Claims (2)
- ガラス粉末に発泡剤を混合して得られた混合物を加熱して溶融、発泡、焼成する焼成装置と、
前記混合物をベルト上に載せた状態で搬送して前記焼成装置内を通過させるベルトコンベア装置と、
前記焼成装置の前段に、前記ベルト上に載せられた混合物を所定厚さに敷き均すとともに、前記混合物に前記ベルトの進行方向に沿って複数列の台形状断面の櫛目を入れるための歯型敷き均し板と
を備える発泡ガラスの製造装置。 - ガラス粉末に発泡剤を混合して得られた混合物を、ベルトコンベア装置のベルト上に載せて所定厚さに敷き均すとともに、前記混合物に前記ベルトの進行方向に沿って複数列の台形状断面の櫛目を入れる工程と、
前記混合物を前記ベルト上に敷き均した状態で搬送しながら加熱して溶融、発泡、焼成する焼成工程と
を含む発泡ガラスの製造方法。
