図5、図6は従来の方法の第2例である。槌13の先細槌先ピン14に圧入したバネ11の密着巻部分15をペンチ16で固定し、槌先の端面をハンマー等でたゝき圧力で押し込んでいた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術では、圧入後のバネ長の差異、バネのパチンコ玉の当たり面の巻き終わり位置の差異、バネの曲がり倒れ等、圧入及び捩じれ歪み等の差異等が発生し、この様な要因は玉飛びのばらつきに影響する為、槌によって大きな玉飛びのばらつきが発生するという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とし、パチンコ玉発射用槌の槌先ピンへバネを挿入する装置で、回転及び移動する稼働軸にセットしたバネホルダーには、バネ巻き終り位置の合せ用目印を設け、さらにバネを圧入ねじ込むための孔を形成し、前記バネを底部に当る様に保持し、槌先ピン中心と同一線上にバネを保持し、槌先ピンの外径とバネ内径とが当接する位置迄直線状に挿入し、その後、バネホルダーをバネの素線径ピッチの分量づゝ相対移動回転により規定の回転量ねじ込み、ねじ込みが終了後槌先ピンとバネホルダーを相対移動逆回転にて後退し、バネホルダーを槌先に固定したバネから抜き取る機能を有することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を図示した実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図1乃至図3は固定の槌をセットする槌セット台とバネホルダーが回転及び移動する本発明の一実施例である。
バネホルダー1は回転及び移動する稼動軸にセットされ、稼動軸は回転角度、回転数、移動量が制御される。槌セット台は、バネホルダー1の回転の中心と槌先ピンの中心が一致する様に槌をセットするように槌回転軸孔をガイドとする孔ガイドピンと槌の槌先ピン後側のヘッド部分の当て部材からなっている。

稼動軸はセンサーにより軸の回転角度、移動量等が計測され駆動源を制御し設定の動作をさせている。自動運転では槌セット台に槌をセットし、バネホルダー1にある目印にバネ巻き終わり位置を合わせる様にバネ2をセットし、スタートSWにてスタートさせる。
バネホルダー1は回転をしない状態で設定された直進移動位置(バネ2の内径と槌先ピン3の外径がほゞ一致する点)まで進む。この点からバネホルダー1を相対移動回転させながらバネ2の素線径ピッチの分量づゝ設定されたエンド位置までねじ込み、バネ2の圧入はバネ2の密着巻きの部分を圧入ねじ込む為、一回転でバネ材料の線の太さ分押し込んでゆく。設定された回転量回りねじ込み工程は終了する。
次に、バネホルダー1を逆回転させながら後退させることによりバネホルダー1からバネ2を抜き原点まで戻り作業を終える。

槌のロット間のばらつきによる差異を調整する為に、槌セット台の槌回転軸孔をガイドとする孔ガイドピン、槌の槌先ピン後側のヘッド部分の当て部材、槌のヘッドはバネホルダー1の回転の中心と槌先ピン3の中心を一致させる様、微調整装置を持っている(図示せず)。
実施例ではバネホルダーを回転移動させているが、バネと槌先ピンの相対関係なので、移動及び回転はどのような組み合わせでもよく、安全性を高める為、作業時槌を固定するロック装置例えば、押えアーム、吸着マグネット(スタート時吸着する)、真空吸着などを用いればなお良い。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、パチンコ玉発射用槌の槌先ピンへバネを挿入する場合、バネホルダーにバネを底部に当る様に保持し、槌先ピン中心と同一線上にバネを保持し、槌先ピンの外径とバネ内径とが当接する位置迄直線状に挿入し、その後、バネホルダーをバネの素線径ピッチの分量づゝ相対移動回転により規定の回転量ねじ込み、ねじ込みが終了後槌先ピンとバネホルダーを相対移動逆回転にて後退し、バネホルダーを槌先に固定したバネから抜き取る機能を有するので、圧入後のバネ長、バネのパチンコ玉の当たり面の巻き終わり位置、圧入及び捩じれ歪み等が均一になり、またバネの曲がり倒れ等も無くなり、玉飛びのバラツキの無い槌を安定して供給できる様になった。
