前記複合シェブロンフィルム冷却孔(60)が、前記内面及び外面を貫通して縦方向に延びかつ前記内面(34)における入口(40)と前記外面(36)におけるシェブロン出口(42)との間で縦方向及び横方向の両方向に発散し、
前記シェブロン孔(38)の各々が、前記内面における入口で始まりかつそれらの間に湾曲した凸状の横方向の断面を有する共通のリッジ(62)を有する一対のウイングトラフ(48)で終わる円筒形入口ボア(44)を含み、
前記一対のウイングトラフ(48)の各々が前記共通のリッジ(62)の横方向の断面に連続する湾曲した横方向の断面を有し、
前記縦方向が前記円筒形入口ボア(44)の軸線に沿った方向であり、
前記横方向が前記外面(36)に沿って前記縦方向と垂直な方向である、ガスタービンエンジン壁(32)。 - 前記入口ボア(44)が、前記内面及び外面(34、36)間で傾斜し、
前記ウイングトラフ(48)が、前記入口ボア(44)と前記外面(36)との間で縦方向にかつ前記リッジ(62)に沿って横方向に発散し、

請求項2記載の壁。 - 前記トラフ(48)が、前記ボア(44)と前記壁外面(36)との間で前記リッジ(62)から発散する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の壁。
- 前記円筒形入口ボア(44)は、前記内面(34)に対し、20度〜45度である、傾斜角A傾斜し、
前記共通のリッジ(62)は、前記内面(34)に対し、傾斜角B傾斜し、
前記トラフ(48)は、前記内面(34)に対し、傾斜角C傾斜し、
傾斜角A>傾斜角B>傾斜角Cである、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の壁。 - 前記凸状リッジ(62)が、前記入口ボア(44)と前記壁外面(36)との間で横方向に発散している、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の壁。
- 前記リッジ(62)が、横方向に円弧状の断面を有し、後縁に沿って前記外面(36)と同一面に連続する、請求項6記載の壁。
- 内側又は外側燃焼器ライナ、タービンノズルベーン、タービンノズルバンド、タービンロータブレード、タービンシュラウド又は排気口ライナのいずれかの構成部品壁である、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の壁。
- 空気(28)を加圧するファン(14)と、
加圧された空気(28)を付加的に加圧する圧縮機(16)と、
前記圧縮機(16)内で加圧された空気とこれに混合された燃料とを燃焼させ、高温燃焼ガス(30)を発生させる燃焼器(18)と、
前記高温燃焼ガス(30)からエネルギーを取り出すタービンブレード段とを備え、

請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のガスタービンエンジン壁(32)と、
前記圧縮機(16)から空気を抽気する冷却回路とを含む中空のタービンロータブレードとを有している、ガスタービンエンジン。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のガスタービンエンジン壁(32)を加工する方法であって、
前記複合シェブロンフィルム冷却孔(38)の3−D形状を加工するように構成された放電加工(EDM)電極(52)を用意する段階であって、
前記EDM電極(52)が、
前記円筒形入口ボア(44)の直径に加工する円筒形ステムと、
前記縦方向及び前記横方向の両方向に発散し、前記一対のウイングトラフ(48)及び前記リッジ(62)を形成する形状の下面を有する基端部とを備える、前記EDM電極(52)を用意する段階と、
前記ガスタービンエンジン壁(32)を傾斜角Aで貫通する前記円筒形入口ボア(44)を形成する段階と、
前記円筒形入口ボア(44)に前記EDM電極(52)を挿入する段階と、
放電加工により前記複合シェブロンフィルム冷却孔(38)の3−D形状を形成する段階と、
を含む方法。
