本発明は、裏機構板に球払出装置が着脱自在に装着されるパチンコ機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のパチンコ機は、周知のように合成樹脂製の機構板が装着されており、該機構板には球タンクのパチンコ球を球受皿に払出す球払出装置が設けられている。そして、球払出装置は、最先のパチンコ球を球止めする球停留手段を備え、該球停留手段を作動することにより、球タンクに貯留されるパチンコ球を球排出樋に払出して、払出されたパチンコ球は上部球受皿に導かれる。また、球払出装置に球抜き手段または通路の切替手段を備えたものは知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来のパチンコ機にあっては、球払出装置は機構板にビス着または止着具により取付けられ、球抜き手段または切替手段は全く別に設けられ、部品点数が多くコスト高になると共に作業性の悪いものとなっていた。

本発明は上記した問題に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、球払出装置が簡単に取付けでき、その取付手段に別の付加価値を備えたパチンコ機を提供することにある。

上記目的を達成するために、請求項1記載の発明は、機構板に球タンクと、該球タンクのパチンコ球を球払出装置に導く球誘導樋と、球払出装置から払出されたパチンコ球を打球供給皿に導く球排出樋を備えたパチンコ機において、前記球払出装置はパチンコ球が流下する球通路と、該球通路の最先のパチンコ球の流下を制止し得る球停留手段を備え、該球払出装置を機構板に取付ける取付手段に前記球通路の球抜手段を備えたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。図1は本発明が適用されるパチンコ機の正面図、図2はその裏面図である。図1において、1はパチンコ機の前面枠、2は前面枠1の裏面に着脱自在に取付けられる遊技盤である。前記前面枠1には、遊技盤2の前面および下部を覆うガラス扉枠3および前面板4が開閉自在に装着される。そして、前面板4の前面に打球を供給する打球供給皿5が装着され、前面枠1の下部には打球供給皿5の余剰球を貯留する下部球受皿6と操作ハンドル7が装着されている。

前記遊技盤2の裏面には合成樹脂製の機構板8が装着されており、該機構板8の裏面上部には球タンク9が固着されている。また、球タンク9の下方にはパチンコ球を整列して導き出す球誘導樋としてのタンクレール10およびカーブレール11が配設され、その下流端に球払出装置12が接続される。

前記球払出装置12の下方には、該球払出装置12から払出されたパチンコ球を球導出路13を介して前記上部球受皿5に導く球排出樋14と上部球受皿5の余剰球を流下樋15を介して下部球受皿6に導く余剰球排出樋16が後面開放した樋状に形成され、開放側を裏カバー17で閉塞している。18は、カーブレール11および球払出装置12と連通する球抜樋である。また、球払出装置12の下方には払出されるパチンコ球を貸球および賞球である遊技球と球抜球を振り分ける切替手段としての振分装置19が設けられ、該振分装置19は、球払出装置から払出されたパチンコ球を球排出樋14と球抜樋18に振り分ける分岐部に支軸20を支点として切替レバー21を設けている。19a,19bは切替レバー21の先端が軽く係止する係止部であり、21aは裏カバー17から突出する操作ピンである。そして、通常振り分けられた賞球または貸球は球排出樋14を介してパチンコ機前面の上部球受皿5に導かれるように切替レバー21の先端が係止部19aに係止して球抜樋18を閉塞した状態になっている。

前記作動体25は、払出通路部24bの内周側に支軸30により揺動自在に軸支され、球通路24に進退する支持部31が嘴状に尖っており、該支持部31の上面が支軸30を中心とする円弧面状に形成され、支持部31下面は、下方に向って先細テーパ状に形成されている。そして該作動体25の基部に長孔32を設け、該長孔32をリンク部材27の係合ピン34に係合させている。リンク部材27は、全体形状をく字状に形成し、作動体25の下方に位置して軸35により回動自在に軸着され、後端に二股状の係合部36が形成されており、ソレノイド26のプランジャー37に固着された操作体38の突片39を係合させている。そして、ソレノイド26が励磁作動するとリンク部材27を介して作動体25が支軸30を支点として反復回転し、先端支持部31が球通路24の内周壁に開設された窓孔40より球通路24に出没動することで、供給通路部24aの最先パチンコ球の流下を制止し得るように構成している。なお、作動体25が臨む球通路24は、垂直状通路に限られることなく、球圧を球通路24で受ける斜状通路に設けるようにしてもよい。

また、41は球計数用センサで、該球計数用センサ41は投光器41aと受光器41bとからなる光学式センサとのコ字状取付枠42で構成され、該球計数用センサ41は支持部31で支持されるパチンコ球の僅かに下流位置で、しかも球通路24の中心線からずれた位置でその光軸が交差するように配置される。そして該支持部31による制止が開放された直後のパチンコ球が光軸を遮ることで該パチンコ球を検知し得るように配置される。言い換えれば、支持部31により制止されているパチンコ球は光軸を遮断することなく未だ検知されない状態にある。43は球計数用センサ41を囲う遮蔽板であり、断面コ字型で平行な二片の両先端縁に係止孔44,44が設けられており、前記ケース体22に設けられた爪部45,45に遮蔽板43の弾性を利用して係合することにより取付けることができる。なお、この際、遮蔽板43がケース枠体22aとカバー体22bとに跨って取付けられることにより、ビスを用いることなく同時に球払出装置12の組立が可能となる。

また、前記リンク部材27およびソレノイド26のプランジャー37に固着された操作体38に作動体25を球通路24側から操作できないように不正防止用のロック手段46を設けている。該ロック手段46は、リンク部材27の下方に設けられる突部47と操作体38に設けられる衝止部48とで構成される。該突部47および衝止部48は、図7に示すように常に対峙状態にあり、前記リンク部材27の支軸35の下方に位置している。

しかして、前記ソレノイド26の下方に位置して取付手段としての可動体50をケース体22に突設した支軸51に回動自在に設けている。可動体50は、板状部の上下に前記支軸51に嵌合する軸筒部52とカバー体22bの開口53から上面に突出する操作部54が形成され、板状部の側面に係合部としての係合突片55が突設され、板状部の下面に球抜操作片56を形成している。また、板状部の上面に凹溝57が周設され、カバー体22bには前記凹溝57が嵌る環状リブ58が形成され、該環状リブ58が前記凹溝57に嵌ることにより針金等を差し込んで作動体25を作動して不正にパチンコ球を払出すことを防止するようになっている。59はケース枠体22a内側に形成された位置決め用の凹部60a,60b,60cに嵌まるリブ型の小凸部である。また、可動体50をカバー体22b側から前記支軸51に回動可能な状態にビス着するようにして、可動体50を装着すると共に球払出装置12の組付けを行うようにしてもよい。

一方、機構板8のカーブレール11の下方に位置した板状部8aには図5に示すように球払出装置12を所定位置に正確に位置づけるためにケース体22の前面より左右方向にやや大きい面積を有する取付部位61が形成され、その上部位置に前記取付片29に係合し得る係止部62が設けられ、周囲にリブ状に形成した規制部63が設けられている。そして、前記係合突片55が係合し得る係合部64が突設されている。

そして、上記構成の球払出装置12を取付部位61に取付けるには、図5鎖線に示す可動体50の小凸部59が位置決め用の凹部60aに嵌った第1位置にある状態で、前記取付片29を係止部62に差込み、球払出装置12を板状部8aに当接して前記リブ状に形成した規制部63で支持させ、この状態で可動体50を小凸部59が位置決め用の凹部60bに嵌る第2位置に回動させると、図5ないし図7に示すように係合突片55が係合部64に係合して球払出装置12が機構板8に取り付けられる。これにより、球払出装置12は、規制部63および取付片29,係合突片55の係合により、前後左右上下にいかに衝撃を受けても係合が外れることがなく強固に固定されることとなる。

この状態で、上記のように構成されるパチンコ機は、球払出制御装置からの指令により球払出装置12のソレノイド26が励磁され、リンク部材27が回動し係合ピン34が長孔32を移動して衝止部48と突部47の対峙位置がずれて、作動体25が図5鎖線に示したように回動して支持部31が窓孔40から没し、支持部31に支持されていたパチンコ球が制止されなくなることで、自重により該パチンコ球が払出通路部24bを介して球排出樋14に払出される。そして、球計数用センサ41が所定数のパチンコ球を検出したところで該球払出制御装置から再び指令が出て支持部31が球通路24に突出することでパチンコ球の払出しが停止する。そして、球排出樋14に払出されたパチンコ球は、球導出路13を介して上部球受皿5に導かれる。

また、本発明において、遊技者がパチンコ機の前面側の上部球受皿5の球導出路13または下部球受皿6の流下樋15からピアノ線等の不正具Wを差込み、余剰球排出樋16,球排出樋14を介して球払出装置12を作動させようとしても、突部47が衝止部48に衝止して操作体38を横方向に押すため、プランジャー37を上動させる作用力が働かず、作動体25を作動させることができないので、故意に球停留手段23を作動させてパチンコ球を払出すという不正行為を未然に防止することができる。さらに、支持部31下面を下方に向って先細テーパ状に形成していることから、作動体25を上方に押し上げようとしても、不正具が該テーパーにより滑り、作動体25を作用させ難くなる。

また、球払出装置12が正規な作動をしてパチンコ球を払出しているときに、不正具を挿入して、払出終了後も作動体25を退動している状態に維持して不正にパチンコ球を払出そうとしても、支持部31の先端が先細テーパ状に形成されているために、該テーパーにより不正具が滑り、作動体25の支持部31が球通路24に臨むので、パチンコ球の流下が阻止され不正にパチンコ球を払出すことはない。

次に、球払出装置12内のパチンコ球を球抜きするには、まず振分装置19の操作ピン21aを操作して切替レバー21を回動させ、切替レバー21の先端を係止部19bに係止して球排出樋14側を閉塞し、球抜樋18側を開放させた状態で、小凸部59が位置決め用の凹部60bに嵌った第2位置にある状態の可動体50を、小凸部59が位置決め用の凹部60cに嵌る第3位置に回動すると、係合突片55が係合部64に係合した状態で球抜操作片56が図8に示すように操作体38を強制的に上動した状態となり、リンク部材27を介して作動体25が図5鎖線に示したように回動して支持部31が窓孔40から没し、支持部31に支持されていたパチンコ球が払出通路部24bを介して球抜樋14に排出される。そして、球抜き終了後、可動体を小凸部59が凹部60bに嵌った第2位置に回動すると、球抜操作片56と操作体38の接触が解除され支持部31が窓孔40から臨んでパチンコ球の流下が阻止される状態になる。なお、本実施の形態は操作体38を操作して球抜作用するようにしたが、リンク部材27または直接作動体25を作用するようにしてもよい。

一方、球払出装置12を取付部位61から外すときは、前記可動体44を小凸部59が位置決め用の凹部60bまたは凹部60cに嵌った第2,3位置にある状態から凹部60aに嵌る第1位置の状態に回動して係合突片55を係合部64の規制を解き、係止部62から取付片29を外すことで、簡単に取り外すことができる。このように球払出装置12に取付手段をユニット化することで組立ておよび作業効率を高めることができる。

なお、可動体50は、必ずしも回動式に限ることなくスライド式でもよく、さらに押圧式としてもよく、押圧式の場合にはテーパ面を有する弾性係止体を押圧することで球払出装置の取付けおよび球抜きをすることも可能である。また、可動体50を球払出装置12に設けることなく機構板8側に設けるようにしてもよく、可動体50を回動またはスライド,押圧して球払出装置12の装着および球抜きを行うことができる。

図9は球払出装置12の取付手段としての可動体50に前記切替手段としての振分装置19の操作機能を備えた実施の形態を示し、可動体50に操作手段としての操作リンク93が設けられ、該操作リンク93の先端部に前記切替レバー21の操作ピン21aが嵌るガイド溝94が形成される。このように構成される球払出装置12は取付部位61に装着し、可動体50を図9一点鎖線に示す第1位置から同図実線に示す第2位置に回動することにより、係合突片55が係合部64に係合し球払出装置12が機構板8の取付部位61に固定される。このとき、ガイド溝94の開口94aから前記操作ピン21aが受け入れられた状態にある。そして、球払出装置12が固定される可動体50の第2位置から可動体50を図9二点鎖線に示す第3位置に回動することにより、係合突片55が係合部64に係合した状態でガイド溝94により操作ピン21aを操作して、切替レバー21が回動して球排出樋14側を閉塞し球抜樋18側を開放させることができる。そして、前記実施の形態のように球抜操作片56によって操作体38を強制的に上動させるか、信号によりソレノイド26を作動させて球抜きを行うことができる。なお、開口94aにかえて該開口部の下面をテーパ状にして、第1位置から第2位置に回動する際に操作リンク93が該操作リンク93の弾性を利用してテーパにより操作ピン21aを乗り越えてガイド溝94に嵌るようにしてもよい。また、切替手段を操作することにより球払出装置12を取付ける機能を備えるようにしてもよい。

上記のように取付けられた球払出装置12Aは、球払出制御装置からの指令によりソレノイド26が励磁されると、図14鎖線に示したように作動体25が回動して支持部31が窓孔40から没し、支持部31に支持されていたパチンコ球が制止されなくなることで、自重により該パチンコ球が払出通路部24bに払出され、閉鎖部材67を押し下げながら球排出樋14に払出され、球導出路13を介して上部球受皿5に導かれる。そして、払出されたパチンコ球が、球計数用センサ41によって所定数検出したところで球払出制御装置から再び指令が出て、支持部31が球通路24に突出することでパチンコ球の払出しが停止する。そして、閉鎖部材67は自重により回動規制部72a,72bにより規制され、自重により球通路24を閉塞する図14実線位置に復帰する。このとき、閉鎖部材67の板状部67aが流下方向に下傾しているため、閉鎖部材66は何の負担もなく揺動することができる。
