Claims (6)
- 熱可塑性樹脂からなる光学部品において、
前記光学部品は表面に凹部を有し、該凹部の表面から表面近傍にかけて配置された金属元素と、
前記凹部内に設けられ、前記金属元素を核として形成されたメッキ層とを有し、
当該メッキ層は、電気配線として機能するパターンを形成し、
前記熱可塑性樹脂の飽和吸水率は0.01%以下であり、光弾性係数が1×10−12cm−2/dyne以下であることを特徴とする光学部品。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、波長400nmの光に対して測定法がASTMD1003の下で透過率90%以上を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学部品。
- 前記光学部品は成形品であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の光学部品。
- 前記電気配線は、前記光学部品の複数の面にまたがって立体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項記載の光学部品。
- 前記電気配線が、曲面上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項記載の光学部品。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、非晶質ポリオレフィン系樹脂から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載の光学部品。
