【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術では、圧入後のバネ長の差異、バネのパチンコ玉の当たり面の巻き終わり位置の差異、バネの曲がり倒れ等、圧入及び捩じれ歪み等の差異等が発生し、この様な要因は玉飛びのばらつきに影響する為、槌によって大きな玉飛びのばらつきが発生していた。
槌の加工後別場所で作業するために、移動を行う為時間的ロスがあり、且つ、保管場所や作業場所も必要であった。
槌先端部バネ挿入装置は公知であるが、装置の制御系が複雑で高価であり、再度セットを行う為時間的ロスが大きいという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とし、NC旋盤の左右、前後に摺動する摺動型刃物台に、パチンコ玉発射用槌先端部バネ圧入部分切削具及びバネホルダーを左右摺動方向に並べて取り付け、NC旋盤の主軸であるチャック本体に槌セット台を取り付け、チャック爪で槌を固定し、前記切削具で槌先を切削加工後刃物台を摺動移動してバネホルダーの中心と加工された槌のバネ挿入部を一致し得るようになし、槌先ピンの外径とバネ内径の一致する点まで直線状に挿入し、その後、回転する主軸にチャック爪で固定された槌先ピンとバネホルダーにセットされたバネの相対移動をバネの素線径ピッチの分量づゝ槌先ピンの回転でねじ込むようにし、常に規定の回転量でねじ込み、ねじ込みが終了後主軸を逆回転させて、槌先ピンとバネホルダーの相対移動を逆回転後退にてバネホルダーをバネから抜き取る機能を有することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図示した実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。図1乃至図7は本発明の一実施例である。
槌先の切削加工NC旋盤の刃物台にバネホルダー7を取り付けた実施例である。NC旋盤は、主軸の回転角度、回転速度、加工刃物の位置関係が設定制御される。主軸にあるチャック本体2に槌セット台3を取り付けチャック爪にて槌4を固定してある。5は摺動型の刃物台で、切削具6及びバネホルダー7を取り付け位置関係をバネホルダー7の中心と槌先ピンの中心が一致する様に制御し、刃物台5の送りと主軸の回転を相対的に制御することによりバネ8を挿入するようにしたものである。
槌セット台3に槌4をセットし、バネホルダー7にある目印9に、バネ巻き終わり位置を合わせる様にバネをセットしスタートさせる。槌4をチャッキングし主軸が回転を始めプログラムされた加工工程で槌先ピンを切削加工し、加工を仕上げる。

実施例では主軸を回転させ、バネホルダー7を移動させているが、バネホルダー7を回転制御する駆動ユニットに組み込み刃物台に組み込んでも良い。またバネホルダー7をセットするユニットをセンター押しコップまたは専用の取り付け台を設けて取り付けても良い。移動及び回転はバネと槌先ピンの相対関係なのでどのような組み合わせでも良い。

本発明は、NC旋盤の左右、前後に摺動する摺動型刃物台に、パチンコ玉発射用槌先端部バネ圧入部分切削具及びバネホルダーを左右摺動方向に並べて取り付け、NC旋盤の主軸であるチャック本体に槌セット台を取り付け、チャック爪で槌を固定し、前記切削具で槌先を切削加工後刃物台を摺動移動してバネホルダーの中心と加工された槌のバネ挿入部を一致し得るようになし、槌先ピンの外径とバネ内径の一致する点まで直線状に挿入し、その後、回転する主軸にチャック爪で固定された槌先ピンとバネホルダーにセットされたバネの相対移動をバネの素線径ピッチの分量づゝ槌先ピンの回転でねじ込むようにし、常に規定の回転量でねじ込み、ねじ込みが終了後主軸を逆回転させて、槌先ピンとバネホルダーの相対移動を逆回転後退にてバネホルダーをバネから抜き取る機能を有しているので、部品の移動による時間ロスも無くなり、仕掛品の保管スペース、バネ圧入スペースも要らなくなり、合理的な作業環境で作業が行われるようになった。
また、高価な槌先端部バネ圧入装置でなくてもNC旋盤の制御プログラムで理想の制御ができる為、余分なコストをかけず、圧入後のバネ長、バネのパチンコ玉の当たり面の巻き終わり位置、圧入及び捩じれ歪み等が均一になり、またバネの曲がり倒れ等も無くなり、玉飛びのバラツキの無い槌を安定して供給できる様になった。
