ΔPB<ΔPC<ΔPDであれば液体が層10から12に移動する。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも2つの導電性多孔質層および導電性液体を包含する表示素子であって、前記導電性多孔質層が誘電性かつ疎液性のカバーによって前記導電性液体から絶縁された複数の接続された導電性粒子を包含し、さらに前記表示素子が、前記少なくとも2つの多孔質層と前記液体とをわたる電圧を個別に接続するための手段を包含し、その結果、電圧を各導電性の層に順次印加したときに前記液体が1つの場所から別の場所に変位し、順序を交替した電圧の印加時に限り前記液体がオリジナルの場所に戻る表示素子。
- 前記少なくとも2つの導電性多孔質層に隣接して少なくとも1つの追加の層が提供され、前記液体は、前記追加の層の材料と60°より小さい接触角を有し、前記追加の層の厚さは、前記導電性多孔質層のそれぞれの厚さより大きいが、前記2つの導電性多孔質層を組み合わせた厚さより小さい、請求項1に記載の表示素子。
- 前記少なくとも1つの追加の層は、複数の粒子を包含する請求項2に記載の表示素子。
- 着色材料の中間層が前記追加の層と前記導電性多孔質層の1つの間に提供される請求項2に記載の表示素子。
- 前記追加の層は、フォトニック結晶構造を包含する請求項2に記載の表示素子。
- 請求項1に記載の表示素子を包含し、各層の前記材料が支持材料上にコーティングされるデバイス。
