【0061】

[0046]
For example, in the case of
[0047]
[0048]
In this case, the product code is 49123456, the production lot is 20011123, the expiration date (standard) is 12/25 23:00, the expiration date (actual) is 12/24 22:00, the storage temperature (actual) is 1 ° C, the storage temperature (Recommended) is 0 ° C, Storage humidity (actual) is 70%, Storage humidity (recommended) is 50%. Among these, the storage temperature (actual) and the storage humidity (actual) are given from the fixture state management table 27. Storage temperature (recommended) and storage humidity (recommended) are given from the shelf life calculation formula table 26.
[0049]
[0050]
FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a detailed configuration example of the expiration date calculation formula table 26. As described above, the expiration date calculation formula table 26 includes a product code, storage temperature (recommended), storage humidity (recommended), expiration date (standard), and expiration date calculation formula (actual). . The expiry date calculation formula is created based on experience, taking into account the characteristics of the product and the storage environment.
[0051]
Therefore, the calculation formula varies depending on the product. The
Expiration date (standard) + 10H × (temperature (recommended) −temperature) + 7.5H × (humidity (recommended) −humidity) × 10. Here, the actual expiration date is determined. The expiration date can be managed in two types, standard and actual, and the expiration date (standard) is the expiration date when stored according to the recommended temperature and recommended humidity conditions.
[0052]
If the product is sashimi, the processing date is 2001/12/23 07:00, storage temperature (recommended) is 0 ° C, storage humidity (recommended) is 50%, storage temperature (actual) is 1 ° C, storage humidity ( Actual) is 70%.
[0053]
Since the expiration date (standard) is the processing date + 1 day, it is 2001/12/24 07:00. Substituting each value into the above formula for the actual expiration date,
2001/12/24 07: 00: 00 + 10 × (0-1) + 7.5H ×
((50-70) / 100) × 10
= 2001/12/24 07: 00-25H
= 2001/12/23 06: 00
It becomes.
[0054]
In addition, the storage temperature and storage humidity may be managed using the fixture state management table 27 for the temperature and humidity acquired from the fixture sensor, or may be obtained from the sensor built in the
[0055]
In addition, when a change in storage temperature or storage humidity occurs due to a fixture failure or a change in climate, the expiration date is automatically calculated, and an alarm is notified when the expiration date has expired.
[0056]
For example, the product is sashimi and the processing date is 2001/12/23 7:00, storage temperature (recommended) 0 ° C, storage humidity (recommended) 50%, storage temperature (actual) 1 ° C, storage humidity (actual) Assume that you were driving at 70%. Here, it is assumed that the storage temperature (actual) is changed to 1.5 ° C. and the storage humidity (actual) is 75% due to a failure of the fixture.
[0057]
Since the expiration date (standard) is the processing date + 1 day, it is 2001/12/24 7:00. The actual expiration date is
Expiration date (standard) + 10H × (temperature (recommended) −temperature) × 7.5H × (humidity (recommended) −humidity) × 10
= 2001/12/24 7: 00-33.7
= 2001/12/22 21:18
It becomes.
[0058]
FIG. 10 is a flowchart for setting the expiration date calculation formula. In the expiration date calculation formula setting, a storage temperature (recommended), storage humidity (recommended), expiration date, and expiration date calculation formula are set for each product in the
