Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sheet-like cosmetic sample for attaching a solid cosmetic such as a foundation or an eye shadow to a base sheet by screen printing and distributing it as a sample, and a method for producing the cosmetic sample. It is. Specifically, the present invention relates to a sample to which 2-3 times the amount of cosmetic material has been applied.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, cosmetics such as foundations, eye shadows, and lipsticks have been applied to paper bases and provided as free samples to consumers, but the amount is slightly higher than a single dose for trial use. Many of them are attached, and those that provide a quantity of several times are provided in a specially made small container. Thin and compact free samples are used in magazines and mail catalogs that can be provided to many consumers at low cost, and these are used in a single amount by screen printing. It was a thing.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even for thin and compact samples as described above, it has become necessary to provide cosmetic samples for the amount of two to three times in order to improve convenience for consumers and increase recognition of products. It was. However, the conventional method in which solid cosmetics are slurried with a solvent and filled in the recesses of the base material can attach a relatively large amount of cosmetics, but the production efficiency is low and the increase in cost is inevitable. In printing, if the screen mesh is roughened and a large amount of cosmetics is applied at a time, the surface of the formed cosmetic layer and the peripheral portion thereof are not smooth, and are liable to come off due to poor transfer during printing. No sample that could meet the above requirements was obtained.
[0004]
The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the surface and the peripheral portion of the cosmetic layer are smooth and do not come off during printing. Even when the cosmetic layer is scraped off with a puff during use, the cosmetic layer It is intended to provide cosmetic samples such as thin and compact foundations, eye shadows, etc. at low cost.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, when a slurry prepared by mixing a solvent or the like with cosmetics is screen-printed on a base material, it is overprinted using a relatively fine mesh screen to form a cosmetic layer with a large amount of adhesion. As a result, the present inventors have found that the surface of the cosmetic layer and the peripheral portion, which have been problematic in the past, have been solved with a lack of smoothness and the omission during printing.
[0006]
The cosmetic sample according to the present invention includes a cosmetic sheet (a) in which a cosmetic layer is provided on a part of the surface of the base sheet, and a cosmetic sheet (a) having an opening at which the surface of the cosmetic layer is exposed. A protective sheet (b) laminated on the surface of the protective film, and a transparent film layer (c) covering the opening and non-opening of the protective sheet, and (a), (b) and (c) are laminated to form a sealed space. in the cosmetic sample in which the cosmetic layer can be transparent, the slurry cosmetic layer consists cosmetics and a solvent or the like by a screen printing Ri formed by overprinting at least two times, said at least two stacked print and cosmetics layer When provided, the next printing is repeated while the surface of the previously printed layer is wet with the solvent .
[0007]
In the case of the foundation, the cosmetic layer formed by screen printing has an amount of 50 to 100 mg (about 25 to 50 g / m 2 as an adhesion amount) attached to the sample as one trial. twice before and after 150 mg (about 75 g / m 2) is, at 3 times are more 200 mg (approximately 100 g / m 2) is the aim, it is deposited so many amount of the base sheet in one printing There is no means other than roughening the screen mesh, and since the diameter of the wire constituting the screen becomes thick, the surface and the peripheral portion of the formed cosmetic layer lacked smoothness, and were not noticeable when the wire diameter was thin It has been unavoidable that problems due to poor transfer during printing become prominent and that the sample cannot be used as a sample.
[0008]
In the present invention, since the overprinting is performed twice or more using a screen having a relatively thin wire diameter, the surface and the peripheral portion of the cosmetic layer become smooth, and the omission due to the transfer failure during printing can be eliminated. Although 60-150 mesh can be used as a screen mesh, it is preferably 80-120 mesh. When performing overprinting, it is possible to perform overprinting under the same conditions using, for example, one printing machine, and printing can be performed using two or more printing machines using the same mesh screen, or different meshes. It is also possible to perform overprinting using a screen. As will be described later, if the last printing is 80 mesh or more, the above-described defects that have occurred in the layer printed with a screen coarser than 60 mesh previously can be solved to a satisfactory level.
[0009]
Any known volatile solvent can be used for slurrying the cosmetic so that it can be screen-printed. For example, lower alcohols such as ethyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol, low-boiling hydrocarbons, low-boiling points. Silicone oil, cyclic silicone, water, or a mixture thereof may be mentioned. The mixing ratio is appropriately adjusted according to the composition of cosmetics and printing conditions.
[0010]
Further, in the present invention, as a base sheet for providing a cosmetic layer, a centerline average roughness measured according to a stylus type surface roughness measuring instrument defined in JIS-B0651 and expressed according to the method described in JIS-B0601. It is preferable to use a polyester film having a surface roughness of 1.0 μm or more. If a base material that is easy to permeate the solvent, such as coated paper, is used when overprinted as in the present invention and a larger amount of cosmetic material adheres to the base material than in the past, the oil content in the cosmetic material is also increased along with the penetration of the solvent. The use of a polyolefin-based film such as polyethylene or polypropylene may cause deformation of the base material of the printed portion due to oil, which is not preferable. Polyester film is preferred because it does not cause these problems, but when the surface is not roughened, it is preferable that the layer is easily removed when the foundation is scraped off using a puff when the sample is used. Absent. Therefore, it is necessary to have a roughening treatment such as sand mat processing, and a center line average roughness of 0.9 to 2.0 μm is preferable. If it is less than 0.9 μm, it tends to drop off, which is not preferable.
[0011]
In addition, the present invention provides a cosmetic preparation sample in which the peripheral portion of the cosmetic layer provided on a part of the surface of the base sheet by screen printing is covered with the protective sheet (b). The peripheral part of the cosmetic layer formed by screen printing has a relatively low adhesion to the base material, and if it is repeatedly scraped with a puff like a foundation, it is likely to trigger the layer dropout and protect as much as possible It is preferable that the peripheral edge of the sheet opening and the peripheral edge of the cosmetic layer are close to each other and the exposure of the surface of the base sheet is less, so that the puff is less likely to touch the peripheral edge of the cosmetic layer. Is difficult. Accordingly, in the present invention, the problem occurs by covering the peripheral edge of the cosmetic layer with the protective sheet (b) by making the opening of the protective sheet (b) smaller than the surface shape of the cosmetic layer. Is possible. By doing so, if the peripheral edge of the cosmetic layer is disturbed, an effect of concealing it is also expected. The width of the peripheral edge to be coated is preferably at least 1.5 mm.

In the present invention, a cosmetic sheet (a) having a cosmetic layer provided on a part of the surface of the base sheet, and an opening where the cosmetic layer surface is exposed are opened and laminated on the surface of the cosmetic sheet (a). In the method for producing a cosmetic sample, the protective sheet (b) and the transparent film layer (c) covering the opening and non-opening of the protective sheet are laminated and the cosmetic layer is hermetically sealed. When a cosmetic layer is formed by overlaying a slurry made of a solvent at least twice using a screen, the next printing is repeated while the surface of the previously printed layer is wet with the solvent, and the last printing Is printed using a screen of 80 mesh or more to form a cosmetic layer. When the solvent on the surface of the previously printed layer is volatilized and the surface is dried and the next printing is repeated, the surface of the previous printing layer is transferred to the screen printing plate, and the overprinting becomes impossible. Cosmetic samples cannot be manufactured. By repeating the next printing while the surface of the previously printed layer is wet with the solvent, the inability to print can be eliminated. If the interval from the previous printing to the next printing is within 1 minute, the next printing can be repeated without any problem of the volatilization of the solvent on the surface. This interval is preferably within 30 seconds, and more preferably within 10 seconds.
[0013]
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the cosmetic layer has a smooth surface and a peripheral edge without any omission at the time of printing even though a large amount of the cosmetic layer is formed. When scraping off the cosmetic layer, the cosmetic layer is unlikely to fall off, and a thin and compact cosmetic sample such as a foundation or eye shadow can be provided at low cost. In addition, according to the production method of the present invention, it is possible to efficiently produce a cosmetic sample to which a large amount of cosmetic material that could not be adhered without using a conventional filling method is adhered.
[0014]
Next, the present invention will be described with reference to the illustrated embodiments, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a cosmetic sheet (a) in which a cosmetic layer is provided on a part of the surface of a base sheet. The composition of the solvent used when preparing a slurry for screen printing with a predetermined concentration by mixing a solvent with a cosmetic such as foundation is appropriately adjusted according to the composition of the cosmetic, the screen printing conditions, the target amount of the cosmetic, etc. It is what is done. As the base sheet 1, various polyester films such as a white high hiding type, a foam type and other colored types, and various thicknesses can be selected, but in consideration of use, a plasticizer is not added. preferable. In addition, although not shown in figure, when the adhesive layer and the release paper layer are formed in the back surface of the base material sheet 1, it becomes possible to attach a sample to another base material, and is preferable.
[0016]
(Experimental example 1) The surface on which any polyester film is printed needs to be roughened like sand mat processing. Slurry using untreated surface, 2 types of sand mat processed products with centerline average roughness of 0.75 μm and 1.0 μm, and a mixture of foundation cosmetic with 9: 1 isopropyl alcohol and water as solvent. After using slurry prepared to a concentration of 66% and printing two times using a screen on which a plurality of cosmetic layers are formed, targeting a 37 mm × 52 mm rectangle as the single cosmetic layer 5 and an adhesion amount of 75 g / m 2 When a cosmetic layer formed by drying with hot air controlled at 105 ° C. or lower was scraped with a puff, the surface untreated product was easily removed and the evaluation was inappropriate (×), 0.75 μm A part of the sand mat processed product dropped out, and the evaluation was slightly inappropriate (Δ), and the 1.0 μm processed product could be scraped without any problem, and the evaluation was appropriate (◯). Therefore, the degree of the roughening treatment is preferably a center line average roughness of 0.9 to 2.0 μm. If it is less than 0.9 μm, it tends to drop off, which is not preferable. The center line average roughness of 2.0 μm is at the level of commercially available mat-coated paper, and a roughening treatment beyond this is not preferable because the processing cost increases.
[0017]
(Experimental example 2) Using a sand matted polyester film having a center line average roughness of 1.0 μm, a slurry of 66% prepared by mixing 9: 1 isopropyl alcohol and water as a solvent in a foundation cosmetic. Using the prepared slurry, a single cosmetic layer 5 having a size of 37 mm × 52 mm and an amount of adhesion of 75 g / m 2 is used, and a screen for forming a plurality of cosmetic layers is used. Printed twice. Condition 1 is the case where the second printing is repeated while the surface of the layer printed the first time is wet with the solvent. Condition 2 is a part where the printing is left for more than 1 minute after the first printing and the surface is wet with the solvent. When the second printing is repeated after the ink has been reduced to about half of the entire printing surface, condition 3 is left for a longer time after the first printing, and the solvent is stripped to such an extent that there are almost no parts wet with the solvent. In this case, the second printing is repeated. The sample on which printing was completed was tested by scraping the cosmetic layer formed by drying with hot air controlled at 105 ° C. or lower with a puff. Condition 1 was able to be overprinted without any problem, and the formed cosmetic layer did not fall off and satisfactory results were obtained. Condition 2 includes a trouble that the first printing layer surface is transferred to the second screen printing plate and a trouble that does not occur. Condition 3 is that the first printing layer surface is the second printing plate. Trouble to transfer to occurred and overprinting became impossible. Conditions 2 and 3 are unsuitable as a sample manufacturing method. Similar results were obtained when printing was repeated three times. From the above, in the production method of the present invention, in the case of overprinting, it is an essential requirement that the next printing be overlaid while the surface of the previously printed layer is wet with the solvent, and the interval is 1 minute. Within 30 seconds, preferably within 30 seconds, more preferably within 10 seconds. This is preferable for improving printing efficiency.
[0018]
In order to avoid deterioration of the cosmetics, the base sheet 1 is usually overprinted at least twice using a screen in which a plurality of cosmetic layers are formed so that the prepared slurry has a predetermined shape and adhesion amount. A cosmetic sheet (a) in which the cosmetic layer 5 is provided on a part of the surface of the base sheet is produced by drying with hot air controlled to 105 ° C. or lower.
[0019]
FIG. 2 shows a transparent film layer (c) and a protective sheet (b) that is laminated on the surface of the cosmetic sheet (a) by opening the opening where the cosmetic layer surface is exposed, and further, the protective sheet (b) The state where the adhesive layer 3 and the release paper layer 6 are laminated on the other surface is shown. Although the film used for the transparent film layer (c) is not particularly limited, a polyester film is preferable in consideration of the possibility of contact with the cosmetic layer. For example, it is one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention to use, as the transparent film layer (c), a layer having an easy peel property in which three layers, such as polyester as the surface layer and polyethylene as the center layer, are laminated by dry lamination or the like. .
[0020]
The protective sheet (b) having an opening where the surface of the cosmetic layer is exposed and laminated on the surface of the cosmetic sheet (a) is generally a paper base in terms of suitability for punching the opening. Considering the case where printing is performed on the paper, commercially available coated paper is often used. Printing on the coated paper may or may not be performed, but it is preferable that a polyester layer is further laminated on the surface because the transparent film layer (c) can be laminated by heat sealing. On the back surface of the protective sheet (b), an adhesive layer 3 and a release paper layer 6 are formed for lamination with a cosmetic sheet (a) provided with a cosmetic layer on a part of the surface of the base sheet 1. In order to open the opening where the surface of the cosmetic layer is exposed, when all the cosmetic layer formed by screen printing is exposed, the opening is larger than the cosmetic layer and covers the peripheral edge of the cosmetic layer. When exposed in this way, the opening must be smaller than the size of the cosmetic layer by the covering width. The shape of the opening depends on the shape of the cosmetic layer, and the opening is formed by punching.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 2, after the transparent film layer (c) and the protective sheet (b) that is laminated on the surface of the cosmetic sheet (a) with the opening where the cosmetic layer surface is exposed are laminated in advance, The release paper layer 6 on the back surface of the protective sheet (b) is peeled off, and the cosmetic layer of the cosmetic sheet (a) shown in FIG. Thereby, a cosmetics layer is located in the sealed space produced by lamination | stacking of (a) (b) (c), and can be seen through through the transparent film of an opening part. After fixing, it is cut into a predetermined size and becomes individual samples.
[0022]
Example 1
A slurry for screen printing having a slurry concentration of 66% was prepared using a mixture of foundation cosmetic A with isopropyl alcohol and water mixed at 9: 1 as a solvent. The printing machine used was a semi-automatic screen printing machine (Sakurai Graphics Systems Co., Ltd., Melody MARK2) with a Tetron 80 mesh screen printing plate installed. As the base material sheet 1, a white matte processed product having a center line average roughness of 1.0 μm obtained by roughening a white highly concealed type biaxially stretched polyester film (Toray Co., Ltd., Lumirror E20, thickness 100 μm) is used. It was. In the printing plate, a plurality of 37 mm × 52 mm rectangular cosmetic layers are formed as one cosmetic layer 5, and printed twice with the target of the adhesion amount 78 g / m 2 of the cosmetic layer, A cosmetic sheet (a) in which the cosmetic layer 5 was provided on a part of the surface of the base sheet 1 was produced by drying with hot air controlled at 105 ° C. or lower.
[0023]
Separately, an easy peel laminated film in which a 25 μm polyester film and a 30 μm commercial promotional film (ABF64C) were laminated was prepared as the transparent film layer (c).
[0024]
Furthermore, as a sheet for the protective sheet (b) having an opening where the cosmetic layer surface is exposed and opened on the surface of the base material sheet, 12 μm on the surface of the coated layer of commercially available single-side coated paper having a basis weight of 260 g / m 2. A polyester film is laminated and an adhesive layer 5 and a release paper layer 6 are laminated on the back side, and a 38 mm × 53 mm rectangular shape corresponding to the exposed position of the cosmetic layer 5 of the cosmetic sheet (a). The protective sheet (b) was produced by opening the opening by punching.
[0025]
The ABF64C surface of the prepared transparent film layer (c) and the polyester film surface of the protective sheet (b) are fixed by heat sealing to produce a laminated sheet shown in FIG. 2, the release paper layer 6 is peeled off, and the makeup shown in FIG. The cosmetic layer 5 was stacked and pressed on the material sheet (a) so as to have a predetermined exposure and fixed, and cut into a predetermined size to produce the cosmetic sample of the present invention shown in FIG. In this sample, 150 mg of the foundation for two trials was adhered, and the entire surface of the smooth cosmetic layer 5 on the surface and the peripheral portion could be seen through the transparent film of the opening. When the transparent film layer was peeled off and the foundation was scraped off using a puff, the cosmetic layer did not fall off and was satisfactory as a sample.
[0026]
Example 2
The screen printing plate is formed by forming a plurality of 42 mm × 57 mm rectangular cosmetic layers as one cosmetic layer 5, and the peripheral amount of the cosmetic layer 5 is targeted for an adhesion amount of 75 g / m 2 of the cosmetic layer. A cosmetic sample of the present invention schematically shown in FIG. 4 was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the part was overlapped and fixed so as to be covered with the protective layer (b) with a width of about 2 mm. The appearance of the prepared sample is slightly different from that of FIG. 4 schematically shown, and the periphery of the opening is raised by the overlap of the cosmetic layer and the protective layer, so that the transparent film layer (c) and the surface of the cosmetic layer 5 The interval was increased, and the protective effect of the cosmetic layer 5 was increased. In this sample, the foundation exposed and provided in the opening corresponds to 151 mg for two trials, and the cosmetic layer 5 having a smooth surface can be seen through the transparent film through the transparent film. When the transparent film layer was peeled off and the foundation was scraped off with a puff, the cosmetic layer did not fall off and was satisfactory as a sample.
[0027]
Example 3
A slurry for screen printing with a slurry concentration of 62% is prepared using isopropyl alcohol as a solvent for foundation cosmetic B, and a 60 mesh screen printing plate made of stainless steel is attached, with a target of 115 g / m 2 for the adhesion of the cosmetic layer. A cosmetic sample of the present invention schematically shown in FIG. 4 was prepared in the same manner as in Example 2 except that the printing was repeated three times. The surface of the cosmetic layer 5 formed in this example was slightly less smooth than Examples 1 and 2 using an 80 mesh screen, but it was of no problem. Although the peripheral edge part was conspicuous, it was covered with the protective layer (b), so there was no problem in appearance. In this sample, the foundation exposed and provided in the opening corresponds to 232 mg for 3 trials, and the cosmetic layer 5 having a relatively smooth surface could be seen through the transparent film through the transparent film. . When the transparent film layer was peeled off and the foundation was scraped off with a puff, the cosmetic layer did not fall off and was satisfactory as a sample.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
The cosmetic preparation sample according to the present invention is a method in which a cosmetic layer provided on the surface of a base sheet is overprinted at least twice using a slurry having a relatively fine mesh screen prepared by mixing a solvent or the like with the cosmetic. As a result, the surface and periphery of the cosmetic layer are smooth and there is no omission at the time of printing. Cosmetic samples such as eye shadow can be provided. Further, in the present invention, when overprinting is performed by screen printing, the next printing is repeated while the surface of the previously printed layer is wet with a solvent, so that although it is thin and compact, it is more than the conventional two to three. It is possible to efficiently produce a cosmetic sample of excellent quality with a batch of cosmetic layer attached thereto.
