the partition wall 34 and projecting between the pachinko balls continuously waiting in the ball supply path 35. The stop piece 60 is formed so that the movable valve plate 43 is moved along the support shaft 48 different from the direction in which the ball is removed. The outer plate 32 has an arc groove 64 in which the ball stopper 60 can move. In a normal state, the ball stoppers 60, 60 are retracted from the ball supply paths 35, 35, so that the pachinko balls can flow down the ball supply paths 35, 35. Reference numeral 63 denotes an operation pin for stopping the movable valve plate 43.
[0040]
Next, the ball removing operation of the ball removing device 45 will be described. As in the above-described embodiment, when the operation bar S from the front side of the pachinko gaming machine or the operation piece 55 is directly operated from the back side to release the engagement between the locking portion 54 and the engaging portion 59, the movable valve The plate-like portion 43a of the plate 43 is pushed by the load of the pachinko ball in the vertical passage portion 35b, and the movable valve plate 43 swings to the second position to open the ball outlet 41 shown by the chain line in FIG. 35, 35 pachinko balls are removed to the ball removal path 42. When the pachinko ball is removed from the ball outlet 41, the lock member 44 is prevented from moving backward by the weight 49. The stopper piece 43b works so that the pachinko balls to be removed are always in contact with each other even if there is a gap between the pachinko balls to be continuously removed in the removed state. The valve plate 43 does not close the ball outlet 41 due to the closing operation, and the ball is reliably removed to the end.
[0041]
When the ball removal is completed, the movable valve plate 43 swings back by the load of the weight 49 to close the ball outlet 41, and the lock member 44, which has swinged once by the return movement of the movable valve plate 43, is operated by the operating piece. The swinging return is performed by the load of 55, and the locking portion 54 engages with the engaging portion 59 of the movable valve plate 43 to prevent the movable valve plate 43 from swinging. In addition, although the ball vent 41 was established in the vertical passage 35b, the passage may be inclined.
[0042]
In the ball stopping operation of this embodiment, first, the operation pin 63 is pulled forward, and the movable valve plate 43 is fitted into the cut groove 61 as shown in FIG. The pachinko balls in the ball supply paths 35, 35 can be easily stopped by the ball stoppers 60, 60 simply by causing the ball stoppers 60, 60 to enter the ball supply paths 35, 35. The range of movement of the movable valve plate 43 in the pivoting direction is restricted by the support piece 33a that supports the rotating shaft 48. In this ball stopping state, the pachinko balls in the ball supply path 35 are moved by the movable valve plate 43. The engaging portion 54 and the engaging portion 59 are in an engaged state. At this time, the falling direction of the pachinko ball is orthogonal to the moving direction of the ball stopper 60, so that the ball stopping state is not easily released. Next, in order to release the ball stop, the movable valve plate 43 fitted in the cut groove 61 is pushed into the ball supply path 35 side and removed from the cut groove 61, and the ball stopper pieces 60, 60 are removed from the ball supply paths 35, 35. The ball stop is released only by retreating, and the pachinko balls can flow down the ball supply paths 35, 35. It is preferable to provide a stopper for restricting the movement of the movable valve plate 4 in the direction of the support shaft 48 so that the movable valve plate 43 does not normally move in the direction of the support shaft 48 to prevent the pachinko balls from flowing down. For example, a stopper for regulating the operation pin 63 may be separately provided, or a stopper may be provided on the lock member 44 so that the movable valve plate 43 does not fit into the cut groove 61. When the ball stops, the stopper is released to be movable. The valve plate 43 may be moved in the direction of the pivot 48.
[0043]
In the above-described embodiment, the movable valve plate 43 is fitted into the cut groove 61 to prevent the rotation of the movable valve plate 43. However, the movement of the ball stopper 60 is previously provided without providing the cut groove 61. The movable valve plate 43 may be formed by reducing the width of the movable valve plate 43 by the dimension so that the movable valve plate 43 can move within the range of the ball supply paths 35 of the bending guide gutter 23. As a matter of course, when the ball stopper 60 is retracted, it is preferable that the ball-shaped portion 43a supports the ball center of the pachinko ball so that the pachinko ball flows down. Then, the movable valve plate 43 is moved along the support shaft 48 by the ball stopping operation, and the ball stopping piece 60 protrudes into the ball supply path 35 to be in a ball stopping state.
[0044]
In addition, although the passage width of the ball supply path 35 of the ball guiding gutter 22 and the bending guiding gutter 23 is set to the passage width of one pachinko ball, the width may be wide in which pachinko balls are randomly arranged. For example, as shown in FIG. 14 and FIG. 15, the path width of 21 mm to 24 mm at which the pachinko balls can flow down in a double row or a half double row on the upstream side, 12 mm to 15 mm in which the pachinko balls flow down in almost one row by the curved portion. It may be. The width of the passage is not limited to this, and the passage width on the upstream side may be such that three to five pachinko balls can be arranged.
In this embodiment, the ball outlet 41 is formed in a curved portion that gradually narrows the passage width, and a movable valve plate 43 is swingably disposed so as to close the ball outlet 41. A ball drop detection function 105 is added to the valve plate 43. A lock member 44 for restricting the swing of the movable valve plate 43 is located above a shaft support 48 of the movable valve plate 43 and is swingably supported. The locking member 44 is provided with a locking projection 62 for locking the ball stop position of the movable valve plate 43, and the locking member 54 of the locking member 44 is normally engaged with the upper surface of the weight 49 as an engagement portion 59. The movable valve plate 43 is fixed to the first position where the movable valve plate 43 closes the ball outlet 41 by being locked to the portion 59. In the ball punching device 45 configured as described above, the engagement between the locking portion 54 and the engaging portion 59 is released by operating the lock member 44, and the movable valve plate 43 is connected to the pachinko The ball swings due to the load of the ball, and is removed to the ball removal path 42. At this time, the lock member 44 is prevented from moving backward by the movable valve plate 43, and the ball removal detection switch 105 is turned on to notify the ball removal state. Then, when the ball removal is completed, the movable valve plate 43 released from the load is moved back, the lock member 44 is moved back with the movement, the locking portion 54 is engaged with the engaging portion 59 and the movable valve plate 43 The swing will be restricted.
[0045]
Next, the ball stopping operation is performed by causing the plate-shaped portion 43a of the movable valve plate 43 to enter the ball supply path 35 and engaging the locking projection 62 with the engaging portion 59 as shown by the chain line in FIG. Further, the leading end of the movable valve plate 43 is locked and held in a state where the passage width of the ball supply path 35 is smaller than the diameter of the pachinko ball, so that the pachinko ball can be prevented from flowing down. However, even at the time of the ball stopping operation, the movable valve plate 43 is moved and the ball removal detection switch 105 is likely to operate. However, compared to the moving range of the plate-shaped portion 43a entering the ball supply passage 35, the weight portion is reduced. Since the movable range on the 49 side is small, the ball removal detection switch 105 does not operate. To release the ball stopping state, the locking member 44 is operated to release the engagement between the locking projection 62 and the engaging portion 59, and the locking portion 54 is engaged with the engaging portion 59. The stop state is released, and the pachinko balls can flow down in the ball supply path 35.
[0046]
FIG. 16 illustrates another embodiment of the ball stopping means. In this embodiment, the locking member 44 is provided with ball stopping means 65. Specifically, the ball stop piece 109 that enters from the opening 68 formed in the bent passage portion 35a is formed so as to protrude between the pachinko balls continuously waiting in the ball supply path 35. . In a normal state, the rotation of the lock member 44 is restricted by the small protrusion 110, and is prevented from entering the bent passage portion 35a. To remove the ball in this state, the lock member 44 is operated as shown by the chain line in FIG. The movable valve plate 43 is rotated by the load of the pachinko ball, and the pachinko ball in the ball supply path 35 is removed from the ball path 42. When the ball removal is completed, the movable valve plate 43 closes the ball removal opening 41 by its own weight, and the lock member 44, which has been prevented from returning by the movable valve plate 43, automatically returns, and the ball removal opening is completed. The closed state of 41 is maintained.
[0047]
Next, the ball stopping operation will be described. First, when the locking member 44 is operated with a force exceeding the regulation of the small protrusion 110 to cause the ball stopper piece 109 to protrude from the opening 68 into the bent passage portion 35a as shown in FIG. The piece 109 can smoothly penetrate between the pachinko balls in the bent passage portion 35a to stop the pachinko balls in the ball supply path 35. At this time, the engaging portion 59 functions as a holding portion and fits into the concave portion 111 formed in the locking portion 54, thereby reliably holding the ball. To release the ball stopping state, the engagement between the engaging portion 59 and the concave portion 111 is released, and the locking member 44 is rotated so that the ball stopping piece 109 retreats from the bending passage portion 35a. By engaging the locking portion 54 with the locking portion 54, the ball stopping state is released, and a state in which the pachinko ball can flow down the ball supply path 35 is established.
[0048]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and can be variously modified. For example, although the lock member 44 is pivotally supported in the embodiment, the lock member 44 may be provided so as to be movable in a linear direction by regulating the lock member 44 with a guide portion or the like. Specifically, the locking member is always positioned below by its own weight so as to be in contact with the movable valve plate, and the movable valve plate is held at the first position where the ball opening is closed, and the ball is removed by the ball removing operation. The lock member is moved upward to release the lock with the movable valve plate, and the restriction preventing portion of the movable valve plate that has swung to the second position where the ball opening is opened by the ball load interferes with the movement locus of the lock member. As a result, the lock member comes into contact with the lock member to prevent the lock member from returning, and the ball is released from the ball load and the movable valve plate is released from the ball load and is returned to the first position. The movable valve plate may be moved back by its own weight while being in contact with the plate, and may be brought into contact with the movable valve plate in a normal state to hold the movable valve plate at the first position where the ball hole is closed.
[0049]
Further, the movable valve plate and the lock member are biased by their own weight to a position where the ball outlet is closed, and the movable valve plate and the lock member are moved back. You may make it return by power. However, when the movable valve plate is caused to return by the urging of the urging member, the urging force of the urging member is moved by the load of one pachinko ball so that the movable plate opens the ball opening. A degree of bias is preferred. The movable valve plate and the lock member may be operated via another member such as a link member. Further, the holding means for holding the ball stopping state is not limited to the movable valve plate and the lock member, and a separate component may be provided to hold the ball stopping state.
[0050]
Furthermore, in the embodiment, the configuration of the ball removing device 45 is configured such that the movable valve plate automatically returns to the closed state after the ball removing is completed by one ball removing operation. A start operation and an operation of returning the movable valve plate to the closed state may be performed.
[0051]
Further, in the embodiment, the locking member 44 is operated by operating the ball with the operation rod S from the front side of the pachinko gaming machine, but the locking member 44 is directly operated on the back side of the pachinko gaming machine. Needless to say, this is acceptable. Further, the ball removing operation may be performed using an electric drive source such as a solenoid or a motor. For example, a long hole is formed in the lock member 44 shown in FIG. 16, and a connecting pin provided on a plunger of the solenoid is provided. May be linked to the long hole so as to act on the chain line position in FIG. However, in this embodiment, since the locking member 44 is provided with the ball stopper piece 109, it is preferable to form a locking hole into which the connecting pin of the plunger fits through the narrow hole in the long hole of the locking member 44. Then, when the ball stopper piece 109 is projected to the ball supply path 35 and fixed to the ball, if the connecting pin is fitted into the locking hole via the constricted portion, the lock member 44 can operate regardless of the excitation of the solenoid. Can be.
[0052]
Although the pachinko gaming machine has been described in the embodiment, the “pachinko gaming machine” is a gaming machine that uses a so-called pachinko ball to play a game. A pachilot that is collected and played as a number may be used.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the ball removing device for the ball supply path is also provided with the ball stopping means for preventing the downflow of the pachinko balls in the ball supply path, the number of parts is reduced as compared with the related art. As a result, the cost can be reduced and the workability of assembling can be improved. Specifically, by simply moving the movable valve plate that opens and closes the extraction port into the ball supply path that is in a direction different from the ball extraction direction, the ball supply path stops at a ball width that does not allow pachinko balls to pass. Can be. Further, a ball stopper can be provided on the movable valve plate, and the movable valve plate can be moved in a direction different from the ball pulling direction, so that the ball stopper can enter the ball supply path to stop the ball.
