Description

The present invention relates to a security device for a lock mechanism of a lid, and is used, for example, as a security device for a lock mechanism in a manhole cover.

As shown in FIG. 7, the conventional manhole cover has an operating shaft 40 pivotably inserted through the through hole 22 of the manhole cover 20, and a lock member 50 is provided at the lower end of the operating shaft 40. A lower hole 45 is provided at the top of the operation shaft 40 and an operation hole 46 is provided at the bottom of the lower hole 45. The operation handle 60 is inserted into the operation hole 46 to rotate the operation shaft 40. The locking member 50 is engaged with or released from the engaging portion 11 of the manhole frame 10, and the cylinder lock S is attached to and detached from the low hole portion 45 when the handle 60 is not operated. The lock mechanism was secured by inserting it as possible.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-026457

However, in such a conventional security device, the cylinder lock is merely for filling the low hole portion regardless of the state of the lock member (locked / unlocked state). In some cases, the cylinder lock may be attached in a locked state, and the meaning of security may be lost. In particular, since the operation hole is located at a position lower than the ground, the direction of the operation hole is difficult to understand in the dark, and the lock state is difficult to understand. As a result, this inconvenience appears remarkably.

An object of the present invention is to eliminate this inconvenience.

In order to achieve this object, in the security device for a lid locking mechanism according to the present invention, a through-hole is provided at the corner of the lid, and a support cylinder is projected from the lid along the through-hole. The operation shaft is pivoted through the support cylinder, a lock member is provided at the lower end of the operation shaft, and a low hole is provided at the top of the operation shaft and the bottom of the low hole is operated. The lock member is formed by providing a hole, allowing the cylinder lock to be detachably inserted into the low hole portion, removing the cylinder lock, inserting an operation handle into the operation hole, and rotating the operation shaft. In the security device for the lock mechanism of the lid that swings, the cylinder lock cannot enter the low hole portion when the lock member is unlocked, and the cylinder lock is not locked when the lock member is locked. Tablets are obtained by enabling invade the bottomed hole.

Further, specifically, the inner wall surface of the support cylinder is formed in a slope shape, and when the lock member is rotated from the unlocked state toward the locked state, the gap between the operation shaft and the operation shaft is a gap. A cam surface is formed so as to be wide, and a through hole is provided on the side wall portion of the low hole portion of the operation shaft that is inclined in an outward direction substantially perpendicularly to the inclined inner wall surface of the support cylinder. The cam rod member is inserted into the cam rod member so as to be able to advance and retreat. When the lock member is unlocked, the outer end of the cam rod member is pushed by the inclined inner wall surface of the support cylinder and protrudes inside the low hole portion. In addition, when the lock member is locked, the inner end of the lock member can be pushed outward by its own weight and protrude into the gap between the support tube.

The lid locking mechanism security device according to the present invention is configured as described above. Therefore, when the locking member is unlocked, the cylinder lock is inserted into the low hole portion (of the operation shaft). It is not possible to insert into the hole, and it can be inserted into the low hole portion (of the operation shaft) only when locked.

Therefore, if the security device for the lock mechanism of the lid is used, the cylinder lock can fill the low hole only when the lock member is in the locked state. The cylinder lock is not attached in the locked state, and the meaning of security is not lost. In particular, this effect is noticeable when the direction of the operation hole is difficult to understand when the vicinity is dark.

Further, as a specific configuration (Claim 2), when configured as described above, when the lock member is unlocked, the cylinder lock is formed by the protruding portion (inner end) of the cam rod member and the low hole portion (operation shaft). In the locked state, the cylinder lock can be inserted into the low hole portion (of the operation shaft) while pushing the cam rod member outward.

Provided in the side wall portion of the low hole portion of the operation shaft is a through hole that is inclined outward in a substantially vertical direction on the inclined inner wall surface of the support cylinder, and a cam rod member is inserted into the through hole so as to be able to advance and retract. When the lock member is unlocked, its outer end is pushed by the slanted inner wall surface of the support cylinder and protrudes to the inside of the low hole portion, and when the lock member is locked, its inner end is It is necessary to be pushed outward by its own weight and to protrude into the gap between the support cylinder.

Hereinafter, a manhole cover will be described as an embodiment of the present invention.
1 is a cross-sectional view of a locked state security device for a lid locking mechanism according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a security device for a locking mechanism for a lid according to the present invention. 4 is a sectional view of the unlocking state of the security device for the lid locking mechanism according to the present invention, FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line V-V in FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a front view of the operation handle. FIG.

1 to 5, reference numeral 10 denotes a manhole frame, and reference numeral 20 denotes a manhole cover fitted in the frame 10.

A concave portion 21 is formed at the corner of the top surface of the manhole cover 20. The recess 21 protrudes below the manhole cover 20. Reference numeral 22 denotes a through hole, which is formed on the bottom surface of the recess 21, and a fitting insertion portion 23 is formed on the back surface of the through hole 22.

Reference numeral 30 denotes a support cylinder, which is fitted in the fitting insertion mounting portion 23 in a non-rotatable state. The support cylinder 30 and the through hole 22 have the same axis. Reference numeral 31 denotes a bottom hole, which is formed at the bottom of the support cylinder 30.

Reference numeral 40 denotes an operating shaft that penetrates the through hole 22 in a rotatable state, passes through the bottom hole 31 in a state of being fitted in the support cylinder 30, and protrudes downward. The operation shaft 40 is rotatable with respect to the support cylinder 30 (the support cylinder 30 is fixed).

Reference numeral 41 denotes a flange portion formed at the upper end portion of the operation shaft 40, which prevents the operation shaft 40 from falling off downward. Reference numeral 43 denotes a leaf spring interposed between the flange portion 41 and the bottom surface of the recess 21.

Reference numeral 50 denotes a lock member, which is screwed to the lower end portion of the operation shaft 40 by a nut 51 so as not to fall off. The lock member 50 is fastened to the operation shaft 40 with screws (not shown) so that the lock member 50 can rotate integrally with the operation shaft 40. For this reason, the locking member 50 swings the locking projection 52 to the left and right as the operation shaft rotates, and is positioned below the locking portion 11 of the manhole frame 10 (in a locked state). It is possible to move in the direction to remove from (unlocked state).

Next, 45 is a low hole portion, which is formed at the top of the operation shaft 40. A cylinder lock S is detachably fitted in the low hole 45. That is, the cylinder lock S is fixed to the low hole portion 45 when the cylinder lock S is locked, and can be removed when the cylinder lock S is released.

An operation hole 46 is formed at the bottom of the low hole 45. The operation hole 46 is a portion into which the distal end portion 61 of the operation handle 60 shown in FIG. 6 is inserted when the operation shaft 40 is rotated.

A shaft hole 47 is formed on the bottom surface of the operation hole 46 and reaches the lower end of the operation shaft 40. The shaft hole 47 is for draining rainwater or the like that has entered the operation hole 46.

Reference numeral 90 denotes a lid for the low hole portion 45, which is made of a magnetic material.

Reference numeral 70 denotes a cam surface, which is formed on the inner wall surface of the support cylinder 30. The cam surface 70 is formed so that the inner wall surface of the support cylinder 30 is inclined (inclined downward inward), and the lock member 50 is locked from the unlocked state (see FIG. 5). When moving toward the state (see FIG. 2), a curved shape (see FIG. 2) that protrudes outward so that the gap A gradually increases with the operating shaft 40 when moving toward the state (see FIG. 2). is doing.

Reference numeral 48 denotes a through hole, which is formed on the side wall portion of the low hole portion 45 in the operation shaft 40. The through-hole 48 is inclined outward in a direction substantially perpendicular to the cam surface (inclined inner wall surface) 70 of the support cylinder 30. Reference numeral 49 denotes a locking protrusion, which is formed on the lower surface of the through hole 48.

A plate-shaped cam rod member 80 is inserted into the through hole 48 so as to be able to advance and retract. The cam rod member 80 is in contact with the cam surface (inclined inner wall surface) 70 of the support cylinder 30 by its own weight. For this reason, when the lock member 50 is locked, that is, when the gap A outside the through hole 48 is large (the state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2), the cam rod member 80 is moved in the direction of the gap A by its own weight. The cylinder lock S is fitted into the low hole portion 45 as a result of being moved into the through hole 48 and buried in the through hole 48. Thereafter, when the cylinder lock S is locked, the low hole portion 45 can be closed while the lock member 50 is locked (see the state of FIG. 1).

Reference numeral 82 denotes a lower end protrusion of the cam rod member 80, which is engaged with the engagement protrusion 49 to prevent the cam rod member 80 from falling off toward the low hole portion 45 side.

When unlocking the lock member 50 from the locked state, first, the lock of the cylinder lock S is released, and the cylinder lock S is extracted from the low hole portion 45. Then, the distal end portion 61 of the operation handle 60 is inserted into the operation hole 46 of the low hole portion 45 and rotated clockwise (in FIGS. 2 and 5), and the locking projection 52 of the lock member 50 is moved to the manhole. What is necessary is just to move so that it may remove | deviate from the downward direction of the latching | locking part 11 of the frame 10. FIG. At this time, as the operation shaft 40 rotates, the cam rod member 80 protruding outward moves to the narrow portion of the gap A along the cam surface 70 of the support tube 40, and the low hole portion 45. (In the state shown in FIGS. 4 and 5). In this state, the protruding portion obstructs and the cylinder lock S cannot be inserted into the low hole portion 45, so that it is not possible to attach the cylinder lock S in the unlocked state as in the prior art. Can be prevented.

Further, when the lock member 50 is locked from the unlocked state, the distal end portion 61 of the operation handle 60 is fitted into the operation hole 46 of the low hole portion 45, and counterclockwise (FIGS. 2 and 5). And the locking projection 52 of the lock member 50 may be positioned below the locking portion 11 of the manhole frame 10. At this time, the cam rod member 80 protruding inside the low hole 45 reaches the position where the gap A widens outside (see FIG. 2). As soon as this position is reached, the cam rod member 80 moves in the direction of the gap A by its own weight and is buried in the through hole 48. As a result, the cylinder lock S is fitted into the low hole 45. Thereafter, if the cylinder lock S is locked, the low hole 45 can be closed while the lock member 50 is locked (see the state of FIG. 1). .

In the operation handle 60, reference numeral 62 denotes a magnet portion, and the lid 90 of the low hole portion 45.
It is used when sucking and removing.

The cylinder lock can be filled only when the lock member is in the locked state, so that the cylinder lock is not attached in the unlocked state as in the prior art. It can be used to complete the security of the locking mechanism in the lid.
