Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ball game machine such as a pachinko machine or an arrangement ball machine, and when the open / close body is operated in the opening direction when the game ball is removed from the storage tray, the open / close body is locked at the open position to remove the game ball. When the predetermined time has passed, the opening / closing body is automatically unlocked.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A ball game machine such as a pachinko machine operates an operating body arranged in the vicinity of the upper plate in the opening direction when the upper plate is full or at the end of the game. The opening and closing body is slid in the opening direction to open the ball extraction hole, whereby the game ball in the upper plate is extracted to the lower plate side.
However, with this ball removing device, it is necessary to keep the operating body operated in the opening direction while the game ball is being extracted, and the operation for extracting the game ball from the upper plate while continuing the game is complicated. is there.
Therefore, in order to eliminate the troublesomeness of continuing to operate the operating body, for example, as described in JP-A-3-247375, when the operating body is operated in the opening direction and the opening / closing body is in the open state, The opening / closing body is locked by the locking means at the open position, the end of the extraction of the game ball is electrically detected, and a release command is given to the control means when a predetermined time has elapsed from the end of the extraction of the game ball. Some have adopted an electrical control system to release the lock.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This conventional extraction device needs to secure a power supply by connecting a lead wire to the power supply unit on the main body side of the ball game machine, and adopts an electric control system configured by combining a solenoid and a switch with a control circuit. Therefore, there are drawbacks in that the manufacturing cost is increased, and failure due to disconnection or the like is likely to occur.
In particular, the front plate on which the upper plate is mounted is pivotally attached to the front frame via a hinge. In addition, in the case of a normal ball machine, the front plate and the upper plate are usually on the front plate side. [0008]
As shown in FIG. 3, the operating body 19 is located in the upper right part of the upper plate cover 8, and is slidably disposed between the upper plate cover 8 and the support guide plate 31 on the rear side so as to be slidable left and right. Is provided. The swing arm 20 is disposed between the support plate 26 and the support guide plate 31 in the vertical direction, and is pivotally supported by the pivot 33 so as to be swingable left and right slightly above the center in the vertical direction. The upper end side of the swing arm 20 is linked to the sliding plate 32 via an engagement pin 34, and the lower end side is linked to the sliding member 28 via an interlocking pin 35.
As shown in FIG. 3, the support plate 26 is provided with lock means 36, detection means 37, and delay release means 38 below the sliding member 28. The locking means 36 is for locking the sliding member 28 in the open state of the opening / closing body 16, and includes an engaging portion 39 formed on the lower side of the sliding member 28 and the engaging portion 39 from the lower side. And an engaging tool 40 that is detachably engaged. The engaging tool 40 is pivotally supported by a support shaft 41 fixed to the support plate 26 in the vicinity of the lower side of the sliding member 28 so as to be swingable up and down. .
[0009]
The detecting means 37 is for detecting a game ball extracted from the ball extraction hole 15 and passing through the extraction passage 21, and as shown in FIG. The detection arm 42 hangs down in the area 21. The detection arm 42 and the engagement tool 40 are urged and held by a helical spring 43 fitted to the support shaft 41 so that they are in a substantially right angle state. When the game ball passes through the extraction passage 21, the detection arm 42 can swing in the engagement direction of the engagement tool 40 around the support shaft 41 against the helical spring 43 by the game ball. When the tool 40 corresponds to the engaging portion 39, the engaging tool 40 is engaged with the engaging portion 39. The detection arm 42 has a weight 44 on the lower end side.
[0010]
The delay release means 38 is for delaying a predetermined time from the end of the extraction of the game ball from the upper plate 7, and for releasing the lock state of the opening / closing body 16 after the predetermined time has elapsed, as shown in FIGS. The engagement protrusion 45 provided on the sliding member 28, the pinion 46 that engages with the engagement protrusion 45 when the sliding member 28 moves to the open state of the opening / closing body 16, and the braking force applied to the pinion 46 And braking means 47. The pinion 46 is fixed to a rotating shaft 48 below the sliding member 28, and the rotating shaft 48 is rotatably supported by a braking case 49 fixed to the front plate 5. The engagement protrusion 45 protrudes downward from the opening 51 of the bottom wall 50 of the spring accommodating portion 30.
The braking means 47 includes a coil spring 52 fixed to the rotating shaft 48 and a fixed shaft 53 into which the coil spring 52 is fitted. The fixed shaft 53 is fixed to the brake case 49 via a lid 54. . The coil spring 52 idles with respect to the fixed shaft 53 when the engaging protrusion 45 engages with the pinion 46, and when the sliding member 28 returns to the closing direction by the biasing spring 17, the fixed shaft 53 is tightened by frictional resistance. A braking force is applied to the pinion 46 by grasping the outer peripheral surface of the pinion 46.
[0011]
In the ball and ball game machine having the above-described configuration, the opening / closing body 16 is normally urged in the closing direction by the urging spring 17 to close the ball extraction hole 15. Therefore, when a large number of game balls are put in the storage unit 24 side of the upper plate 7 during the game, the game balls in the storage unit 24 are guided in a line by the alignment unit 25 and moved to the downstream side. After passing through the upper side of 16, it is guided from the ball supply hole 5a to the ball feeding means 13 side.
When the game ball on the upper plate 7 is full or when the game is to be ended, if the operating body 19 is operated in the opening direction (direction indicated by arrow a), the swing arm 20 is moved around the pivot axis 33 in the direction indicated by arrow b. The opening / closing body 16 integrated with the sliding member 28 moves in the opening direction in the direction of the arrow c to open the ball extraction hole 15 as shown in FIG. Thereby, the game balls in the upper plate 7 can be extracted from the ball extraction hole 15 to the lower plate 9 through the extraction passage 21 and the extraction passage 22.
[0012]
On the other hand, when the sliding member 28 slides to the open state where the opening / closing body 16 fully opens the ball extraction hole 15, when the engaging projection 45 of the sliding member 28 reaches the pinion 46 side, the engaging projection 45 is moved to the pinion. Engage with 46 and rotate in the direction of the arrow d together with the rotation shaft 48. At this time, the coil spring 52 expands due to the frictional resistance with the outer peripheral surface of the fixed shaft 53 and is loosened and idles, so that the braking means 47 does not become a load for turning the pinion 46.
When the sliding member 28 reaches the fully open position, the engaging portion 39 is positioned above the engaging tool 40 and the game ball extracted from the upper plate 7 passes through the extracting passage 21. Therefore, the detection arm 42 detects the game ball as shown in FIG. 7 and rotates around the support shaft 41 in the direction indicated by the arrow e, so that the engaging tool 40 is located below the engaging portion 39 of the sliding member 28. And the opening / closing body 16 can be mechanically locked in the open state. Therefore, there is no need to keep operating the operating body 19 in the direction indicated by the arrow a during the extraction of the game ball from the upper plate 7.
When the opening / closing body 16 is not fully opened, the engaging tool 40 does not correspond to the engaging portion 39. Therefore, even if the detecting arm 42 detects a game ball, the detecting arm 42 resists the helical spring 43. e It only swings in the direction of the arrow, and the engaging tool 40 does not engage with the engaging portion 39. Therefore, if the operating force is released without operating the operating body 19 in the direction indicated by the arrow a to the end, the opening / closing body 16 is immediately returned to the closing direction by the biasing spring 17 after the game ball in the upper plate 7 is extracted. Thus, the ball removal hole 15 can be closed.
[0013]
The detection arm 42 is in a state of being rotated in the direction of the arrow e by the game ball while the game ball continues to pass through the extraction passage 21, but when the game ball finishes passing, the helical spring 43 and the weight 44 As a result, the engagement tool 40 is released downward from the engagement portion 39 of the sliding member 28. At this time, the urging force of the urging spring 17 immediately acts on the sliding member 28, and the sliding member 28 tries to return in the direction indicated by the arrow c. However, the engagement protrusion 45, the pinion 46, and the rotating shaft 48 are Since the braking means 47 works and brakes the rotation of the pinion 46, the opening / closing body 16 can be held in an open state until a predetermined time elapses.
That is, when the urging force of the urging spring 17 acts on the pinion 46 via the engaging protrusion 45, the coil spring 52 is caused to friction between the fixed shaft 53 and the pinion 46 slightly rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow d. The tightening state is caused by the resistance, and a braking force acts on the pinion 46 from the fixed shaft 53 via the coil spring 52. For this reason, the pinion 46 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow d at a very low speed while the engagement protrusion 45 is engaged, and holds the open / close body 16 in an open state until a predetermined time elapses. Delay.
[0014]
When the pinion 46 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow d up to a predetermined angle after a predetermined time has elapsed, the engagement protrusion 45 is detached from the pinion 46 and the sliding member 28 is counteracted by the biasing force of the biasing spring 17. c The sliding body 16 slides in the direction of the arrow and closes the ball extraction hole 15.
Therefore, the opening / closing body 16 can be held open until the predetermined time elapses after the detection arm 42 detects the end of the passage of a large number of game balls, and the predetermined time elapses. In this case, the opening / closing body 16 can automatically return to close the ball extraction hole 15. In addition, mechanical means are used for the lock means 36, the delay release means 38, etc., and the structure is simple and can be implemented easily and inexpensively, and a power source is unnecessary and failure due to disconnection of the lead wire can be prevented.
When the open / close body 16 is opened when there is no game ball on the upper plate 7, the detection arm 42 does not detect the game ball, so the engagement tool 40 does not engage the engagement portion 39 and the operating force is reduced. After the release, the opening / closing body 16 returns to the closed state. Therefore, even if the operating body 19 is operated before the game ball is put into the upper plate 7, the opening / closing body 16 can immediately return and the ball extraction hole 15 can be closed, so that there is no problem even if the game ball is inserted immediately thereafter.
[0015]
8 to 11 illustrate a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a detecting means 37 is provided in the alignment portion 25 of the upper plate 7, a lock means 36 is disposed below the detecting means 37, and the delay returning means 56 is connected to the biasing spring 17 and the delay restoring spring 57. It is comprised by.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the detection means 37 has a detection plate 58 that constitutes a part of the alignment portion 25, and this detection plate 58 pivots up and down by a support shaft 59 at the upper end. At the same time, it is biased upward by the helical spring 60. An engaging tool 40 projecting downward is provided at the downstream end of the detecting plate 58, and a stopper 61 integral with the engaging tool 40 is provided. When the detecting plate 58 is raised by a predetermined amount, the stopper 61 is aligned. The bottom wall 25a of the 25 is engaged to limit the rise.
The locking means 36 includes an engaging tool 40 and an engaging part 39 formed integrally with the sliding member 28, and the engaging tool 40 is detachable from the engaging part 39 when the opening / closing body 16 is fully opened. The sliding member 28 is locked by being engaged.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the delay restoring spring 57 of the delay returning means 56 is configured by a plate spring or the like formed into a spherical shape or a recessed shape that is recessed in one direction into another shape, and the like. A lower end side is fixed to a mounting portion 26a integrally formed on the support plate 26 side below the sliding guide portion 29.
The delay restoring spring 57 can be bent and reversed to the left and right, and as shown in FIG. 8, the state where the upper part is bent toward the opening / closing body 16 is memorized in shape, and recessed when it is bent to the opposite side. Then, due to the difference between the restraining force due to the shape and the restoring force due to its own elasticity and the urging force of the urging spring 17, it gradually restored little by little while maintaining the bent state for a predetermined time, and the predetermined time passed. Sometimes it is configured to automatically reverse to the original state without being able to resist the restoring force. The delay restoring spring 57 is bent to the opposite side by the engaging portion 39 when the sliding member 28 slides in the opening direction, and the bent shape is engaged with the engaging portion 62 against the biasing spring 17. The sliding member 28 is engaged at a fully opened position of the opening / closing body 16 so as to be detachable.
[0017]
Also in this embodiment, the opening / closing body 16 is normally in a state where the ball extraction hole 15 is closed by the biasing spring 17. If there is a game ball in the upper plate 7, the detection plate 58 is lowered by the weight of the game ball, and the game ball is guided to the ball feeding means 13 through the alignment unit 25.
When the operating body 19 is operated in the direction indicated by the arrow a when the game ball is extracted from the upper plate 7, the opening / closing body 16 slides in the direction indicated by the arrow c via the sliding member 28. As shown in FIG. The extraction hole 15 is opened.
When the sliding member 28 slides and the engaging portion 39 passes through the engaging tool 40, the detection plate 58 slightly rises. However, when the engaging portion 39 passes through the engaging tool 40, the detecting plate 58 is turned into a game ball. Therefore, the engaging tool 40 engages with the engaging portion 39 to lock the opening / closing body 16 in the open state as shown in FIG. When the sliding member 28 slides in the direction indicated by the arrow c, the engaging portion 39 abuts on the upper end side of the delay restoring spring 57 and reverses, and the delay restoring spring 57 is bent leftward as shown in FIG. Let
[0018]
After that, when all the game balls in the upper plate 7 are extracted and the game balls in the alignment portion 25 are exhausted, the detection plate 58 is raised by the helical spring 60, and the engagement tool 40 is disengaged upward from the engagement portion 39. To unlock the opening / closing body 16.
However, when the delay restoring spring 57 is bent in the state of FIG. 11 and the sliding member 28 is slightly returned by the biasing spring 17, the delay restoring spring 57 engages with the engaging portion 39 and slides 28. Is locked in the open state. Accordingly, the opening / closing body 16 cannot immediately return to the closed position, and is held open for a predetermined time after the game ball is extracted.
When the delay restoring spring 57 is engaged with the engaging portion 39, the biasing force of the biasing spring 17 is added to its own restoring force, and these forces are slightly larger than the restraining force due to the shape of the delay restoring spring 57. The delay restoring spring 57 is gradually deformed and restored to the state of FIG. 8 when a predetermined time has elapsed. Then, at the same time that the delay restoring spring 57 is restored after a predetermined time, the engagement with the engaging portion 39 is released, and the engaging portion 39 passes the upper end side of the delay restoring spring 57 in the direction indicated by the arrow c, and the opening / closing body 16 returns to the closed state.
[0019]
If there is no game ball in the alignment portion 25, the detection plate 58 is lifted by the helical spring 60, so that the engagement tool 40 does not engage with the engagement portion 39 and opens and closes when the operating force of the operating body 19 is released. Body 16 returns to the closed state and is not locked.
Also in this embodiment, the same effect as described above can be obtained.
In this embodiment, the detection means 37 is constituted by a detection plate 58, and the detection plate 58 is provided with an engagement tool 40 that engages with the engagement portion 39 of the sliding member 28 to constitute the lock means 36. Since the delay return means 56 is constituted by the biasing spring 17 and the delay restoring spring 57, the structure can be simplified in particular and can be implemented easily and inexpensively.
As mentioned above, although each embodiment of the present invention was described, the present invention is not limited to these.
For example, various mechanical means can be adopted as the detection means 37, the lock means 36, the delay release means 38, and the delay return means 56.
In the embodiment, the upper plate 7 is exemplified as the storage plate, but the same can be applied to the lower plate 9 as well.
The present invention can be applied to various ball game machines such as pachinko machines and arrange ball machines.
[0020]
