本発明は、パチンコ遊技機に関し、特に球払出装置と球検出手段をそれぞれ個別にユニット化して裏機構板に装着するようにしたパチンコ遊技機に関するものである。

従来、パチンコ遊技機の遊技盤裏面には周知のように合成樹脂製の裏機構板が装着されており、該裏機構板に入賞球検出信号に基づいて所定個数の賞球を払い出す電気的な球払出装置が設けられている。この球払出装置は、何らかの要因で故障したときに修理又は交換ができるように裏機構板に対して着脱可能に取り付けられており、該球払出装置を取り外したときに上方の球誘導通路を自動的に閉鎖して球が零れ落ちないようにするためのストッパー機構が設けられていた。

一方、最近では各パチンコ遊技機に対応してカード挿入口及びカードを受け入れて貸球払出信号を発信する機能部を収容した球貸機を設け、カードをカード挿入口に挿入して球貸出操作部を操作することにより球払出装置を駆動して賞球と貸球の両方を払い出すようにした所謂CR機と称されるカード対応型のパチンコ遊技機が主流となりつつある。

ところで、上記したカード対応型のパチンコ遊技機では、入賞球検出信号又は貸球払出信号があったときに、球払出装置を駆動して賞球や貸球を払い出すと共に、その払い出された球を同じ球検出器で計数するように構成されていた。このため、入賞信号と貸球信号とがあい前後して導出されたときには、賞球と貸球とが連続して排出されるため、入賞に基づく賞球が正確に払いだされたのか、或いは貸球払出信号によって払いだされた貸球が正確に払い出されたのか確認することができないという問題点があった。このような問題点を解決するために、最近では球払出装置の下方に賞球用検出器を備えた賞球通路と貸球用検出器を備えた貸球通路とを別々に設けた球振分機構を配設し、賞球の払出の確認と貸球の払出の確認を正確に行うことができるようにされている。

上記課題を解決するために、請求項1記載の発明は、パチンコ球を適宜払い出すことのできる球払出装置と、該球払出装置から払い出された球を検出する球検出手段をそれぞれ個別にユニット化して所定の取付個所に装着すると共に、前記球払出装置と球検出手段が裏機構板に装着された状態において球払出装置が球検出手段によって取り外しできないように構成されていることを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態について説明する。なお、本発明にあってはカード対応型のパチンコ遊技機について説明するが、それ以外の一般的なパチンコ遊技機についても適用可能であること勿論である。
