Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elevator door of an elevator hall, and in particular, when a fire occurs in a building, it is possible to reduce the deformation of the door due to heat and to prevent the intrusion of smoke and flame into the hoistway. Regarding doors.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When a building fire breaks out, the elevator hoistway becomes a passage for smoke and flames, which may spread to the upper floors one after another and further increase the fire damage. The reason why smoke and flame invade the hoistway is that the elevator door at the elevator hall is greatly deformed and dropped off due to heat, and the entrance becomes a smoke inlet.

[0008]
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art, and when a difference in thermal expansion occurs between the back plate, the front plate and the reinforcing member, these members are restrained in all directions. Elevator doors that prevent deformation of the door body, prevent the elevator doors from falling off, prevent smoke and flames from entering the hoistway, and thus prevent the spread of fire. Is to provide.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in claim 1 is an elevator door that opens and closes an entrance / exit of an elevator hall, a surface plate that faces the landing side of the door body, and a back plate that faces the hoistway side. A fastening member configured to reinforce the front plate and the back plate, a fastening member capable of eliminating the binding force on the front plate or the reinforcing member under a high temperature condition at the time of a fire, and a fastening member maintaining the binding force In combination, the back plate is coupled to the surface plate or the reinforcing member, and the combination of the fastening members is a steel rivet made of steel material for coupling one end of the door body, and the remaining portion of the door body. And an aluminum rivet made of an aluminum material having a low melting point or low strength .
[0010]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the difference in thermal elongation between the front plate and the reinforcing member directly exposed to high heat by the fire in the building and the back plate becomes large, the door body tends to deform. However, since the binding member breaks or melts due to high temperature and the binding force disappears, the surface plate and the reinforcing member are stretched without being restrained in a specific direction. Can be prevented from being deformed.
[0012]
In addition, the connecting member uses a rivet having a head smaller than a rivet hole formed in a connecting part of the back plate, and a resin or rubber washer interposed between the head of the rivet and the back plate. Alternatively, a bolt and a resin or rubber nut paired with the bolt may be used.
