Claims (6)
- 軸方向の一端部に開口部を有し高温高圧流体の収容が可能な耐圧性を有する容器本体と、この容器本体の上記開口部に対して当該容器本体の軸方向に相対的に進退移動し上記開口部を開閉する蓋体とを備えた耐圧容器であって、
上記容器本体は、上記軸方向を横に向けた状態で上記一端部が上記軸方向の左右の部位で支持されるようになっており、上記一端部の左右の各部位は、当該左右の方向への変位のみを吸収する変位吸収部材を備えた支持手段によって支持されるとともに、
上記軸方向の他端部が当該他端部における上記軸方向の変位を吸収する第2の変位吸収部材を備えた第2の支持手段によって支持されるようになっていることを特徴とする耐圧容器。 - 上記容器本体の上記一端部は、当該一端部における上記左右方向の中心部を当該左右方向に拘束する左右方向拘束手段によってガイドされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐圧容器。
- 上記蓋体は、上記容器本体における上記開口部に嵌合する内蓋と、この内蓋に軸方向に隣接して設けられていると共に当該内蓋に対して相対的に回転自在に設けられ、所定角度回転することによって上記容器本体の一端部に設けられたクランプ部に係止し上記内蓋を上記容器本体の開口部に嵌合させた状態に保持する外蓋と、上記内蓋と上記外蓋とを軸方向に分離させるべく力を付与する付勢手段とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の耐圧容器。
- 上記内蓋及び上記外蓋における互いに対向する面の少なくとも一方には、当該各面のかじりを防止する凝着防止板が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の耐圧容器。
- 上記内蓋には、当該内蓋と上記容器本体の開口部との間を密封する断面U字状のパッキンが当該U字の開口側を上記容器本体の内方に向けて設けられていると共に、上記パッキンにおける上記U字の半径方向内側の内壁部を上記内蓋側に保持するパッキン保持部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の耐圧容器。
- 上記容器本体の一端部には、上記開口部における上記パッキンより上記容器本体の外方寄りの位置に、上記開口部と上記内蓋との間を密封する断面U字状の第2のパッキンが当該U字の開口側を上記容器本体の外方に向けて設けられていると共に、上記第2のパッキンにおける上記U字の半径方向外側の外壁部を上記開口部側に保持する第2のパッキン保持部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3〜5の何れかに記載の耐圧容器。
