本発明は、パチンコ玉発射用槌の加工機に於て、コイルバネ先端の槌回転軸孔からの距離寸法と圧入部分の相対角度を正しくチャックするチャック装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ玉の安定した飛びに関しては、槌先に圧入されたコイルバネの先端は槌回転軸孔からの距離寸法と、槌胴体との相対角度が大きく影響する。この為に切削加工精度に於て、距離寸法と槌胴体と圧入部分の相対角度とが重要な要素である。
従来の切削加工機に於ては図3、図4に示す如く、チャック本体部分に槌セット治具台10を設け、槌セット治具台10には槌回転軸孔11をガイドとする孔ガイド部材12を設け、槌先加工部後方に当て治具13を設け、槌14をガイド治具台10にセット後槌先加工部後方の当て治具13に槌14を手で押し付けながら板厚方向をチャッキングしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしこの方式だと、手で押し付けながらチャッキングを行うため非常に危険を伴っていた。また、押し付ける力によって寸法精度が決まる為、作業者によってのばらつきが大きく、作業者はばらつきを減らす為と強く押し付ける為に苦痛であるという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記問題点を解決することを目的とし、パチンコ玉発射用槌先端部コイルスプリングの圧入部分の切削加工機に於て、チャック本体部分に槌胴体部分のストッパー部材を設けた槌セット治具台を設け、該槌セット治具台には槌回転軸孔をガイドする孔ガイド部材を設け、チャック本体部分中央より前後にスライド可能な槌胴体部分を前方に押圧する可動式の弾性を有する押圧部材を設け、槌胴体部分には前記押圧部材により前方に押された槌胴体部分の前後方向の位置を固定する微調整機構を有するストッパーを配設し、槌先端部の槌板厚方向固定の固定チャック爪を下方に、上下スライド移動できる可動チャック爪を上方に設けた槌板厚方向で正しく固定するようにしたことを特徴とする。

本発明は、パチンコ玉発射用槌先端部コイルスプリングの圧入部分の切削加工機に於て、チャック本体部分に槌胴体部分のストッパー部材を設けた槌セット治具台を設け、該槌セット治具台には槌回転軸孔をガイドする孔ガイド部材を設け、チャック本体部分中央より前後にスライド可能な槌胴体部分を前方に押圧する可動式の弾性を有する押圧部材を設け、槌胴体部分には前記押圧部材により前方に押された槌胴体部分の前後方向の位置を固定する微調整機構を有するストッパーを配設し、槌先端部の槌板厚方向固定の固定チャック爪を下方に、上下スライド移動できる可動チャック爪を上方に設けた槌板厚方向で正しく固定するようにしてあるので、作業者は槌セット治具に槌をセットするだけで、後は槌から手を遠のけてチャッキングを行う為安全な作業が可能となった。
又、槌の固定方法が常に安定した為、パチンコ玉の飛びのより安定した槌を供給できる様になった。
