Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heating tool used when a smoke agent is heated to vaporize and disperse a pesticide contained in a pest contained therein.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Smoke agents are used to control pests in houses and agricultural houses. The smoke agent contains a smoke component and a pesticide component. When the smoke agent is heated during the extermination, the smoke component is decomposed to generate smoke, and at the same time, the insecticide component is vaporized. The vaporized insecticidal component comes into contact with the pest by being sprayed with smoke, and as a result, the pest is exterminated.
[0003]
As a method for heating a smoke agent, Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-49201 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-55481 disclose a method utilizing the heat of hydration reaction when water is added to calcium oxide. No. 78207 discloses a method by chemical contact fire, and JP-A-9-175970 and JP-A-10-226601 use a heater that burns a heating agent stored in a nonflammable container. A method is disclosed.
[0004]
Among them, the method using calcium oxide is widely used, but it is not necessary to ignite, but because the calorific value of calcium oxide is low, the soot agent is surely and sufficiently heated to smoke. Large amounts of calcium oxide must be used. When manufacturing the products used for this method, moisture management must be maintained to maintain the activity of calcium oxide, and special packaging that does not allow moisture to pass through must be applied. Therefore, the production becomes complicated and the production cost is high. In addition, if the water added to the calcium oxide of this product is not accurately measured, sufficient heat generation cannot be obtained, so the effect of soot will not be fully exerted, and smoke will be started after adding water. For example, it takes a long time to reach a sufficient temperature, so there are many problems from the viewpoint of the convenience of smokers.
[0005]
On the other hand, the method using the heating tool for burning the heating agent stored in the incombustible container can start soot by a simple operation. Since this heating tool does not require special packaging, the manufacturing cost is lower than that using calcium oxide. Therefore, the method using such a heating tool is the best among the conventional techniques.
[0006]
However, further improvements have been desired from the viewpoint of satisfying economical efficiency that the heating tool can be reliably and safely burned, and is excellent in stability over time and can be manufactured at low cost.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and provides a smoke agent heater capable of heating a smoke agent sufficiently and safely with the start of gentle combustion reliably by ignition and having excellent temporal stability. It is intended to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

As the chemical used as the ignition agent or the heating agent, a compound obtained by blending the compounds in the ratio shown in Table 1 and stirring and mixing is used. Table 1 also shows the characteristic values of the ignition point and heat of combustion of this chemical. The ignition point was measured by the Krupp ignition point method with the lowest temperature at which a flame was generated within 4 seconds when the chemical was heated, and the combustion heat was measured by a bomb calorimeter.

[0040]
(Examples 2-5 and Comparative Examples 1-5)
The igniting agent and the heating agent, which are the chemicals blended as shown in Table 1, were used as shown in Table 2, and the non-combustible container was made of a ceramic that differs only in thickness as shown in Table 2. A smoke heater was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that a cylindrical aluminum member having an outer diameter of 9 mm, a height of 30 mm, and a thickness of 0.2 mm was used.
[0041]
The igniters of the 10 types of heating tools obtained in Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 5 were each ignited, and the operating conditions of the heating tools were confirmed visually. The results are shown in Table 2. The ignition of the match agent initiates combustion of the igniter, indicating that the combustion of the heating agent induced by it is gentle and complete without interruption, indicating good, otherwise the observation results ing.
[0042]
[Table 2]
[0043]
As is apparent from Table 2, the heating tools of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Example 1 all worked reliably, and the ignition of the heating agent was reliably started by ignition, and the combustion proceeded gently and sufficiently. . The heating tools of Comparative Examples 2 to 5 were unsuitable for heating the soot agent because the combustion of the igniting agent or the heating agent was interrupted or the combustion was too intense.
[0044]
The heating tools of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Example 1 were stored for 1 month at room temperature and humidity by storing them for 1 month in a constant temperature and humidity chamber with an air temperature of 60 ° C. and a relative humidity of 75% RH. After performing the corresponding storage stability acceleration test, the operation of the heating tool was similarly confirmed. The results are shown in Table 2. As is clear from Table 2, the heating tools of Examples 1 to 5 operated well, but the heating tool of Comparative Example 1 was interrupted in the middle of combustion of the ignition agent.
[0045]
Next, a smoke device was manufactured using the nine types of heating tools obtained in Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1, 2, 4, and 5. In addition, the heating tool of Comparative Example 3 was not used for the trial production of the smoke device because of malfunction. Add nitrocellulose, azodicarbonamide, clay and starch to the insecticidal components of phenothrin and methoxadiazone, mix them into granules and form smoke smoke. About 25 g of this smoke smoke is packed in an iron can 22 It was. Nine kinds of heating tools are separately inserted into the smoke agent of the can, and a fixing plate for covering the smoke agent and fixing the heater is attached. When the
[0046]
The igniters of these smoke devices were each ignited, and the operation status of the smoke devices was visually confirmed. The results are shown in Table 2. Smoke from smoke is started within 30 seconds after the match drug is ignited, and smoke is completed without causing smoke to disappear or smoke to ignite. Otherwise, The observation results are shown.
[0047]
As is apparent from Table 2, the smoke devices using the heating tools of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Example 1 all worked reliably, and the smoke progressed gently and sufficiently. The smoke device using the heating tools of Comparative Examples 2, 4, and 5 does not start or disappears, or ignites the smoke agent and ignites, which is inappropriate as a smoke device. Met.
[0048]
Next, after storing the smoke device using the heating tools of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Example 1 at a temperature of 60 ° C. and a relative humidity of 75% RH for one month, the operation of the smoke device was similarly confirmed. The results are shown in Table 2. As is apparent from Table 2, all the smoke devices using the heating tools of Examples 1 to 5 operate reliably, the smoke progresses gently and sufficiently, and quality deterioration does not occur even after long-term storage. Although it was not recognized, the smoke device using the heating tool of Comparative Example 1 did not start smoke.
[0049]
Thus, the smoke agent heaters of Examples 1 to 5 are stable even after long-term storage and are suitable for use in smoke devices.
