Description

The present invention relates to a liquid ejector.

As a liquid ejector, a pump is attached to the mouth and neck of the container body, and the so-called configuration is such that the liquid in the container body is ejected by moving the push head at the upper end of the pump protruding so as to be pushed in an upward biased state. Various push-down head type liquid ejectors are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

The pump container described in Patent Document 1 is attached to the opening of the container body with a pump body such as a cylinder suspended in the container body, and reciprocates vertically in the pump body with respect to the pump body. A dip tube which attaches the pump operation part such as the above-described push-down head and opens the other end in the vicinity of the bottom of the container body at the lower part of the pump body and allows the content liquid of the container body to communicate with the pump body. It is attached.

In addition, stable liquid ejection can be performed at all times, liquid drainage is excellent, discharge port sealing is excellent, the head can be easily pushed down, and stable liquid ejection can be performed even for long-term use. An improved press head has been proposed for the purpose (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

JP 2001-219954 A JP 2002-326044 A

The pump container of Patent Document 1 is configured such that the liquid in the container body is discharged from the discharge port by moving the operation portion up and down. However, the outside air is introduced into the container body due to the decrease in the liquid. It is composed. Therefore, it is not suitable for storing liquids that are not preferably in contact with outside air. Similarly, the liquid ejector described in Patent Document 2 is not suitable for storing liquids that are not preferably in contact with outside air.

The present invention is suitable for the case of using a liquid that does not favor such contact with the outside air, and can maintain a sufficient quality of the stored liquid not only during storage but also after the start of use. We propose a liquid ejector that is easy to handle without fear of liquid leakage. In addition, a liquid ejector capable of exhibiting effects such as stable liquid ejection, good liquid drainage, good sealing of the ejection port, easy depression of the head, and good durability is proposed.

The liquid ejector of the present invention includes a container body, a case, and a pump. The container body is formed of a synthetic resin, and has a flexible body that deforms so that the volume decreases as the liquid decreases when the stored liquid is discharged. Further, the body portion is formed in a cylindrical shape by vertically connecting the end portions that are overlapped and fixed to each other, and the lower end opening is closed by a closing portion fixed in a flat shape. Therefore, the shoulder and the mouth / neck portion are formed separately, and the lower end edge is fixed to the upper end edge of the trunk portion by appropriate fixing means. The adhering means indicates adhesion, welding or the like.

In the present invention, the connecting portion is configured to be located in the middle of the closing portion. The middle of the closed portion does not necessarily indicate the center, and may be an intermediate portion other than both ends. However, if it is too close to the end, it is difficult to achieve the initial purpose, and a position close to the center is preferable.

The case includes a case lid that fits on the mouth and neck portion of the container body, and a case body that fits on the case lid and covers the container body, and the case lid is a screw of the mounting cap. In a state where it can be worn, it is fitted directly or via a tubular member to the mouth and neck. The shape of the case lid is not particularly limited. However, in consideration of convenience when the lower end of the body portion of the container body is fixed in a flat shape, the front-rear directionality is specified in the shape, and the container lid is arbitrarily selected. It is preferable that the direction can be fitted. The specification may be such that the outer peripheral surface has a shape that can specify the front and rear, for example, the outer peripheral surface has an elliptical shape or a rectangular shape in plan view. Further, as a specific example that can be fitted in an arbitrary direction, it is a state in which the inner face fitting portion can be fitted at a rotation angle of 360 ° with respect to a circular mouth neck portion or a cylindrical member in plan view. This can be achieved by forming an engaging ridge group in which a large number of longitudinal ridges in the circumferential direction are provided vertically on the outer periphery of the cylindrical member, and forming an engaging ridge group of the same form on the periphery of the case lid.

Moreover, the container body has obstruct | occluded the opening of a mouth-and-neck part with the cover plate which can be pressed and fractured. Accordingly, the container body is initially formed with the lower end of the body portion opened, and the lower end of the rear body portion filled with the contents from the lower end opening of the body portion is configured to be closed in a flat shape. The lid plate is formed separately and is fixed to the mouth and neck. For example, a lid plate in which a fixing cylinder is extended from the periphery, and the cylinder is fused to the inner periphery of the mouth and neck. It can be formed by fixing by appropriate fixing means such as adhesion. The lid plate is, for example, a synthetic resin alone or a laminated film or sheet, or a laminated film or sheet of a metal thin film layer and a synthetic resin layer. The mouth and neck are fixed to a predetermined position by an appropriate fixing means.

The pump is basically formed of a synthetic resin except for a metal coil spring or the like, and is formed by using an elastomer or the like as necessary. In addition, by moving up and down an operating member having a pressing head at the upper end, the built-in pump mechanism sucks up and discharges the liquid in the container, and the pump mechanism is of a known type. However, it is necessary to provide the cylinder on the mounting cap, and to provide the mounting cap with a connecting pipe that communicates the inside of the container and the cylinder by pressing and breaking the lid plate. The mounting cap is screwed onto the container body neck in a state before cutting. Note that the mounting cap may be screwed directly to the outer periphery of the mouth neck portion or indirectly through a cylindrical member.

As a first means for solving the problem, it is possible to vertically form a connecting portion d in which the edges are overlapped and fixed to form a cylinder, and the lower end edge is closed in a flat shape by the closing portion f. A tube-shaped container body A having a flexible body portion 2 and having an opening of a mouth-and-neck portion 4 standing at the upper end of the body portion 2 via a shoulder portion 3 closed with a cover plate 5 capable of being pressed and broken; and case B consisting of the case body B 2 Metropolitan covering the body portion 2 is fitted to the container case lid was fitted to the body B 1 and the case lid B 1, attaching cap is hanging the connecting pipe 35 to the interior And a pump C mounted on the container body A so that the screw 30 can be screwed down, and the cap 30 is screwed down when opening, the cover plate 5 is pressed and broken by the connecting pipe 35, and the container body A A liquid ejector configured to communicate with the inside of the pump C, wherein the connection portion d is positioned in the middle of the closing portion f. It was.

As the second means, in the first means, the case lid B 1 is configured such that the front-rear directionality is specified in shape and can be fitted to the container body A in any direction. .

As a third means, in any one of the first means and the second means, the pump C is a cylinder 31 erected on a mounting cap 30 that is screwed to the container body neck 4. And a piston 45 associated with the lower portion of the stem 44, and the operating member 32 provided on the upper end of the stem 44 and fitted with a pressing head 46 so as to be pushed in an upward biased state. The head 43 includes a mounting cylinder member 50 in which a sliding cylinder 56 communicating with the inside of the stem 44 is provided from a top plate 55 provided on the stem 44, and a cylinder fitted to the outer periphery of the sliding cylinder so as to be slidable and descendable. Above the cylinder 60 is provided with a valve chamber R having a discharge port 61 opened at the tip, and a main body 51 provided so as to be able to be pushed down with respect to the mounting cylinder member 50, and the discharge port 61 in the valve chamber R in a forward-biased state. A valve portion that is closed and defines a flow path from the cylinder cylinder 60 to the discharge port 61. 52 and the rear end portion of the valve member 52 are connected to the upper end, the lower end portion is brought into contact with and locked to the upper surface of the top plate 55, and the valve member 52 is pulled out rearward when the main body 51 is pushed down with respect to the mounting cylinder member 50. And a flange member 53 pivotally attached to the main body 51 so that the pressing force of the main body 51 against the stem 44 is smaller than the pressing force of the stem 44 itself.

Since the liquid ejector of the present invention can be opened by a very simple operation of screwing down the pump C, the handling operation is very simple. In addition, since the connecting portion that forms the cylindrical portion is located in the middle of the closed portion at the lower end edge, there is no possibility of cracking in the connecting portion, and as a result, liquid from that portion There is no risk of inconvenience such as leakage. In addition, there is almost no air in the container body before opening, and the opening of the mouth and neck 4 is closed by the cover plate 5, so that the stored liquid is surely prevented from coming into contact with air during distribution and storage. In addition, since the container body deforms as the volume decreases as the liquid in the container decreases as the liquid is discharged, there is no air intrusion into the container. Long-term quality maintenance of the liquid can be performed.

In addition, when the case lid B 1 is provided in which the front-rear directionality is specified in terms of shape and the container A can be fitted in any direction, the lower end of the body 2 is opened. In the state where the container body A in the state of being fitted is fitted to the case lid B 1 in a specific direction, the liquid can be filled and the closed portion f can be fused, so that the connecting portion d is placed at an appropriate position in the assembly process of the pump C. The arranged filling process can be incorporated, and the manufacturing can be simplified.

Further, when the pump C of the third means is provided, the container body A and the discharge port 61 communicate with each other through the cylinder 31 after opening, and the discharge port 61 is always closed except during discharge. Therefore, contact with air can be more reliably prevented after opening. In addition, it also exhibits effects such as good liquid drainage, good sealing of the discharge port, easy depression of the head, and improved durability.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The main body 51 is connected to the stem 44 via a mounting cylinder member 50 so as to be able to be pushed down, and the discharge port 61 is opened at the tip above the cylinder cylinder 60 fitted to the outer periphery of the slide cylinder 56 so as to be slidable. The valve chamber R is provided. Further, the top wall 63 is extended from the upper end edge of the peripheral wall 62, and a bottom cylinder opening is formed, and a horizontal cylinder 64 having a front end opened at the front of the peripheral wall 62 is extended rearward. A discharge port member 65 is fitted into the horizontal cylinder 64 to define a valve chamber R, and the cylinder cylinder 60 is fitted to the slide cylinder 56 so as to be slidable down. It is worn together. In addition, a space is provided in the rear part of the horizontal cylinder 64 so that the upper portion of the flange member 53 can be accommodated. A window hole is formed in the center of the rear wall, and a seal cylinder 66 is projected forward from the front surface of the rear wall. Furthermore, a communication port communicating with the inside of the cylinder cylinder 60 is provided at the lower part. Further, at a predetermined position on the outer periphery of the peripheral wall 62, there is provided a protrusion 68 that moves up and down in the annular recess 37 of the guide tube 36 and is locked to the upper surface of the annular recess to prevent the operating member 32 from coming out.

The discharge port member 65 fitted to the horizontal cylinder 64 is configured to open the discharge port 61 at the tip to form the valve chamber R together with the horizontal cylinder. The rear part is liquid-tightly fitted to the front part in the horizontal cylinder 64, and The front part is tapered and the discharge port 61 is opened at the tip. Further, an annular protrusion protruding from the outer surface is brought into contact with and locked to the front surface of the main body 51, and a plurality of circumferential ribs are protruded inside.

The valve member 52 has a horizontal bar shape. The skirt-like portion extends rearward from the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the outer periphery, and the outer peripheral edge of the reverse skirt-like portion folded back from the rear edge of the skirt-like portion slides on the inner periphery of the seal cylinder 66. It is movably fitted. Further, the front end of the horizontal cylinder 64 is biased forward by a coil spring 67 interposed between the front surface of the rear wall of the horizontal cylinder 64 and the branched portion of the skirt-like portion, and the front end is pressed against the discharge port 61 to be closed. Further, the rear end is projected from the window hole, and an annular recess for engaging the flange member is provided in the projected portion. As a result, a flow path from the cylinder cylinder 60 through the communication port to the discharge port 61 through the horizontal cylinder 64 is defined.

The flange member 53 is pivotally mounted so as to be able to swing the valve member 52 backward when the main body 51 is pushed down with respect to the mounting cylinder member 50, and the valve protruding rearward through the window hole in the rear wall of the horizontal cylinder 64 The upper end is linked to the rear end portion of the member 52, and the lower end portion is in contact with and locked to the top surface of the top plate 55. The eaves member 53 has a form as shown in FIG. 7 and extends a bifurcated inclined plate portion 71 that descends forward from a lower end portion of a vertical plate portion 70 whose upper end portion is linked to the rear end portion of the valve member 52. The lower end portion of the inclined plate portion 71 is brought into contact with and locked to the upper surfaces of the top plates 55 on both sides of the sliding cylinder 56. The linkage between the flange member 53 and the valve member 52 in this embodiment is such that the annular recess of the valve member 52 is fitted into a notch provided in the center of the upper end portion of the vertical plate portion. Further, pivot shafts 72 projecting on both sides of the refracting portion are fitted to the bearings on both sides in a rotatable manner.

The valve member 52 urged forward by the coil spring 67 always urges the linkage portion at the upper part of the vertical plate portion 70 forward, and the top plate 55 of the mounting cylinder member 50 is inclined by the depression of the main body 51. 71 is pushed up to rotate the eaves member 53 so that the valve member 52 is pulled backward against the forward biasing force of the coil spring 67.

Further, the pressing drag of the main body 51 against the stem 44 is configured to be smaller than the pressing drag of the stem itself. For this configuration, basically, the spring force of the coil spring 67 for biasing the valve member 52 forward should be selected smaller than the coil spring 47 for biasing the stem 44 upward. In addition, these may be selected in consideration of the frictional force between the sliding cylinder and the cylinder cylinder, the frictional force when the saddle member is swung, and the like.

In the liquid ejector 1 described above, for example, as shown in FIG. 9 (a), a cylindrical member 10 is fitted and fixed to a container body A having an open lower end, and then a case lid B as shown in FIG. 9 (b). The case lid B 1 is fitted to the cylindrical member 10 so that the connecting portion d is positioned at the middle portion in the front-rear direction of 1 , and then the contents are placed in the container body A in this state as shown in FIG. 9 (c). After filling, the lower end of the body part 2 is closed to fill the contents. Then exit the assembly by fitting the casing body B 2 and the pump C.

In the liquid jet pump C configured as described above, when the cover cap 23 and the spacer 43 are removed from the state of FIG. 1 and the mounting cap 30 is screwed down, the connecting pipe 35 presses the cover plate 5 as shown in FIG. The container body A and the cylinder 31 communicate with each other. At this time, the packing p is lowered as the connecting pipe 38 is lowered, and the annular base portion of the packing p is sandwiched between the fixing plate 39 and the upper flange 12 of the cylindrical member 10 to impart liquid-tightness to this portion. Next, when the pressing head 46 is pushed down, the pressing force of the stem 44 itself is larger than the pressing force of the main body 51 against the stem 44, so that the first stem 44 is not lowered and the main body 51 is lowered with respect to the mounting cylinder member 50. At this time, the lower end portion of the flange member 53 is pushed up to the upper surface of the top plate 55 of the mounting cylinder member 50 and pivots about the pivot shaft 72, and the upper end portion pivots rearward so that the valve member 52 is moved to the coil spring 67. The discharge port 61 is opened by moving backward against the elastic force. Next, the stem 44 is lowered, the inside of the cylinder 31 is pressurized by the lowering of the stem, the piston 45 is raised relatively to the stem 44 and the through hole 48 is opened, and the pressurized liquid moves the cylinder cylinder 60 from the stem 44. As a result, the liquid is ejected from the discharge port 61 to the outside through the flow path from the communication port.

Next, when the pressing of the pressing head 46 is released, the head is raised by the upward biasing force of the stem first. At this time, for example, the stem is raised before the hand pressing the upper surface of the pressing head 46 is released, and the discharge port 61 is kept open. Therefore, at this time, the inside of the horizontal cylinder 64 is in a negative pressure state. Next, there is room for releasing the hand, and the valve member 52 moves forward due to the elastic force of the coil spring 67 to close the discharge port 61. Accordingly, the main body 51 is moved upward with respect to the mounting cylinder member 50 by the flange member 53. To return to the original state. Further, as the stem 44 is raised, the piston 45 is relatively lowered to close the through hole 48 and the inside of the cylinder 31 becomes negative pressure, so that the suction valve 38 is opened and the liquid in the container body A is in the cylinder 31. To be introduced. The body 2 of the container body A is deformed so as to reduce its volume as the liquid is introduced into the cylinder 31.
