床板(1)の方形な切り欠き開口部(O)に納まる額縁形態の外枠(A)と、その外枠(A)の内部へ着脱自在に嵌合される蓋体(2)とを備え、上記外枠(A)の下端部から内向きに張り出す水平なベースフランジ(12)を根太(13)へ、複数のタッピングネジ(14)により固定する床下点検口の外枠取付装置において、
上記外枠(A)のベースフランジ(12)に下向き開放するリップ溝形レール(22)を列設すると共に、そのベースフランジ(12)の両端部付近へタッピングネジ用頭部逃し入れ孔(24)を開口分布させ、
上記タッピングネジ(14)の座金(23)となるバネ鋼板の広幅な両端部を、そのリップ溝形レール(22)の内部へ脱落不能に差し込み係止させる一方、そのバネ鋼板の狭幅な中間部を上記タッピングネジ(14)の頭部(14a)により、そのリップ溝形レール(22)の下向き開放幅(S1)から張り出す如く弾性変形させて、根太(13)の表面へ押し付け固定することを特徴とする床下点検口の外枠取付装置。
