Claims (1)
- 固定板と摺動板とを有する溶鋼流量制御装置を閉止状態とし且つ溶鋼流量制御装置よりも上部側の溶鋼流出孔内に充填材が充填された状態で、溶鋼流量制御装置の下部に接続されたロングノズルをタンディッシュ内の溶鋼中に浸漬したときに、ロングノズルの内部と外気とを連通するための大気圧連通手段として、閉止状態の前記摺動板の開口部が位置する、前記固定板の摺動面の部位から該固定板の側面にまで至り、前記摺動板の開口部が前記固定板の開口部と重なるときには前記摺動板の開口部と外気は連通せず、閉止状態のときには前記摺動板の開口部と外気が連通する大気連通溝を有する溶鋼流量制御装置が、その底部に設置された溶鋼保持容器を用い、当該溶鋼保持容器からタンディッシュへの溶鋼の注入を開始するに際し、前記ロングノズルの先端をタンディッシュ内の溶鋼に浸漬させてから10秒以上経過し、ロングノズルの内部の圧力が大気圧と同等になった後に溶鋼流量制御装置を作動させ、溶鋼保持容器からタンディッシュへの溶鋼の注入を開始することを特徴とする、鋼の連続鋳造方法。
