【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は遊技機、特にパチンコ遊技機の背面側に取り付けられる遊技制御基板の収納ボックスに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来から、パチンコ遊技機の背面側には、遊技機の遊技を制御するための遊技制御基板を収納する収納ボックスが設けられており、その中に遊技制御基板を保持するボックス基体に対して一方方向にスライドさせながら蓋体を被せる構造の収納ボックスが公知である（第一公知技術／特開平１１−１７９０２６号公報）。

前記第一公知技術によると、まず前記ボックス基体に対してスライドさせて蓋体の一端部をボックス基体に係止させる操作を行なうのであるが、このとき、蓋体の他端部においてボックス基体に予めセットしておいた錠止めピンを蓋体で下方に押圧しながら蓋体をスライドさせる。そして蓋体を所定の位置まで移動させない限り、蓋体には錠止めピンを下方に押圧する機能が発揮されないようになっているので、蓋体を所定位置に移動させたとき、それまで下方に圧縮されていた弾性部材が反発して錠止めピンを押し上げ、その結果、前記蓋をスライドさせることを不能にする構造（ロック構造）を有している。

前記第一公知技術においても前記ロック構造は、前記蓋体の一部分を破壊しない限り、前記収納ボックスを開くことができないので、前記遊技制御基板に組み込んである正規のＲＯＭを不正に改造されたＲＯＭと交換できないだけでなく、前記ロック機構をそれ以前の従来技術のように複数組複数列設ける必要がなく、それまでの半分のロック機構を１列に設けるだけでよいという優れた効果を発揮している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、第一公知技術においてはなお次の点において改良の余地があることが判明した。すなわち、前記ロック機構を組成する部品は錠止めピンと弾性部材の２つの部品からなっているので、それだけ部品管理に余分な労力を要するだけでなく、ロック機構を形成するとき蓋体により錠止めピンを押圧して弾性部品を圧縮した状態で蓋体を所定距離だけスライドさせた後、前記弾性部材の弾発力を発現させているので、ロック機構の形成動作には作業員の感触に頼ることになり、作業員はボックス基体と蓋体とを確実に一体化したという安心感が得られず、その結果、収納ボックスの信頼性を高めることができない。

そこで、前記公知技術と同様にボックス基体に対して蓋体をスライドさせながら被せる公知技術（第二公知技術／特開平１０−２９０８６７号公報）において採用されている接合手段を、前記第一公知技術のロック構造に代えて採用することにより、収納ボックスの技術上の信頼性を高めることも考えられる。

しかしながら、第二公知技術においては、前記接合手段を構成するボックス基体の接合部（下部接合部）と蓋体の接合部（上部接合部）において、後者から前者に向かってワンウェイネジが螺入されており、遊技制御基板に組み付けられている、いわゆるＲＯＭを検査するために、前記下部接合部をラジオペンチやニッパー等の切断治具を使用してボックス基体から切断・分離すると、前記接合手段に対向して蓋体の一端部側に設けたボックス基体に対する蓋体の係止手段の構造によっては、ボックス基体から切断・分離された前記下部接合部の被切断片がワンウェイネジにくっついたまま残るので、ボックス基体から蓋体を開放できないという問題がある。

従って、第一公知技術と第二公知技術を考慮して収納ボックスを製作し、その収納ボックスの蓋体をボックス基体からスライドさせて収納ボックス内のＲＯＭを検査しようとしても、収納ボックスを開封できない事態が起こる。従って、本発明の課題は、前記収納ボックスにおけるボックス基体と蓋体とを接合する機構の部品点数を少なくすること、ボックス基体と蓋体とを確実に一体化する際の技術上の信頼性をより高めること、及びＲＯＭの検査時にはボックス基体から蓋体を確実に開封できるようにすること等にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は前記の課題を解決するために次の手段を採用する。すなわち、裏機構盤（５０）と、コネクタが配置され、遊技を制御するための遊技制御基板（５４）と、前記遊技制御基板（５４）を収納する収納ボックス（５５）と、を備えた遊技機において、前記収納ボックス（５５）は、前記裏機構盤（５０）に取り付けられ、前記遊技制御基板（５４）を保持するボックス基体（６６）と、前記ボックス基体（６６）に対して一方方向（Ｘ１）に向かって摺接させながら被せられる蓋体（６７）と、前記ボックス基体（６６）の一端部（Ａ１）寄りにおいて、前記遊技制御基板（５４）のコネクタ（８３）が外部に露出する領域を覆うパターンカバー（８４）と、前記一方方向（Ｘ１）における前記ボックス基体（６６）と前記蓋体（６７）との一端部（Ａ１、Ａ２）に設けられ、前記ボックス基体（６６）と前記蓋体（６７）とを係合させる係合手段（７６）と、前記一方方向（Ｘ１）と逆方向（Ｘ２）における前記ボックス基体（６６）の他端部（Ｂ１）に支持される複数個の基体接合部（７７）、前記蓋体（６７）の他端部（Ｂ２）に支持される複数個の蓋体接合部（９５）、並びに前記基体接合部（７７）と前記蓋体接合部（９５）とを接合する非可逆的接合手段（８１）を具備し、前記ボックス基体（６６）と前記蓋体（６７）とを一体化させる接合手段（５６）と、を備え、前記蓋体（６７）は、側壁部（８６ａ、８６ｂ、８６ｃ、８６ｄ、８６ｅ）を有し、前記側壁部（８６ａ、８６ｂ、８６ｃ、８６ｄ）により凹状の箱体を形成し、前記蓋体（６７）の前記一方方向（Ｘ１）に平行な側壁部（８６ｂ、８６ｄ）の前記一端部（Ａ２）寄りの部位に接続されるコ字形の側壁部（８６ｅ）が、前記一端部（Ａ２）側の側壁部（８６ａ）から外方に形成され、前記コ字形の側壁部（８６ｅ）と、前記一端部（Ａ２）側の側壁部（８６ａ）とにより、前記パターンカバー（８４）で占められる部位を切り欠いた開放部（８５）を形成し、前記係合手段（７６）として、前記コ字形の側壁部（８６ｅ）の前記一端部（Ａ２）側には、外方に延びる舌片状の被係止部（８９、９０）が突設され、前記ボックス基体（６６）の前記一端部（Ａ１）側には、門形の係止部（７５）が設けられ、前記ボックス基体（６６）の前記一方方向（Ｘ１）に平行な周壁部（７１ｂ、７１ｄ）には、複数個の突片（７３）が設けられ、前記蓋体（６７）の前記一方方向（Ｘ１）に平行な側壁部（８６ｂ、８６ｄ）には、フック状の離間阻止片（８８ｂ、８８ｄ）が設けられ、前記ボックス基体（６６）には、前記一方方向（Ｘ１）に平行な周壁部（７１ｂ、７１ｄ）の外方に、当該周壁部（７１ｂ、７１ｄ）と平行に所定間隔をおいてガイド壁部（７２ｂ、７２ｄ）が形成され、前記蓋体（６７）の前記一方方向（Ｘ１）に平行な側壁部（８６ｂ、８６ｄ）には、Ｌ字形断面をなすレール部（８７ｂ、８７ｄ）が形成され、前記ボックス基体（６６）と、前記蓋体（６７）とを上下に重ねて前記一方方向（Ｘ１）に摺接する際、前記レール部（８７ｂ、８７ｄ）が前記ガイド壁部（７２ｂ、７２ｄ）の内側に位置して案内されて、前記突片（７３）と前記離間阻止片（８８ｂ、８８ｄ）とが係合されると共に、前記舌片状の被係止部（８９、９０）と前記門形の係止部（７５）とが係止され、前記蓋体（６７）が前記ボックス基体（６６）に被せられた後、前記基体接合部（７７）と前記蓋体接合部（９５）とが上下方向において重なった状態で、前記非可逆的接合手段（８１）により、前記基体接合部（７７）と前記蓋体接合部（９５）とを接合し、前記ボックス基体（６６）には、前記一端部（Ａ１）側の周壁部（７１ａ）を除く３つの周壁部（７１ｂ、７１ｃ、７１ｄ）の内方寄りに、当該３つの周壁部（７１ｂ、７１ｃ、７１ｄ）と平行に内壁部（９２ｂ、９２ｃ、９２ｄ）が設けられ、
前記蓋体（６７）には、前記他端部（Ｂ２）側の側壁部（８６ｃ）の内方寄りに垂下させた壁状ストッパー（９３）が設けられ、前記蓋体（６７）を前記一方方向（Ｘ１）に相対移動させるとき、前記壁状ストッパー（９３）が、前記ボックス基体（６６）の前記内壁部（９２ｃ）に衝突して、それ以上の移動が制限されることで、前記一端部（Ａ２）側の側壁部（８６ａ）の外方が、前記コネクタ（８３）に衝突しないように、前記ボックス基体（６６）と前記蓋体（６７）との相対移動範囲が制限され、前記蓋体（６７）を前記一方方向と逆方向（Ｘ２）に相対移動させるとき、前記一端部（Ａ２）側の側壁部（８６ａ）の内方が、前記ボックス基体（６６）の前記内壁部（９２ｂ、９２ｄ）の端面（ｂ、ｃ）に衝突して、それ以上の移動が制限されることで、前記コ字形の側壁部（８６ｅ）の一端部（Ａ２）側の内方が、前記コネクタ（８３）に衝突しないように、前記ボックス基体（６６）と前記蓋体（６７）との相対移動範囲が制限される、という手段を採用する。なお、前記において「相対的」なる語は、固定されたボックス基体に対して蓋体をスライドさせることができ、逆に固定した蓋体に対してボックス基体をスライドさせることができるという意味において使用される。勿論両者同時にスライドさせることをもできるので、この態様も当然包含される。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図面を参照しながら本発明に係る一実施例について詳述すると、この実施例は従来から弾球遊技に一般に使用されている遊技機にも適用されるが好ましくは、図１に示す弾球遊技機に適用される。すなわち、この実施態様に係る遊技機１は、その遊技機の本体枠である額縁状木製外枠２と、該外枠２の下部前面に打ち付けられた前面板３と、該前面板３又は前記外枠２に取り付けられた一対の軸支手段４ａ、４ｂと、それらの軸支手段に軸支され外枠２又は前面板３の前面側に片開き可能に取り付けられたほぼ額縁状の内枠５等の主構成要素を骨格とする構造を有している。

そして前記内枠５の前面側において上部寄りには、逆Ｕ字形の開口部６を中央部に有する前面枠７が上下一対の軸支手段８（図１において下部軸支手段は描かれていない）を介して片開き可能に蝶着されており、軸支手段８が存在しない側において前記内枠５に装着されている施錠装置９にキー（図示なし）を差し込んで回動させることにより、前記前面枠７は開閉可能になっている。なお、前記前面枠７の上部中央には長楕円形の枠飾りランプ用レンズ１０が設けられている。

他方、前記内枠５の背面側において同内枠５の中央部には開口部（図示なし）が形成されており、その開口部に前面が臨むように遊技盤１１が取り付けられている。そしてこの遊技盤１１と前記前面枠７の背面側に取り付けられたガラス枠（図示なし）のガラスＧとの間であって、前記遊技盤１１面上に植設された円弧状のガイドレール１２の内方側に遊技機１の遊技領域Ａが形成されている。

前記前面枠７の直下位置において内枠５には、前面枠７と同様片開き可能に板状の上皿部材１３が取り付けられており、その上皿部材１３には後述する流下樋の排出口１４と、内枠５に取り付けられたスピーカ（図示なし）の音を遊技者に伝播する伝播孔１５が形成されているとともに、平面形状が半楕円形をなし周縁が立ち上がって前記排出口１４からの遊技球を受け容れる上皿１６が遊技機１の前方に向かって突出形成されている。また、上皿１６の堤状周縁部１７には遊技球を抜き取る球抜きボタン１８、返却ボタン１９、貸球ボタン２０等の操作ボタンが設けられている。なお、上皿部材１３の上辺部は前面枠７の閉成時にその下辺部に押圧されるようになっているので、前記上皿部材１３は前面枠７を開成しない限り開成できない。

さらに前記上皿部材１３と前面板３との間において内枠５の下部には、前記上皿部材１３とほぼ同じ形状の下皿部材２１が開閉不能に固着されている。そしてその下皿部材２１のほぼ中央部には、前記排出口１４を開口部として裏機構盤において立ち上がる流下樋（後述）に遊技球が充満したとき、後続する遊技球をオーバーフローさせて排出する排出口２２が設けられている。また、前記排出口２２の前方には遊技球を受け容れる下皿２３と灰皿２４とが併設されており、下皿２３の下側に景品球を排出する球抜きレバー２５が取り付けられている。下皿部材２１の右側には、ほぼ球形をなす発射ハンドル２６とその周囲で回動可能な発射レバー２７及び発射停止スイッチ２８がそれぞれ設けられている。なお、本発明に係る遊技機１の左側には正面が幅狭長方形をなす公知のカードユニット２９が併設されている。

次に前記遊技盤１１の構造について説明すると、この実施例に係る遊技盤１１は、図２に示すように、ほぼ正方形をなし表面に装飾が施された木製ベース板３０と、そのベース板３０の上に前記ガイドレール１２を構成する帯状鋼製外レール３１と、そのレール３１の内方に所定の距離をおいて放射方向から見ると部分的に重なって見える内レール３２と、以下に述べる種々の装置、部品等の要素とから構成されており、前記内枠５の中央部に透設された開口部（図示なし）に嵌入することにより内枠５に係止される。なお、前記外レール３１の外側においてベース板３０の右上部及び下部の各コーナー部には装飾するレール飾り３３ａ，３３ｂ、３３ｃが設けられており、外レール３１を補強するとともに遊技盤１１を装飾している。

前記遊技盤１１において中央上部には振分組立体３４が取り付けられており、後述する発射装置により発射された遊技球３５は、内外レール３１，３２間を通って内レール３２の先端部よりそこに設けられたファール球止め３３を押しのけて遊技領域Ａに打ち込まれるとともに、一部の遊技球３５は前記振分組立体３４に衝突し残りの遊技球３５は振分組立体３４の左右側に落下するようになっている。

さらに前記遊技盤１１上において前記振分組立体３４の直下には、比較的大きな最大横幅を有する液晶表示装置である可変表示装置３６が設けられており、その直下に設けられている始動口３７に遊技球３５が入ったとき、前記可変表示装置３６の中央部に所定間隔をおいて３個併設されている特別図柄表示部３８ａ、３８ｂ、３８ｃが所定時間可変表示して停止するようになっている。

同様に前記可変表示装置３６の斜め上方の外側には一対のランプ風車３９ａ、３９ｂが、そして斜め下方の外側には一対の風車４０ａ、４０ｂがそれぞれ配設されていて遊技者が落下してゆく遊技球３５の経路の予測を不能にしている。風車４０ａ、４０ｂの下方において始動口３７寄りには、一対の図柄作動ゲート４１ａ、４１ｂが配設され、それらを遊技球３５が通過すると、前記可変表示装置３６の上部中央に設けられている普通図柄表示装置４２の図柄、例えば「−、１、３、５、７」等の図柄が特定時間だけ可変表示される。

前記図柄作動ゲート４１ａ、４１ｂの下方において外方には一対の上部入賞口４３ａ、４３ｂが取り付けられており、遊技球３５が入賞したとき、それが検知手段（図示なし）により検知されて後述する遊技制御基板の制御司令により、特定の数の遊技球が景品として排出口１４から上皿１６に排出される。

前記始動口３７の下方には可動入賞装置４４が設けられており、前記特別図柄表示部３８ａ、３８ｂ、３８ｃの特別図柄が特定の組合わせになって停止して「当たり」になり、可動入賞装置４４のシャッター４５が所定時間開いて遊技球３５が同装置４４内に入るようになっている。また可動入賞装置４４内において前記シャッター４５の裏側には特定の領域が設けられており、その領域に遊技球３５が通過したときは、前記シャッター４５が閉止した後に再度所定時間シャッター４５を開放する特典が発生するようになっている。前記可動入賞装置４４の両側には一対の下部入賞口４６ａ、４６ｂが設けられており、それらは前記上部入賞口４３ａ、４３ｂと同様の機能をしている。

前記遊技盤１１において種々の部品間には多数本の障害釘４７が植設されており、それらの障害釘４７の間を縫って降下してゆく遊技球３５が、前記ゲートや入賞口等に入賞しなかったとき、アウト球として遊技盤１１の中央下部に設けられているアウト球排出口４８から遊技機１の後方に排出されるようになっている。なお、前記遊技領域Ａにおいて遊技盤１０の中央部両側には一対のサイドランプ４９ａ、４９ｂが設けられている。

次に、本発明に係る遊技機１の裏面には、図３に示すように、前記内枠５に対してその背面側からほぼ正方形をなす板状の遊技盤（図３においては１点鎖線と実線で示されている）１１が係止され、さらにその遊技盤１１の背面側に対して、下部コーナー部が面取りされたほぼ縦長直方形状をなし、中央部にほぼ横長直方形の開口部（図示なし）を有する裏機構盤５０（図３においては鎖線と実線で示されている）が宛がわれ、その裏機構盤５０のほぼ３つのコーナー部付近に設けられた止着部材５１ａ、５１ｂ、５１を回動させて裏機構盤５０を内枠５側に押圧することにより、内枠５、遊技盤５及び裏機構盤５０の三者が強固に一体化されている。また、前記開口部の後方において裏機構盤５０には、透明な合成樹脂製蓋なし箱形のカバー部材５２が取り付けられており、遊技盤１１に取り付けた可変表示装置３６及びそれを制御するために可変表示装置３６の後方に重ねて取り付けられた可変表示制御基板５３とが保護されている。

前記カバー部材５２の下方において裏機構盤５０には、遊技を制御する遊技制御基板５４を封入した透明な合成樹脂製収納ボックス５５が取り付けられており、その側壁から突出形成されている接合手段５６の作用により遊技制御基板５４を外部から容易に取り出すことができないようになっている。そしてこの遊技制御基板５４、前記可変表示制御基板５３及びその他遊技機１の電子機器に対する電源のターミナル基板５７が前記裏機構盤５０の右上コーナー部に設けられている。

次に遊技球３５の流通経路について述べると、前記裏機構盤５０の前面側、すなわち遊技盤１１に接する側には主として前記遊技領域Ａにおける遊技の際、遊技球３５を集めて入賞球感知機構に案内する集合樋（図示なし）が設けられている。他方、裏機構盤５０の背面側においてその上部左側コーナー部には機外から供給される遊技球３５を貯留する貯留タンク５８、その貯留タンク５８から遊技球３５を順次配列しながら降下させるタンクレール５９、そのタンクレール５９を通過した遊技球３５に変位抵抗を与えて降下させるカーブ樋６０、そのカーブ樋６０から遊技の内容に応じて遊技球３５を景品球として計数しながら払出す払出装置６１等の上部払出経路部材が裏機構盤５０の右側板状部６２上に順次連結形成されている。

上部払出経路から流下した遊技球３５は、前記払出装置６１に連接されている流下路６３を降下して上皿部材１３に開口している排出口１４から上皿１６に排出される。このとき、前記したように前記流下路６３にもし遊技球３５が充満した場合は、その流下路６３の途中に分岐して若干後方に突出形成されている溢流路６４に遊技球３５が溢流して流下し、下皿部材２１の排出口２２から下皿２３内に排出される。

また、前記裏機構盤５０の下方において前記内枠５の左側コーナー部には発射装置６５が取り付けられており、その装置６５の発射ハンドル２６に手をかけて発射レバー２７を回動させることにより、遊技球３５を前記発射領域Ａに発射できるようになっている。詳述しなかったが、本発明に係る遊技機１は、前記以外に遊技に必要な要素を従来技術と同様に具備している。

以上、本発明に係る遊技機の主な構成要素について説明したが、本発明に係る遊技機１にあっては、前記収納ボックス５５が特定の形状・構造を有しているので、以下これについて詳述すると、図４に示すように、本発明に係る収納ボックス５５は、遊技を制御するために遊技機１に取り付けられる遊技制御基板５４を保持するボックス基体６６と、そのボックス基体６６に対して矢印Ｘで示す一方方向（すなわち３次元空間における例えばＸ軸方向／以下Ｘ方向という）のうち、Ｘ１の向きに摺接させながら被せられる蓋体６７の、少なくとも二つの構成要素とからなっており、その他前記ボックス基体６６と蓋体６７を封止する封止材や検査履歴書等の他の構成要素を具備している。

そして、前記Ｘ方向におけるボックス基体６６の一端部Ａ１と蓋体６７の一端部Ａ２に両者を係合させる係合手段７６が設けられているとともに、同じくボックス基体６６の他端部Ｂ１と蓋体６７の他端部Ｂ２に、既に図３においても説明したように、両者を接合させる接合手段５６が設けられている。

前記ボックス基体６６は、図５及び図６に示すように、透明な合成樹脂製箱形をなし、その底面部６８の表面には格子状をなすリブ部６９と筋交え状のリブ部７０が突出形成されている。また、ボックス基体６６の四つの周面側には比較的立上がり高さの低い周壁部７１ａ、７１ｂ、７１ｃ、７１ｄが張り巡らされており、それら周壁部のうちＸ方向に延びる平行な周壁部７１ｂ、７１ｄの外方にはそれらの周壁部と所定間隔をおいて平行にガイド壁部７２ｂ、７２ｄが形成されている。

平行な前記周壁部７１ｂ、７１ｄ及び前記他端部Ｂ１の周壁部７１ｃには、所定間隔をおいて複数個の突片７３が外方に延出形成されており、ボックス基体６６に蓋体６７が被せられたとき、蓋体６７に設けられた離間阻止片や嵌合孔（いずれも後述する）と係合して、ボックス基体６６と蓋体６７とを収納ボックス５５の厚み方向に互いに離間させないような機能を果たしている。同様に前記一端部Ａ１の周壁部７１ａと他端部Ｂ１の周壁部７１ｃのそれぞれにおいて前記突片７３の取付け位置より僅か低い位置にも、所定間隔をおいて対をなす突片７４が外方に延出形成されており、それらは遊技機１の背面側にある裏機構盤５０の係合部（図示なし）と係合して本発明に係る収納ボックス５５を裏機構盤５０に係止する機能を果たしている。

さらに前記一端部Ａ１の周壁部７１ａには門形の係止部７５が５個取り付けられており（図４を参照）、後述する蓋体６７の被係止片と係合して、本発明に係る係合手段７６の一態様を構成している。他方、前記他端部Ｂ１の周壁部７１ｃの中央部には、前記接合手段５６の一構成要素である円筒状の基体接合部７７が所定間隔をおいて複数個、前記周壁部７１ｃから外方に延びる支持部７８により支持されているとともに、相隣接する基体接合部７７同士が連接部７９により連接されている。なお、複数個の前記基体接合部７７のうち最も外方に位置する１個の基体接合部はボックス基体６６から延びる１個の支持部７８に支持されているのに対して、同じく外方にある残りの１個の基体接合部は２個の支持体７８により支持され、後述するように遊技制御基板５４のＲＯＭを最後に検査するとき切り落とされずに残っていた最後の基体接合部７７は、必ず２個の支持体７８により支持されるようになっている。

なお、前記基体接合部７７の内部にはほぼ釣り鐘状の中空部８０が形成されており、ボックス基体６６の裏側から蓋体６７に向かって、すなわち、図６においてボックス基体６６の下から上に向かって、ワンウェイネジ、頭部易破断性ネジ又はリベット等で代表される非可逆的接合手段８１が、全ての基体接合部７７の中空部８０に対して仮止めがなされている。仮止めは、前記中空部８０に非可逆的接合手段８１の先端部を僅か圧入し又は螺入して基体接合部７７に把持させ、本発明に係る収納ボックス５５を遊技機１に取り付けたまま又は単独で搬送乃至は移動をさせても非可逆的接合手段８１が前記中空部８０から外れ落ちない程度に行われる。
