Description
磁性異物除去装置10は、筒状の非磁性ケース11の上面を被処理物1の投入口12、下面を被処理物1の排出口13とし、投入口12と排出口13の間に、一対をなす2本の磁石棒20A、20Bを並置(平行配置)している。磁性異物除去装置10は、磁石棒20A、20Bをケース11の相対する壁に着脱可能に設け、被処理物1の投入方向を磁石棒20A、20Bに向けるガイド板14を投入口12に設けている。ガイド板14はガイド巾の調整機能を備えることができる。
磁束密度が低い、相隣る2本の磁石棒20A、20Bの間に遮蔽体30を設け、各磁石棒20A、20Bの遮蔽体30に対する反対側に被処理物1の通過スペース15A、15Bを形成した。これにより、被処理物1は、相隣る2本の磁石棒20A、20Bの間の磁束密度が低いスペースを通らず、各磁石棒20A、20Bにおいて磁束密度が高い側に形成された通過スペース15A、15Bを通り、この通過スペース15A、15Bを通過する過程で各磁石棒20A、20Bの強い磁気吸引力を受け、鉄粉等の磁性異物を高い除去効率で吸着除去される。
実施例1の磁性異物除去装置10が参考例1の磁性異物除去装置10と異なる点は、遮蔽体30の下半部を逆三角断面部31、上半部を円弧断面部32とし、逆三角断面部31を磁石棒20Aと磁石棒20Bの間に差し込み、円弧断面部32の頂面を磁石棒20A、20Bより上位に配置したことにある。投入口12から投入された被処理物1は遮蔽体30の凸状頂面(円弧断面部32)に堆積することなく、通過スペース15Aの側と通過スペース15Bの側にスムースに振り分けられる。
実施例2の磁性異物除去装置10が参考例1の磁性異物除去装置10と異なる点は、遮蔽体30を磁石棒20A、20Bと同様の磁石棒にて形成したことにある。磁石棒からなる遮蔽体30は、磁石棒20A、20Bの間を塞ぐ機能に加え、被処理物1に混入している鉄粉等の磁性異物を自ら吸着する機能も備える。
参考例2の磁性異物除去装置10が参考例1の磁性異物除去装置10と異なる点は、一対をなす2本の磁石棒20A、20Bとそれらの間の遮蔽体30とにより1組をなす組を、3組配置し、それらの組を2段千鳥配列したものであり、鉄粉等の磁性異物の除去効率を一層向上できる。

Claims (1)
- 複数本の磁石棒を並置した磁性異物除去装置であって、
相隣る2本の磁石棒の互いに相対する側部の間の上部にそれら2本の該磁石棒の互いに相対する側部の間を塞ぐ遮蔽体を設け、各磁石棒の他方の磁石棒に相対していない側部の側に被処理物の通過スペースを形成し、前記遮蔽体の上部を凸状頂面とした磁性異物除去装置。
