Description

The present invention relates to a wall storage structure of a building in which a storage space is formed, for example, a wall near a entrance clog box or a corridor wall, a staircase wall, a toilet wall, a balcony waist wall, or a parapet in a building. It can be used for walls of external corridors, walls of external stairs, etc.

Conventionally, a storage space is formed inside a waist wall, which is a wall, and an opening is formed in the wall to allow stored items to be taken in and out of the storage space, and the opening can be freely opened and closed. There is known a wall storage structure to which a door, which is a cover member for mounting, is attached (for example, see Patent Document 1).

The waist wall described in Patent Document 1 is configured by arranging a plurality of panels in parallel between a parting part and a baseboard. At least one of the panels serves as a door, and the back surface of the door. A space between the intermediate pillars is used as a storage space, and one end of the door is hinged to the intermediate pillar so as to be rotatable by a rotating means. Accordingly, a part or all of the panels constituting the waist wall can be used as a door for the storage unit, and articles can be stored on the back surface thereof, and stored items can be taken in and out by opening and closing the door. It has become.

Conventionally, a balcony with a storage has been known in which a storage with a lid that opens into the balcony is provided on the side wall, which is the waist wall of the balcony (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2003-213922 (paragraph number 0004, FIG. 1) Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-259180 (paragraph number 0005, FIG. 1)

By the way, both the wall storage structure described in Patent Document 1 and the balcony with a storage structure described in Patent Document 2 are intended only for utilizing the waist wall as a storage space. It is desired that the waist wall can be used not only as a storage space but also for other purposes.

An object of the present invention is to provide a wall storage structure for a building that enables the wall itself to be used more effectively.

In the wall storage structure for a building according to the present invention, a storage space is formed inside the wall, and an opening for taking in and out the stored items from the storage space is formed in the wall, and the opening In a building wall storage structure to which a cover member for covering the door in a freely openable / closable manner is attached, a horizontal posture holding means for holding the cover member in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture when the opening is open. It is characterized by having.

According to the wall storage structure of the building, the cover member that covers the opening for taking in and out the storage space from the storage space is kept in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture when the opening is open. can do.

For this reason, when the opening is open, the covering member constituting a part of the wall can be used as a table on which an object is placed or a chair on which a person sits, thereby making the wall itself more effective. Can be used for

Here, as an example of the storage space formed inside the wall, in the case where the wall is solid, a space formed by piercing a part of the wall (including penetration) may be mentioned. In the case where the wall is configured by combining panel materials or the like, a space surrounded by the panel material and the middle pillar or the horizontal rail can be exemplified. Alternatively, a separate storage box unit may be incorporated in these spaces, and the interior may be used as a storage space.

Further, the covering member may have the same shape as the opening, or may have a shape different from the opening. When the covering member has a shape different from the opening, the covering member may have a shape larger than the opening or a shape smaller than the opening, but completely covers the opening. More preferably, it has a large shape. Note that when the cover member is integrated with the member that serves as the horizontal posture holding means and covers the opening, the shape of the cover member is smaller than the shape of the opening.

In the case where the covering member has a shape different from that of the opening, the shape of the covering member is arbitrary, but it is more preferable that the covering member has a shape on which an object can be easily placed or a person can easily sit on.

The material of the covering member may be the same as or different from the material of the wall, and is arbitrary, but the covering member has rigidity that prevents the covering member from being broken when a heavy object is placed or a person sits down. More preferably, it is a material.

In the present invention, the covering member may be rotatably attached to the wall, or may be attached so as not to be rotatable.

When the cover member is attached to the wall so as to be rotatable, the cover member may cover the opening so that it can be opened and closed vertically, or cover the opening so that it can open and close horizontally. Good. In the former case, the covering member can be brought into a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture in the middle of the rotation operation, so that the covering member covers the opening portion so that the opening portion can be opened and closed freely. More preferred.

In addition, the means for attaching the covering member to the wall so as to be rotatable with respect to the wall is arbitrary. For example, the covering member is rotated about the central axis fixed to the wall or the covering member. In addition, the cover member can be rotated about a central axis that is rotatably supported with respect to the wall or the cover member.

When the cover member is pivotably attached to the wall and covers the opening so that it can be opened and closed in the vertical direction, the cover member has a lower end portion that is centered on the central axis with respect to the wall. The opening may be opened by turning the cover member from the upper side to the lower side, and the upper end portion is rotatable about the central axis with respect to the wall, and the cover member is moved from the lower side. The opening may be opened by turning upward, or a combination of these (so-called double-opening that allows both turning from the top to the bottom and turning from the bottom to the top of the cover member) ) Etc. In addition, when the cover member is attached to the wall so as to be pivotable and covers the opening so as to be freely opened and closed in the left-right direction, the cover member has a left end portion that is centered on the central axis. The opening may be opened by rotating the cover member from the right to the left, and the right end is rotatable with respect to the wall about the central axis. A member whose opening is opened by rotating the member from left to right, or a combination of these (the rotation of the cover member from right to left and rotation from left to right) So-called double-open type) capable of both.

The horizontal posture holding means is arbitrary when the lower end portion of the covering member is rotatable with respect to the wall about the central axis. For example, a string-like member or a rod-like member (bendable and / or extendable) And the like, and when the opening portion is open, the covering member holds the horizontal posture or the substantially horizontal posture by being supported by these members. The horizontal posture holding means in the case where the upper end portion of the covering member is rotatable with respect to the wall about the central axis is also arbitrary, for example, a rod-shaped member (including one that can be bent and / or expanded and contracted) And when the opening is open, the cover member can be supported by the rod-like member so that the covering member maintains a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture.

As a first example of a wall storage structure for a building according to the present invention in which the cover member is pivotally attached to the wall and covers the opening so as to be opened and closed in the vertical direction, the horizontal posture maintenance is performed. The means is composed of a string-like member having one end coupled to the covering member and the other end coupled to the wall. When the opening is open, the covering member is in a horizontal posture or substantially horizontal due to tension of the string-like member. The thing which maintains a posture can be mentioned.

According to this, the covering member can be held in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture with only a simple member having a structure of a string-like member. Further, by using the string-like member, when the opening covers the opening member, the string-like member can be relaxed and stored in the storage space. Therefore, the string-like member becomes an obstacle in the storage space. It is prevented.

Here, the string-like member may be a chain (including a link in which annular members are connected in a chain), a wire, or a string. In short, the covering member can be held in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture. In addition, any material can be used as long as it is formed of a material that can withstand placing an object or the like on the covering member.

The number of the string-like members coupled to the covering member and the wall may be one or plural, and the number of the string-shaped members is arbitrary, and the position where the string-shaped member is coupled to the covering member and the wall is also arbitrary.

The cover member can be stably held in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture, and a space for placing an object having a larger width on the cover member in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture is secured. In order to achieve this, the number of the covering members and the number of the string-like members coupled to the wall is two, and the position where one end of the string-like member is coupled to the covering member is the horizontal position or the substantially horizontal position of the covering member in the covering member. At the front end of the thickness direction or in the vicinity thereof, the two ends of the covering member at or near the both ends thereof, and the place where the other end of the string-like member is coupled to the covering member is inside the wall and is open It is preferable to have two places on both sides of the upper side of the part or in the vicinity thereof.

One end of the string-like member may be attached to the cover member and detachably coupled thereto, or may be detachably coupled to the cover member, and is arbitrary. Furthermore, the other end of the string-like member may be attached to the wall and detachably coupled thereto, or may be detachably coupled to the covering member, and is optional.

If one end of the string-like member is attached to the cover member and is detachably coupled, and the other end of the string-like member is also attached to the wall and is detachably coupled, the string-like member is replaced. Becomes easy.

When one end of the string-like member is attached to the cover member and is detachably coupled, and the other end of the string-like member is detachably coupled to the wall, the one end of the string-like member is covered. By removing from the member, the covering member in a state of covering the opening can be rotated 180 degrees so that the entire covering member can be brought into contact with the wall. As a result, there are no obstacles protruding outward in the thickness direction of the wall at and around the opening of the wall.

As a second example of the building wall storage structure according to the present invention in which the cover member is pivotally attached to the wall and covers the opening so as to be opened and closed in the vertical direction, the horizontal posture is maintained. The means is constituted by a leg member that is attached to the cover member and extends vertically downward when the opening is open, and when the opening is open, the leg member abuts against the floor. The cover member can hold the horizontal posture or the substantially horizontal posture.

According to this, the covering member can be stably held in the horizontal posture or the substantially horizontal posture, and further, an object having a larger width dimension is placed on the covering member in the horizontal posture or the substantially horizontal posture state, Space for people to sit on can be secured.

Here, the number of leg members may be one or plural. When the number of leg members is one, the leg members may be constituted by, for example, plate-like members. When the number of leg members is plural, the leg members are, for example, horizontally What is necessary is just to comprise by rod-shaped members etc. whose cross-sectional shape is circular or square.

Further, the leg member may be attached to and detached from the covering member, or may not be removable.

Further, the length of the leg member may be adjustable. Thereby, horizontal adjustment of a covering member is attained. Specifically, for example, the leg member may be telescopic in the vertical direction. According to this, when the length of the leg member is too short or too long and the covering member cannot be held in a predetermined horizontal posture, the length of the vertical direction can be reduced by extending or contracting the leg member. The covering member can be held in a predetermined horizontal posture.

In addition, you may attach contact buffer members, such as a synthetic resin and rubber | gum, to the contact part to the floor etc. of a leg member.

Furthermore, the leg member may have a horizontal extending portion that extends in the horizontal direction from the distal end portion of the leg member. According to this, the stability of the covering member holding the state of the horizontal posture or the substantially horizontal posture is further improved.

The leg member may be integrated with the cover member to cover the opening, and may be disposed in the wall storage space when the cover member covers the opening.

Furthermore, the leg member may be attached to the cover member so as to be rotatable, or may be attached so as not to be rotatable.

In addition, the means for attaching the leg member to the covering member so as to be rotatable with respect to the covering member is arbitrary, for example, the leg member rotates about the central axis fixed to the covering member or the leg member. And a member in which the leg member rotates about a central axis supported rotatably with respect to the covering member or the leg member. Further, the direction in which the leg member rotates is arbitrary, and may be, for example, the vertical direction or the horizontal direction.

As an example of the case where the leg member is attached to the cover member so as to be rotatable, the leg member is attached to the cover member so as to be rotatable about the central axis, and the leg member is integrated with the cover member to form the opening. An example is one in which the tip of the leg member comes into contact with the floor by rotating the leg member in the vertical direction when the covering member is in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture.

As a third example of the building wall storage structure according to the present invention in which the covering member is pivotally attached to the wall and covers the opening so as to be freely opened and closed, the covering member is A cover that covers the opening in an openable / closable manner and a horizontal extension that has the same or substantially the same size and shape as the opening and that extends horizontally into the storage space when the cover covers the opening. The horizontal posture holding means is constituted by a cover part, and the cover part is formed by rotating the cover member 180 degrees or substantially 180 degrees from the state where the cover part covers the opening part. The horizontal extension part maintains a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture by the contact of the wall with the wall surface.

According to this, by rotating the covering member 180 degrees or substantially 180 degrees from the state where the covering portion covers the opening, the covering portion is in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture by the contact with the wall surface of the wall. It becomes a holding member for holding to a chair, and a horizontal extension part becomes a stand for placing an object or a chair on which a person sits. For this reason, as in the second example described above, the horizontal posture or the substantially horizontal posture of the covering member is not maintained unless the tip of the leg member which is a member different from the covering member is in contact with the floor. Thus, the structure of the covering member can be simplified.

In order to securely hold the horizontal extension portion of the cover member in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture when the opening portion is open, a support member for supporting the horizontal extension portion upward is horizontally extended. You may construct between a part and a cover part. In this case, the support member for supporting the horizontal extension portion may be a plate-like member or a rod-like member.

A rotation center shaft 34 having a length dimension passes therethrough, and the rotation center shaft 34 is rotatable inside the upper end portion of the narrow portion 31A.

As shown in FIG. 7, the left end portion of the rotation center shaft 34 is inside the end portion of the left extending portion 33 </ b> A of the left leg member 33 where the horizontal extending portion 33 </ b> B is not formed. The right end portion of the rotation center shaft 34 is the end portion of the vertical extension portion 33A of the right leg member 33 where the horizontal extension portion 33B is not formed. Is inserted into and coupled to a through hole formed in the inside of the. For this reason, the left and right leg members 33 are rotatable with respect to the covering member 31 around the rotation center shaft 34.

Similar to the pair of left and right projections 9B formed on the lower cross member 9 that forms the floor portion of the storage space 26, as shown in FIG. The material 9 is also provided with a convex portion 9A that protrudes indoors so that the end surface is flush with or substantially flush with the surface of the siding 7. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the width dimension in the left-right direction of the protrusion 9 </ b> A is the same as or substantially the same as the width dimension in the left-right direction of the opening 30.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 9, which will be described later, the lower portion of the convex portion 9A is a cutout portion 9C that is cut away so as to become thinner toward the indoor side. As shown, when the covering member 31 covers the opening 30, the retaining member 35, which is a slip prevention means provided on the end surface of the upper end portion of the narrow portion 31 </ b> A of the covering member 31, is a notch portion 9 </ b> C. It will be pressed. This prevents the covering member 31 from being removed from the opening 30 and closes the opening 30 more closely. As will be described later, a retaining member 35 is also provided on the end face of the front end of the vertical extension portion 33A of the left and right leg members 33 where the horizontal extension portion 33B is not formed.

Of the left and right end portions of the wide portion 31B of the covering member 31, the left and right end portions of the left and right leg members 33 facing the end surfaces of the vertical extending portions 33A are shown in FIG. As shown, the cutout portion 31 </ b> C is cut out so that the thickness decreases vertically upward. On the other hand, the left and right leg members 33 do not come off the cover member 31 as shown on the end surfaces of the front ends of the vertically extending portions 33A of the left and right leg members 33 as shown in FIG. An anti-detachment preventing member 36 is provided as an anti-separation means.

As shown in FIG. 12 to be described later, when the left and right leg members 33 are arranged on the left and right sides of the covering member 31 in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture and are integrated with the covering member 31, The stopper member 36 of the leg member 33 is pressed by the notch portions 31 </ b> C formed at the left and right ends of the wide portion 31 </ b> B of the covering member 31. Accordingly, the left and right leg members 33 are prevented from being detached from the covering member 31, the state where the left and right leg members 33 are integrated with the covering member 31 is maintained, and the opening 30 is more closely closed. Will be.

FIGS. 6, 7, and 8 described above are enlarged perspective views of the opening 30, the covering member 31, and the left and right leg members 33 formed in the waist wall 6, and the opening 30 is the covering member 31. It is a figure which shows a series of operation | movement until the opening part 30 is opened and the covering member 31 will be in the state which hold | maintains a horizontal attitude | position or a substantially horizontal attitude | position from the state covered by the. 6-8, the display of the middle pillar 25 arrange | positioned inside the waist wall 6 is abbreviate | omitted, and the two horizontal members 9 on the upper and lower sides are displayed with a dotted line.

FIG. 6 shows a state where the covering member 31 covers the opening 30. In this state, in order to open the opening 30, a hand is placed on the handle 31 </ b> D formed on the narrow portion 31 </ b> A of the cover member 31, and the cover member 31 is lowered indoors, that is, in the direction of arrow B It is rotated 90 degrees or substantially 90 degrees in the direction of arrow A in the figure. When the cover member 31 is rotated, the left and right leg members 33 arranged on the left and right sides of the narrow portion 31A of the cover member 31 are extended vertically as described above. Since the retaining member 36 provided on the end face of the tip of the portion 33A is in a state of being prevented from being detached by the notch portions 31C formed at the left and right ends of the wide portion 31B of the covering member 31, the left and right legs The member 33 rotates integrally with the covering member 31.

When the covering member 31 is rotated in the direction of arrow B and the covering member 31 is in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture as shown in FIG. 7, the left and right leg members 33 are now in the indoor vertical direction. It is rotated 270 degrees or approximately 270 degrees in the direction of arrow C. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the end surface of the vertically lower end of the vertically extending portion 33 </ b> A of the leg member 33, in other words, the bottom surface is in contact with the floor 4 (not shown) and the leg member 33 is horizontally aligned. The bottom surface of the extending portion 33B also contacts the floor 4.

Thus, the covering member 31 is held in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture by the pair of left and right leg members 33 serving as a horizontal posture holding means.

As described above, as shown in FIG. 3, the lower part of the convex portion 9A of the upper cross member 9 that forms the bottom of the storage space 26 of the two upper and lower cross members 9 is thinner toward the indoor side. A cutout portion 9C is cut out so as to be, and a stopper member 35 is provided on the end surface of the upper end portion of the narrow portion 31A of the cover member 31.

Hereinafter, the notch portion 9C of the convex portion 9A of the upper cross member 9 and the retaining member 35 of the narrow portion 31A of the covering member 31 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line S9-S9 in FIG. 7, and is a cross-sectional view in a state where the covering member 31 and the left and right leg members 33 hold a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture. Further, FIG. 10 shows that the opening 30 is formed by rotating the covering member 31 and the left and right leg members 33 integrated with the covering member 31 in the direction of arrow D by 90 degrees or substantially 90 degrees in FIG. It is sectional drawing in the state when it is covered with the covering member 31 and the left and right leg members 33.

As shown in FIG. 9, the lower part of the convex portion 9A of the upper horizontal member 9 among the upper and lower horizontal members 9 has a thickness of the convex portion 9A toward the indoor side, in other words, toward the building 2 side. It is a cutout portion 9C cut out so as to be thin. On the other hand, the thickness dimension is uniform or substantially uniform over the entire end surface on the indoor side (upper side when the opening 30 is covered) in the narrow portion 31A of the covering member 31, such as rubber. Elastic members having elasticity are joined together by adhesion or the like, and this elastic member serves as a retaining member 35 which is a preventing means.

As shown in FIG. 11, which will be described later, a retaining member 35 is provided on the end face of the right leg member 33 where the horizontal extension 33B is not formed, of the vertical extension 33A. Although not shown, the retaining member 35 is also provided on the end face of the tip of the left extension 33A of the left leg member 33 where the horizontal extension 33B is not formed.

In addition, the thickness dimension of these retaining members 35 is the same as or substantially the same as the maximum thickness dimension of the portion notched from the lower portion of the convex portion 9A of the cross member 9.

9, when the covering member 31 is rotated 90 degrees or substantially 90 degrees in the direction of arrow D together with the left and right leg members 33, as shown in FIG. 10, the narrow portion 31A of the covering member 31 and the left and right portions The leg member 33 is inserted into the opening 30. At this time, the narrow portion 31A of the covering member 31 and the retaining member 35 provided on the left and right leg members 33 are opened while being pressed by the notch 9C. It is inserted into the part 30.

For this reason, in a state where the cover member 31 and the left and right leg members 33 completely cover the opening 30, the cover member 31 is covered by the repulsive elastic force accumulated when the retaining member 35 is pressed by the notch 9 </ b> C. The member 31 and the left and right leg members 33 are prevented from being detached from the opening 30.

Further, as described above, of the left and right end portions of the wide portion 31B of the covering member 31, the portion facing the end surface at the tip of the vertical extension portion 33A of the left and right leg members 33 has a thickness that extends vertically upward. The cutout portion 31C is cut out so as to be thin. On the other hand, on the end surfaces of the distal ends of the vertically extending portions 33A of the left and right leg members 33, a retaining member that prevents the left and right leg members 33 from coming off the wide portion 31B of the covering member 31 is provided. 36 is provided.

Hereinafter, the retaining member 36 provided in the cutout portion 31C of the wide portion 31B of the cover member 31 and the pair of left and right leg members 33 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along line S11-S11 of FIG. 8, in order to hold the covering member 31 in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture, end surfaces of the distal ends of the vertically extending portions 33A of the left and right leg members 33 are shown. It is sectional drawing of the right leg member 33 in the state when contact | abutting to the floor | bed 4 which is not shown in figure. 12 is the same as FIG. 11 in that the left and right leg members 33 are rotated in the direction of arrow E by 270 degrees or approximately 270 degrees, so that the left and right leg members 33 are moved to the left and right sides of the narrow portion 31A of the covering member 31. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the right leg member 33 in a state where it is arranged and holds a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture. Further, FIG. 13 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the right leg member 33 in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 11, the portion of the right end portion of the wide portion 31B of the covering member 31 that faces the end face of the tip end of the vertical extension portion 33A of the right leg member 33 is thicker in the vertical direction. The cutout portion 31C is cut out so as to be thin. On the other hand, an elastic member having elasticity such as rubber is bonded to the end face of the vertical extension portion 33A of the right leg member 33 by adhesion or the like, and the elastic member serves as a slip-off preventing means. The prevention member 36 is provided. Similarly, although not shown in the drawing, a portion of the left end portion of the wide portion 31B of the covering member 31 that faces the end surface of the tip end of the vertical extension portion 33A of the left leg member 33 is also directed vertically upward. The cutout portion 31C is cut out so as to be thin. On the other hand, an elastic member having elasticity such as rubber is also bonded to the end surface of the vertical extension portion 33A of the left leg member 33 by adhesion or the like, and the elastic member serves as a slip-off preventing means. The prevention member 36 is provided.

The thickness dimension of the retaining member 36 provided on the left and right leg members 33 is the same as or substantially the same as the maximum thickness dimension of the portion notched from the left and right end portions of the wide portion 31B of the cover member 31. It has become.

In the state of FIG. 11, when the left and right leg members 33 are rotated in the direction of arrow E by 270 degrees or approximately 270 degrees, the left and right leg members 33 are horizontal as in the case of the covering member 31 as shown in FIG. At this time, the retaining member 36 provided on the left and right leg members 33 is inserted into the left and right end portions of the wide portion 31B of the covering member 31 while being pressed by the notch portion 31C. Go.

For this reason, when the left and right leg members 33 are in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture together with the covering member 31, the retaining member 36 provided on the left and right leg members 33 is pressed by the notch 31C. Thus, the left and right leg members 33 are prevented from being detached from the left and right end portions of the wide portion 31B of the covering member 31 due to the repulsive elastic force accumulated.

In the storage structure of the waist wall 6 of the balcony 1 according to the present embodiment described above, the storage space 26 is formed inside the waist wall 6 of the balcony 1 and the siding 7 on the indoor side of the waist wall 6 An opening 30 for taking in and out the stored items is formed, and a cover member 31 for covering the opening 30 so as to be freely opened and closed is attached.

And in this wall storage structure, when the opening part 30 is opening, the horizontal attitude | position holding means for hold | maintaining the covering member 31 in a horizontal attitude | position or a substantially horizontal attitude | position is provided, This horizontal attitude | position holding means is A vertically extending portion 33A that is pivotally attached to the covering member 31 and extends vertically downward when the opening 30 is open, and in other words, from the tip of the vertically extending portion 33A to the outdoor side. And a pair of left and right leg members 33 that horizontally extend toward the waist wall 6 side. When the opening 30 is open, the left and right leg members 33 are vertically The end surface of the tip of the extending portion 33A abuts against the floor 4 so that the covering member 31 maintains a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture.

As a result, when the opening 30 is open, the pair of left and right leg members 33 that are horizontal posture holding means abut against the floor 4 so that the cover member 31 that normally covers the opening 30 is removed by the person. Can be used as a chair or a table on which to sit.

For this reason, according to this embodiment, the waist wall 6 itself of the balcony 1 can be utilized more effectively.

Next, modified examples of the covering member 31 according to the first embodiment and the leg member 33 attached to the covering member 31 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 26 is an enlarged perspective view showing a state where a cover member 231, which is a modification of the cover member 31, covers the opening 30 formed in the waist wall 6. FIG. 27 is a view showing a state in which the covering member 231 is rotated in the direction of arrow I (from the top to the bottom) in FIG. 26 to be in the horizontal posture or the substantially horizontal posture. FIG. This is a modification of the member 33, and a pair of left and right leg members 233 placed on the left and right end portions (both ends in the width direction of the covering member 231) on the upper surface of the covering member 231 are rotated in the direction of arrow J (from the top to the bottom) It is a figure which shows the state which the cover member 231 is maintaining the horizontal attitude | position or a substantially horizontal attitude | position by moving. 29 is an enlarged view of one (left) leg member 233 of the pair of left and right leg members 233 shown in FIG. 27. Similarly, FIG. 30 is a pair of left and right leg members 233 shown in FIG. It is an enlarged view of the leg member 233 of one (left side) among them. In FIG. 26, a part of the cross member 9 and the leg member 233 attached to the covering member 231 are not shown.

As shown in FIG. 26, the cover member 231 has substantially the same shape as the opening 30 unlike the first embodiment described above. Further, as shown in FIG. 27, a central shaft 232 having a length longer than that of the lower end portion 231A is penetrated inside the lower end portion 231A of the covering member 231 like the covering member 31. The covering member 231 is rotatable with respect to the lower cross member 9 about the central axis 232. Note that, similarly to the cover member 31, the cover member 231 is formed with a handle portion 231 </ b> D for holding the cover member 231 when the opening portion 30 is opened.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 28, the pair of left and right leg members 233 for holding the covering member 231 in the horizontal position extends vertically downward in a state where the covering member 231 is held in the horizontal position. In the vertical extension portion 233A, the first horizontal extension portion 233B extending horizontally from the vertically lower end of the vertical extension portion 233A toward the waist wall 6 (outdoor side), and the vertical extension portion 233A The leg member 233 has a reverse T-shape, and is composed of a second horizontal extending portion 233C extending horizontally from the vertically lower end portion in the direction opposite to the waist wall 6 (indoor side). Yes.

As shown in FIGS. 27 and 28, the left and right leg members 233 are connected to the covering member 231 by hinges 234, respectively. Since the structures of the left and right hinges 234 are exactly the same, the structure of the hinge 234 that connects the left leg member 233 to the covering member 231 will be described below with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIGS. 29 and 30, the hinge 234 has a pair of left and right brackets 235 coupled to the left end portion of the upper end portion 231 </ b> B of the covering member 231, and both ends fixedly supported by the bracket 235. A central shaft 236 and a connecting member 237 for connecting the central shaft 236 and the leg member 233 are configured. The connecting member 237 is partially connected to the leg member 233 by fastening with a screw or the like, bonding with an adhesive or the like, and the leg member 233 in the connecting portion 237B by fastening or bonding. It consists of a cylindrical portion 237A that is formed at an unconnected end and through which the central shaft 236 is inserted. For this reason, the connecting member 237 and the leg member 233 connected to the connecting member 237 are rotatable about the central axis 236 inserted through the cylindrical portion 237A. As shown in FIG. 30, when the leg member 233 rotates and stands upright in the vertical direction, the entire end surface of the top end portion of the vertically extending portion 233 </ b> A is in close contact with the bottom surface of the covering member 231. The connecting portion 237B of the connecting member 237 is connected to the leg member 233 so as to come into contact with each other.

The second horizontal extending portion 233C is formed of synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, or the like. For this reason, when the leg member 233 is stored, the second horizontal extending portion 233C has a function of reducing the impact when the leg member 233 comes into contact with the covering member 231. If yes. As shown in FIG. 29, the second horizontal extending portion 233 </ b> C is configured such that when the leg member 233 is stored, the leg member 233 and the connecting member 237 are parallel to the covering member 231. It has a thickness. In this modification, the second horizontal extension 233C is separate from the vertical extension 233A and the first horizontal extension 233B (synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, etc.), but the second horizontal The extending portion 233C is formed of the same material as the vertical extending portion 233A and the first horizontal extending portion 233B, and the second horizontal extending portion 233C is integrated with the vertical extending portion 233A and the first horizontal extending portion 233B. You may make it become a thing.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 27, when the leg member 233 rotates in the arrow J direction at the left and right end portions (both ends in the width direction of the cover member 231) on the end surface of the upper end portion of the cover member 231. A recess 231C having a space in which the connecting portion 237B of the connecting member 237 of the hinge 234 can be accommodated in an upright posture in the vertical direction is formed. This prevents the case where the leg member 233 cannot stand upright in the vertical direction because the connecting portion 237B of the connecting member 237 contacts the end surface of the upper end portion of the covering member 231 when the leg member 233 rotates in the arrow J direction. Because. Thereby, the horizontal posture of the covering member 231 is maintained.

In addition, in order to prevent the covering member 231 from being separated from the opening 30 when the covering member 231 covers the opening 30 between the left and right depressions 231C on the end surface of the upper end 231B of the covering member 231. An unillustrated retaining member (not shown), which is an anti-displacement preventing means, is provided. On the other hand, the lower portion of the convex portion 9A of the upper cross member 9 is a not-shown notched portion that is not shown so as to become thinner toward the indoor side, and when the covering member 231 covers the opening 30. The above-mentioned retaining member (not shown) provided on the end surface of the upper end of the covering member 231 is pressed by a notch (not shown). This prevents the covering member 231 from coming off the opening 30.

In the present modification described above, the leg member 233 is not integrated with the cover member 231 and covers the opening 30 like the cover member 31 and the leg member 33, but when the cover member 231 covers the opening 30, The leg member 233 is stored in the storage space 26.

For this reason, according to this modification, since the shape of the covering member 231 can be made larger than that of the covering member 31, the width dimension is larger on the covering member 231 when the horizontal posture is maintained. Things can be placed on it.

Further, according to this modification, when the cover member 231 covers the opening 30, the leg member 233 is stored in the storage space 26, and thus the cover member 31 and the leg member 33 integrally cover the opening 30. In comparison, the appearance is better.

Furthermore, according to this modification, the horizontal posture of the covering member 231 is more stably held by contacting the floor of the first horizontal extending portion 233B and the second horizontal extending portion 233C, which are the tip portions of the leg members 233. Will be.

Next, the storage structure of the waist wall 6 of the balcony 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 4 described above, the storage structure of the waist wall 6 of the balcony 1 according to the present embodiment includes the left and right middle pillars 25 and the upper and lower cross members 9 inside the waist wall 6 of the balcony 1. A storage space 27 surrounded by the outdoor side and the indoor side siding 7 is formed, and an opening 40 for taking in and out the storage space 27 is formed in the indoor side siding 7 of the waist wall 6. The covering member 41 that covers the opening 40 so as to be freely opened and closed is attached to the waist wall 6 so as to be rotatable. The size and shape of the opening 40 are the same as or substantially the same as the opening 30 of the first embodiment described above.

14 is a cross-sectional view taken along line S14-S14 in FIG. 15 is an enlarged perspective view of the opening 40 in FIG. 2 and a cover member 41 for covering the opening 40. FIG. 16 is a plan view of the opening 40 by rotating the cover member 41 in FIG. It shows a state when the is opened.

As shown in FIG. 15, the covering member 41 has the same or substantially the same size as the opening 40 and has a rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction, which is the length direction of the waist wall 6. As in the first embodiment described above, a central axis 42 longer than the width dimension of the covering member 41 passes through the lower end of the covering member 41, and the left and right end portions of the central axis 42 are It is inserted into a hole formed in the two convex portions 9B protruding from the left and right end portions of the lower cross member 9 to the indoor side, and coupled. For this reason, the covering member 41 is rotatable up and down with respect to the waist wall 6 around the central axis 42.

As shown in FIG. 14, similarly to the first embodiment described above, a retaining member 43 is provided on the end surface of the upper end portion of the covering member 41, and the retaining member 43 is provided with the retaining member 43. The upper cross member 9 is pressed by the notch 9C of the convex portion 9A. For this reason, the cover member 41 is prevented from being detached from the opening 40, and the opening 40 is more closely closed.

As shown in FIG. 14, in order to open the opening 40, a hand is placed on the handle portion 41 </ b> B formed at the central portion or the substantially central portion of the upper portion of the covering member 41, and the opening portion 40. The cover member 41 that covers is rotated by 90 degrees or substantially 90 degrees in the direction of arrow F, in other words, indoors downward.

In FIG. 15, as in the first embodiment described above, a hand is placed on the handle portion 41 </ b> B formed on the upper portion of the cover member 41, and the cover member 41 is rotated 90 degrees or approximately 90 degrees in the direction of arrow G. Accordingly, the covering member 41 is in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture.

As shown in FIG. 16, substantially U-shaped fastening devices 46 are provided in the vicinity of the left and right ends of the indoor-side tip on the upper surface of the covering member 41 in the horizontal posture or the substantially horizontal posture. Are combined. Further, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 16, substantially U-shaped fasteners 46 are respectively coupled to the left and right ends of the upper side of the opening 40 on the lower surface of the upper cross member 9. ing.

One end of a metal chain 44, which is a string-like member, is coupled to the left-side fastener 46, which is one side that is secured to the cover member 41, and is secured to the cross member 9 above. The other end of the chain 44 is coupled to the left fastening portion 46 which is one side. In addition, one end of a metal chain 45 that is a string-like member similar to the chain 44 is coupled to the right-side fastener 46 that is the other side that is secured to the covering member 41, and the upper cross member The other end of the chain 45 is coupled to the right side fastening portion 46, which is the other side fastened to 9.

The two left and right chains 44 and 45 have such a length that they become tensioned when the covering member 41 is in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture. Therefore, these chains 44 and 45 serve as horizontal posture holding means for holding the cover member 41 in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture when the opening 40 is open.

According to the present embodiment described above, the covering member 41 can be held in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture with a simple member having a structure of a metal chain, and normally covers the opening 40. The covering member 41 can be used as a table on which an object (for example, the floret 47 shown in FIG. 5) is placed.

For this reason, also by this embodiment, the waist wall 6 itself of the balcony 1 can be utilized more effectively.

In addition, according to the present embodiment, the horizontal posture holding means is the metal chains 44 and 45. Therefore, when the opening member 40 covers the opening 40 as shown in FIG. 44 and 45 are stored in the storage space 27 in a slack state. For this reason, in the storage space 27, the chains 44 and 45 are prevented from interfering with the stored items.

Next, the storage structure of the waist wall 6 of the balcony 1 according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described.

FIG. 17 is a perspective view of the waist wall 6 of the balcony 1 according to the present embodiment as viewed from the outdoor side, and FIG. 18 is a front view of the balcony 1 shown in FIG.

The handrail 5 and the inner structure of the waist wall 6 in this embodiment are exactly the same as those in the first and second embodiments described above. Hereinafter, differences from the first and second embodiments will be described with reference to FIGS. 17 and 18.

Although not shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, in the present embodiment, the siding 7 on the indoor side of the waist wall 6 (the back side of the waist wall 6 in FIGS. As in the second embodiment, two openings 30 and 40 for taking in and out the stored items from the two storage spaces 26 and 27 formed inside the waist wall 6 are formed. Cover members 31, 41 that cover the portions 30, 40 so as to be freely opened and closed are attached to the waist wall 6 so as to be rotatable.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, in the present embodiment, the outdoor side siding 7 of the waist wall 6 faces the opening 30 on the indoor side and the thickness direction of the waist wall 6, An opening 130 having the same or substantially the same size and shape as the opening 30 is formed, and is opposed to the indoor-side opening 40 and the waist wall 6 in the thickness direction, and is the same as or substantially the same as the opening 40. An opening 140 having the same size and shape is formed.

For this reason, in this embodiment, there are two openings formed so as to penetrate the waist wall 6 in the thickness direction, and one opening end of the opening ends at both ends in the penetration direction in each opening. Are the openings 30 and 40 formed in the siding 7 on the indoor side of the waist wall 6, and the other opening ends are openings 130 and 140 formed in the siding 7 on the outdoor side of the waist wall 6. It has become.

As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, the openings 130 and 140 are closed with a see-through member formed of a hard resin such as glass or a soft resin such as vinyl.

Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the cover members 31 and 41 that have covered the openings 30 and 40 formed in the indoor-side siding 7 are rotated 90 degrees or substantially 90 degrees downward in the indoor direction, and the horizontal posture is set. Alternatively, when the florets 132 and 142 (see FIG. 18) are placed on the covering members 31 and 41 held in a substantially horizontal posture, respectively, as shown in FIG. The bridegrooms 132 and 142 can be viewed through the see-through members 131 and 141 blocking the openings 130 and 140 formed in the outer siding 7.

In addition, according to the present embodiment, since the openings 130 and 140 are closed with the see-through members 131 and 141, the florets 132 and 142 placed on the covering members 31 and 41 are exposed to sunlight, and the florets Growth of 132,142 is promoted.

As described above, also according to this embodiment, the waist wall 6 itself of the balcony 1 can be used more effectively.

In the present embodiment, the see-through members 131 and 141 closing the openings 130 and 140 may be attached to and detached from the openings 130 and 140, or may not be removable. . When the transparent members 131 and 141 are damaged or soiled when attached to or detached from the openings 130 and 140, the transparent members can be easily replaced.

Next, a storage structure for the waist wall 6 of the balcony 1 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described.

FIG. 19 is a perspective view of the waist wall 6 of the balcony 1, showing a state when the opening is covered with a covering member, and FIG. 20 is a perspective view showing the internal structure of the waist wall 6. FIG. 21 is a perspective view of the waist wall 6 of the balcony 1 and shows a state when the opening is open, which is the same as FIG.

22 is an enlarged perspective view of the covering member 51 in FIG. 19, and FIG. 23 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the line S23-S23 in FIG. 19, both of which are covered with the covering member. This indicates the state.

Further, FIG. 24 is an enlarged perspective view showing a state in which the opening is opened by rotating the cover member in FIG. 22, and similarly, FIG. 25 shows the cover member in FIG. It is an expanded sectional view which shows a state when the opening part is opening by rotating.

Also in this embodiment, the handrail 5 is exactly the same as that in the first and second embodiments described above, and the internal structure of the waist wall 6 is the waist wall 6 in order to form a storage space. The first and second embodiments are the same as those of the first and second embodiments except for a part of the cross members arranged inside. Hereinafter, differences from the first and second embodiments will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 19 and 21, the stored items are put into and out of the indoor siding 7 of the waist wall 6 of the balcony 1 from a storage space 28 formed inside the waist wall 6 shown in FIG. 20. An opening 50 is formed, and a covering member 51 that covers the opening 50 so as to be freely opened and closed is attached to the waist wall 6 so as to be rotatable.

As shown in FIG. 22, a central axis 55 longer than the width dimension of the cover portion 52 passes through the lower end portion of the cover portion 52 of the cover member 51. The part is inserted into and coupled to a hole formed inside the indoor side tip of the left and right cross members 61. For this reason, the covering member 51 is rotatable up and down with respect to the waist wall 6 about the central axis 55.

The opening 50 has the same or substantially the same size and shape as the openings 30 and 40 of the first and second embodiments described above.

22 and 23, the cover member 51 has the same or substantially the same shape as the opening 50, and a cover 52 that allows the opening 50 to be opened and closed in the vertical direction, and the opening 50. When the cover 52 covers the opening 50, it has a horizontal extension 53 extending horizontally to the storage space 28. A flat support member 54 for supporting the horizontal posture of the cover member 51 is attached between the left and right end portions of the cover portion 52 and the left and right end portions of the horizontal extension portion 53. Yes. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 22, the upper central portion or the substantially central portion of the cover portion 52 of the cover member 51 has the same size as the handle portions 31D and 41B of the first and second embodiments described above. A handle portion 52A having a shape is formed.

The horizontal extending portion 53 of the covering member 51 is the same as or substantially the same as the lower cross member 9 of the two upper and lower cross members 9 arranged inside the waist wall 6 in the first and second embodiments described above. They have the same thickness dimension and are arranged at the same or substantially the same height as the lower cross member 9. For this reason, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 19 and 22, instead of the lower cross member 9 in the first and second embodiments described above, the waist wall 6 is elongated in the thickness direction. The left and right two horizontal members 61 projecting horizontally to the surface of the siding 7 are disposed on the left and right sides of the horizontal extending portion 53 of the covering member 51. Note that the upper cross member 9 in the first and second embodiments described above is disposed above the two left and right cross members 61.

In the present embodiment, there are two storage spaces formed inside the waist wall 6, one of which is as shown in FIG. 20 and FIG. The storage space 28 is formed by being surrounded by the outdoor side siding 7 and the vertical plate 60 erected on the indoor side, and the other is a cover as shown in FIG. The storage space 29 is formed by being surrounded by the cover portion 52 of the member 51, the horizontal extension portion 53, and the two left and right support members 54.

In the present embodiment, since the covering member 51 has the horizontal extending portion 53 that extends horizontally to the storage space 28 when the covering portion 52 covers the opening 50, the opening 50 is opened. In order to put in and out the stored items from the storage space 28, it is necessary to rotate the covering member 51 downward by 180 degrees or approximately 180 degrees indoors.

In addition, when the cover member 51 whose surface is flush with or substantially flush with the surface of the siding 7 in the state of covering the opening 50 is rotated by 180 degrees or approximately 180 degrees, the cover 52 is formed on the waist wall. 6, the siding 7 becomes a hindrance, and the cover 52 cannot be rotated up to 180 degrees or approximately 180 degrees, in other words, in a vertical posture. It does not become a state. For this reason, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, a portion of the siding 7 where the rotated cover 52 abuts is cut out in advance, and this portion is the cover portion. The opening 62 has the same size or substantially the same size and shape as 52.

However, if the cover member 51 is rotated 180 degrees or approximately 180 degrees as it is, there is no member that the cover portion 52 contacts the waist wall 6 side. Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. As shown, a longitudinal plate 60 that is long in the left-right direction, which is the length direction of the waist wall 6, and serves as a substitute for the siding 7 is disposed inside the waist wall 6. As shown in FIG. 20, the surface of the vertical plate 60 is flush with or substantially flush with the indoor surface of the left and right middle pillars 25.

Next, the operation of rotating the covering member 51 to open the opening 50 will be described with reference to FIGS.

22 and 23 show a state when the cover 52 of the cover member 51 covers the opening 50. As shown in FIGS. 23 and 25, this embodiment also shows the state. As in the first and second embodiments described above, the lower portion of the convex portion 9A of the upper cross member 9 is a notch 9C, and the end face of the upper end portion of the cover 52 is provided with a retaining member. 56 is provided. For this reason, it is prevented that the cover part 52 comes off from the opening part 50, and the cover part 52 covers the opening part 50 more closely.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, in order to open the opening 50, the covering member 51 is rotated 180 degrees or substantially 180 degrees in the arrow H direction, in other words, the indoor side downward direction. .

As a result, as shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, the horizontally extending portion 53 of the covering member 51 is in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture, and the covering portion 52 of the covering member 51 is placed on the siding 7. It fits into the formed opening 62 (see FIGS. 22 and 23 described above), and comes into contact with the back side of the opening 62, in other words, the surface of the vertical plate 60 arranged on the outdoor side. As a result, the horizontal extending portion 53 of the covering member 51 is maintained in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture.

Therefore, in this embodiment, when the opening 50 is open, the horizontal posture holding means for holding the covering member 51 in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture is the surface of the vertical plate 60 serving as a substitute for the siding 7. It is the cover part 52 which contact | abuts.

According to this embodiment described above, the cover 52 of the cover member 51 abuts the vertical plate 60, so that the horizontal extension 53 of the cover member 51 is used as a table on which objects are placed, a chair on which a person sits, and the like. The waist wall 6 of the balcony 1 itself can be used more effectively.

In the first embodiment described above, the leg member 33 which is a horizontal posture holding means which is a separate member from the covering member 51 is attached to the covering member 31, and after opening the opening 30, the leg member is opened. The covering member 51 cannot maintain the horizontal posture or the substantially horizontal posture state unless the posture of the leg member 33 is brought into contact with the floor with the posture of 33 extending vertically downward. .

However, according to the present embodiment, the horizontal extending portion 53 can maintain the horizontal posture or the substantially horizontal posture only by the cover portion 52 of the cover member 51 coming into contact with the vertical plate 60, and the cover member accordingly increases. 51 can be simplified.

Further, as in the first embodiment described above, in order to hold the covering member 51 in a horizontal posture or a substantially horizontal posture, an operation of rotating the leg member 33 is not required, and the labor of the operation can be saved accordingly. .

According to the present invention, a storage space is formed inside the wall, and an opening is formed in the wall for taking in and out stored items from the storage space, and for opening and closing the opening. It can be used for a wall of a building or a building attachment to which a covering member is attached.
