BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a so-called trading card in which lovers exchange each other.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, cards printed with popular cartoon characters and baseball players have become popular as so-called trading cards that are exchanged among lovers. Among these trading cards, for example, a card that contains a piece of baseball player's uniform is precious because it is small and difficult to obtain, and is popular at the time of exchange.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The trading cards described in the prior art are basically those that are collected and enjoyed by purchasing or exchanging them, and there is no other usage. Therefore, the printing industry is looking for new trading cards that can be used in other fun ways, but it is currently difficult.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above. The purpose of the present invention is a novel that has a function as a lottery and can be used as a normal trading card after being used as a lottery. It is to provide a process for the preparation of such trading cards.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing a trading card according to the present invention prints a pattern on both sides of the card paper, covers the pattern and bonds a transparent film on both sides, and then imitates the front side. laminating a transparent film with an adhesive, to print a lottery on a transparent film in the bonded state, it is characterized by bonding the deposited film so as to cover the lottery.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a trading card created by the method for manufacturing a trading card according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, this trading card has a configuration in which a card part A and a film-like peeling part B laminated on the surface thereof can be peeled. Specifically, the card part A and the peeling part B are laminated with a pseudo-adhesive so that once they are peeled off, they do not stick again.
[0008]
For example, a baseball player's pattern is printed on the front side of the card part A, and a lottery is formed on the back side of the peeling part B. Therefore, when the peeling part B is peeled off, a whale appears on the back side, and the remaining card part A can be used as a normal trading card. And since the peeling part B does not adhere again, it can prevent a whale fraud.

【Example】
A pattern was printed on each side of normal card paper (250 μm). Specifically, a baseball player's pattern was printed on the front side by 4-color offset printing, and a floral pattern was printed on the back side. Next, a polypropylene film (15 μm) was laminated on each side with a normal adhesive so as to cover the pattern. Then, a polypropylene film (15 μm) was further laminated with a pseudo adhesive on the front-side polypropylene film.
[0013]
Here, a pseudo-adhesive having a composition of about 65% by weight of chlorinated polypropylene and about 35% by weight of EVA, having a solid content of 20% and using toluene and ethyl acetate as a solvent was used.
[0014]
Subsequently, an unlucky whale pattern was printed on the surface of the polypropylene film overlaid with the pseudo-adhesive by UV offset, and the entire surface was covered with a solid solid, and then the vapor deposited PET ( 12 μm) was laminated with a normal adhesive. As the vapor-deposited PET, here, one having an endless picture of one color printed with a gravure on the front side was used. The laminated product was cut into a card size to obtain a trading card.
[0015]
In the obtained trading card, the whale design part was covered with a vapor deposition film, and it was not possible to recognize the hit from the outside. Then, the vapor-deposited PET and the polypropylene film on the back side thereof were peeled off together as a peeling portion at the pseudo adhesive, and a hit character was seen on the back side of the film-like peeling portion. Further, the remaining card portion could be used as a normal trading card whose both surfaces were covered with a polypropylene film.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above , according to the method for manufacturing a trading card according to the present invention , the created trading card is composed of a card part and a film-like peeling part laminated with a pseudo adhesive on the front side thereof. the front parts are printed picture, lottery on the back side of the release portion becomes what is formed, together with the hit or miss is found by peeling the peeling section, since it does not adhere again once peeled, functions as a lottery In addition, the card portion after the peeling portion is peeled has a pattern printed on the front side, and can be used as a normal trading card.
