Claims (12)
- ヒトのグルコース代謝を疾患関連および/または疾患に関係する特殊性について調査する方法であって、
体液のグルコース濃度g(t1)〜g(tn)を、少なくとも4時間の期間にわたって時点t1〜tnに配分して測定する工程と、
グルコース濃度測定値g(t1)〜g(tn)から相空間座標のデータ点を求める工程と、
データ点を相空間表現にプロットして、検査されるヒトのグルコース代謝の疾患に関係する特殊性を強調する工程とを含み、
前記体液のグルコース濃度の関数g(t)およびその時間に関する第1導関数、または、前記第1導関数および前記体液のグルコース濃度の時間に関する第2導関数が相空間座標として用いられてなる方法。 - ヒトのグルコース代謝を疾患関連および/または疾患に関係する特殊性について調査する方法であって、
血液中のグルコース濃度g(t1)〜g(tn)を、少なくとも6時間の期間にわたって時点t1〜tnに配分して測定する工程と、
グルコース濃度測定値g(t1)〜g(tn)から相空間座標のデータ点を求める工程と、
データ点を相空間表現にプロットして、検査されるヒトのグルコース代謝の疾患に関係する特殊性を強調する工程とを含み、
前記血液中のグルコース濃度の関数g(t)およびその時間に関する第1導関数、または、前記第1導関数および前記血液中のグルコース濃度の時間に関する第2導関数が相空間座標として用いられてなる方法。 - 前記データ点が、グラフ状相空間表現によりプロットすることによって処理され、医者に診断補助を提供することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記体液グルコース濃度の関数および/またはその時間に関する導関数の少なくとも1つが相空間座標として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1または3記載の方法。
- 前記血液中のグルコース濃度の関数および/またはその時間に関する導関数の少なくとも1つが相空間座標として用いられることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の方法。
- 前記グルコース濃度の変化速度が前記相空間座標の1つであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 相空間座標として遅延座標が用いられることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記データ点の処理が、前記データ点を用いてグルコース代謝障害の重さに相関性のある障害因子を求める工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記障害因子を求めるために、データ点の順序によって記述された相空間の軌線が解析されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
- ヒトのグルコース代謝を疾患関連および/または疾患に関係する特殊性について調査するシステムであって、
血液グルコース濃度g(t1)〜g(tn)を、少なくとも4時間の期間にわたって時点t1〜tnに配分して測定するために使用される測定ユニット(1)と、
グルコース濃度測定値g(t1)〜g(tn)から相空間座標のデータ点を求め、データ点を相空間表現にプロットして、検査されるヒトのグルコース代謝の疾患関連および/または疾患関連の特殊性を強調するために使用される解析ユニット(3)とを含み、
前記血液グルコース濃度の関数g(t)およびその時間に関する第1導関数、または、前記第1導関数および前記血液グルコース濃度の時間に関する第2導関数が相空間座標として用いられてなるシステム。 - ヒトのグルコース代謝を疾患関連および/または疾患に関係する特殊性について調査するシステムであって、
血液グルコース濃度g(t1)〜g(tn)を、少なくとも6時間の期間にわたって時点t1〜tnに配分して測定するために使用される測定ユニット(1)と、
グルコース濃度測定値g(t1)〜g(tn)から相空間座標のデータ点を求め、データ点を相空間表現にプロットして、検査されるヒトのグルコース代謝の疾患関連および/または疾患関連の特殊性を強調するために使用される解析ユニット(3)とを含み、
前記血液グルコース濃度の関数g(t)およびその時間に関する第1導関数、または、前記第1導関数および前記血液グルコース濃度の時間に関する第2導関数が相空間座標として用いられてなるシステム。 - 前記解析ユニット(3)を用いて、前記データ点からグルコース代謝障害の重さに相関性のある障害因子を求めることを特徴とする請求項10または11記載のシステム。
