Therefore, the handle portion 35b of the carriage operation handle 35 is not easily detached by applying a slight force in the direction of the arrow f shown in FIG. Moreover, the tip part 35a can be easily removed from the cart operation handle stopper 36 side by applying a slight force to the handle part 35b in the opposite direction.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the fall prevention tool 24 includes a frame-shaped frame body portion 24 a and a handle portion 24 b provided by projecting the upper portion of the frame body portion 24 a. The frame-like frame body portion 24a has a bent portion 24c formed at the tip thereof, and the bent portion 24c includes a bearing portion 24d supported by the rotating shaft P2 on the cart frame body 25 side. The handle portion 24b is gradually rotated to the opposite side of the carriage body 22 if the operator holds the handle portion 24b as necessary and pulls it in the direction of the arrow c in FIG. That is, the overturn prevention tool 24 can be rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow d to ground the frame body portion 24a side to the ground G indicated by an imaginary line.

In addition, when the frame body portion 24a is grounded, the frame body portion 24a serves as a support for the ground G side, and prevents the entire carriage device from being inverted and falling, and prevents the carriage device itself from slipping. It works that can be done.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, when the frame body portion 24a of the toppling prevention device 24 rotates in the direction of the arrow d and is grounded, even when a small external force such as vibration is applied from this position. A coiled spring 43 is used as a fall prevention tool stopper means so as not to float. As shown by the dotted line in FIG. 2, the coil spring 43 is inserted into the rotating shaft P2 in a compressed state, and both ends of the coil portion are connected to the bearing portion 24d on the overturn prevention device 24 side and the L-shaped receiving portion. The base 23 is locked so as to straddle the bearing 40 a of the horizontal receiving base 40. Here, when the fall prevention tool 24 is rotated in the direction d in FIG. 2, the urging force of the coiled spring 43 works, and the frame portion 24a of the fall prevention tool 24 prevents the floating from the ground G. can do.

Further, as the fall prevention tool stopper means, when the fall prevention tool 24 comes into contact with the ground G, the frame body portion 24a of the fall prevention tool 24 is levitated from the ground G depending on the inclination of the ground G or the unevenness. In order to prevent this from happening, a fall prevention tool stopper means 37 is provided. As shown by the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 2, the fall prevention tool stopper means 37 includes a latch pin insertion hole 24f1 of a latch pin holding part 24f provided at the bottom of the fall prevention tool 24 side, and an engagement on the rear caster 21b side. A rod-shaped locking pin 38 (shown in front in FIG. 2) is inserted through the common central axis of both holes 24f1, 21b1 with the stop pin insertion hole 21b1.

With this configuration, when an external force is applied to lift the fall prevention tool 24 from the grounded state in the elevation direction, it is suppressed by the locking pin 38. Therefore, the overturn prevention tool 24 prevents the entire transport carriage device 20 from overturning when the L-shaped cradle 23 is rotated in the up-and-down direction together with the transport object H with the pivot axis P2 on the cart frame body 25 side as an axis. The action can be obtained.

Note that reference numeral 45 shown in FIG. 5 is a fastening band that integrally tightens the conveyed product H together with the horizontal cradle unit 40 when the conveyed product H is loaded on the L-shaped pedestal 23. Reference numeral 50 denotes a safety conveying means attached to the front of the conveyed object H during the conveying operation of the conveyed object H, and includes a caution display flag 50a, a contact sensor 50b, an optical sensor 50c, an alarm device 50d, and a power supply device 50e. It is an integrated safety transport kit. The safe transport kit 50 is attached to a required position in front of the transported object H when transporting the transported object H. For example, the safety transport kit 50 is hooked (not shown) so as to be hooked and hung on the upper corner of the transported object H. Equipped with ingredients.

As shown in FIG. 5, the caution display flag 50 a of the safe transport kit 50 is in front while the transport cart device 20 is moving forward when transporting the transported object H to the transport building X, for example, the transport building X. Whether or not the tip of the flag hits whether or not a person (another worker) is alerted or passes through a part with height restrictions such as the entrance and exit of a building. It is provided so that it can be judged. The contact sensor 50b can determine, by contact, whether or not passage is possible when the transport unit H passes through a place with a height restriction such as an entrance of a building while moving the transport cart device 20 forward. To be provided.

The optical sensor 50c detects in advance when there is a person (another worker) or an obstacle in front of the transport cart apparatus 20 while the transport cart apparatus 20 is moving forward. It is provided to call attention. In addition, the alarm device 50d is provided to notify the operator himself / herself of an abnormality through audiovisual when the caution display flag 50a, the contact sensor 50b, and the optical sensor 50c are operated exceeding a predetermined abnormality standard, for example, a buzzer, Either a chime or warning light, or a combination of these. Furthermore, the power supply device 50e is a power supply that supplies power to each of the contact sensor 50b, the optical sensor 50c, and the alarm device 50d.

Next, the effect | action of the conveyance trolley apparatus 20 is demonstrated with reference to FIGS.

6A and 6B are diagrams schematically illustrating an example of use of the transport carriage apparatus of the present invention, in which FIG. 6A illustrates a state in which the transport object H is loaded and stopped at a desired position, and FIG. The figure which shows the state before a start, (C) is a figure which shows the state in the time of standing of a conveyed product, (D) is a figure which shows the state of the standing completion of a conveyed product.

When transporting the transported object H to a predetermined place, the transported object H is loaded, for example, in a horizontal direction on the L-shaped receiving base 23 of the transporting cart apparatus 20 as shown in FIG. Then, if necessary, the transported object H is fastened with a fastening band 45 together with the horizontal receiving part 40 of the L-shaped receiving base 23 as shown in FIG. Furthermore, if necessary, the safe transport kit 50 is attached to the transported object H. With this operation, the preparation for transporting the transported object H is completed.

Then, while the transported object H is moving, the transported object H is transported to a predetermined place while preventing collision with an obstacle or the like ahead. When the conveyed product H arrives at a predetermined place, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6B, the fall prevention tool 24 is pulled out in the direction of the arrow d, and the frame body portion 24a of the fall prevention tool 24 is grounded to the ground G. .

The frame body portion 24a of the fall prevention tool 24 is grounded while being subjected to the urging force in the same direction as the arrow d by the coil spring 43 shown in FIG. Further, at the time of this grounding, the frame body portion 24a of the fall prevention tool 24 can be smoothly moved by the action of the damper device 34 in the process until the ground contact with the ground. The frame body portion 24 a of the fall prevention tool 24 is in a grounded state, and is prevented from floating from the ground G side more constantly by the action of the coil spring 43.

Next, the gear device 27 shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 is operated. That is, the drive gear rotation handle 32 is rotated in the direction of the arrow g.

When the drive gear rotation handle 32 rotates, as shown in FIG. 3, the drive gear 30 rotates in the direction of arrow h with the rotation axis P1 as the axis. As a result, the driven gear 31 rotates in the direction of arrow i with the rotation shaft P2 as the axis as the drive gear 30 rotates. When the driven gear 31 is rotated, the L-shaped pedestal 23 interlocked with the driven gear 31 is rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow e in FIG.

Here, when the L-shaped cradle 23 rotates in the direction of arrow e, the center of gravity of the entire transport carriage device 20 due to the weight of the L-shaped cradle 23 and the transported object H moves backward. During this movement, the frame body portion 24a of the overturn prevention tool 24 directly receives the weight of the L-shaped cradle 23 and the transported object H, so that the entire transport carriage device 20 can be prevented from falling. That is, when the center of gravity of the entire transport carriage device 20 due to the weight of the L-shaped cradle 23 and the transported object H moves rearward, the frame body portion 24a of the overturn prevention tool 24 directly receives the weight. The entire cart apparatus 20 is prevented from falling. The frame body portion 24a functions to prevent the L-shaped cradle 23 and the conveyed product H from falling in the direction of arrow e while receiving the weight of the L-shaped pedestal 23 and the conveyed product H.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 6D, when the upright receiving base 41 of the L-shaped receiving base 23 comes into contact with the ground G, the conveyed product H is placed on the L-shaped receiving base 23. Stand up again. From this state, the transfer work is completed by moving the transfer object H as indicated by the dotted arrow. When the conveyance object H has been laid down, the conveyance object H is pulled out of the upright cradle 41 of the L-shaped cradle 23 as shown by the dotted line in FIG. .

As described above, according to the transport cart apparatus 20, the cart body 22 having the front casters 21 a and the rear casters 21 b on the side in contact with the ground G and having a flat upper surface provided in a substantially horizontal state, and the cart body 22 An L-shaped pedestal 23 that is mounted at a predetermined position on the flat upper surface, and is pivotable in the elevation direction from the mounted predetermined position, and one end side is pivotally supported on the cart body 22 side, The cart body 22 is provided with a fall prevention device 24 that can operate in the same manner as the letter-shaped pedestal so that it can be grounded, and the lower end side of the L-shaped cradle 23 is pivotally supported on the rear caster 21b side. The L-shaped pedestal 23 is mounted on a flat surface of the carriage main body 22 and the rear caster 21b side is supported by the rotary shaft P2. Rear caster 21b side of base 40 Further, the fall prevention device 24 is provided with an upright receiving base portion 41 provided to rise substantially at a right angle, and the fall prevention device 24 is a coil spring 43 serving as a fall prevention device stopper means so that the other end side is held in contact with the ground. In order to carry one conveyed product H on its side, it can be conveyed by one conveying cart device 20, while the L-shaped cradle 23 and the conveyed item are raised during the standing operation of the conveyed item at the conveying destination. It is possible to prevent the fall due to the movement of the center of gravity to the rear of the entire transport carriage device 20 due to the weight of H. Therefore, the handling of the transport carriage device 20 can be performed safely.

Further, according to the transport carriage device 20, the rotation shaft P <b> 2 that pivotally supports the overturn prevention tool 24 and the rotation shaft P <b> 2 on the driven gear 31 side of the gear device 27 installed on the carriage frame body 25 side are By using one rotating shaft with a common core, the overall configuration of the transport carriage device 20 can be simplified and simplified.

Further, in the transport carriage device 20, as one of the fall prevention tool stopper means 37 of the fall prevention tool 24, a locking pin insertion hole 24 f 1 of a locking pin holder 24 f provided at the bottom on the fall prevention tool 24 side, and the rear The locking pin 38 is inserted into the common central axis of the holes 24f1, 21b1 with the locking pin insertion hole 21b1 on the caster 21b side, but instead of the locking pin insertion hole 21b1 provided on the rear caster 21b side. The base frame 25a or the base frame 25b of the cart frame 25 on the cart body 22 side may be used to provide a not-shown locking pin insertion hole.

Furthermore, according to the conveying cart apparatus 20, the cart main body 22, the L-shaped receiving base 23 which is mounted on the cart main body 22 and is provided so as to be rotatable in the up-and-down direction, and the overturn prevention supported on the cart main body 22 side. Since the tool 24 is provided so as to be separable via a rotation shaft P2 provided on the side of the carriage body 22, the carriage body 22, the L-shaped cradle 23, and the tipping prevention tool 24 are used in a state where they are separated in advance. Since it can be brought to a place, the carriage device itself has good transportability and can be assembled and used at any place.

Furthermore, according to the transport carriage device 20, when transporting the transported object H, as shown in FIG. 5, the transported object H is fastened to the L-shaped receiving base 23 side by the fastening band 45. The fastening band 45 is not necessarily used depending on the shape and size of the conveyed product H. For example, if the transported object H is relatively small, the flatness of the ground G is good, and the stability of the loaded transported object H is good, the fastening band 45 is not particularly necessary.

Further, according to the transport carriage device 20, the safety transport kit 50 is provided as necessary when transporting the transported object H. However, especially when there is no obstacle ahead or when handling a relatively small transported object H, do not need.
