【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述のごとく部品本体のリード端子から、搬送帯を切断手段により切り落とすのであるが、この切断動作に伴い切断手段が摩耗し、やがてはリード端子から搬送帯を確実に分離する事が出来なくなる事があった。そこで本発明はリード端子から搬送帯を確実に分離することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そしてこの目的を達成する為に、本発明は切断手段によるリード端子の切断動作後に、個片の搬送帯を帯状の搬送帯の長手方向に押圧する押圧手段を設けたものである。すなわち切断手段によるリード端子の切断動作後に、個片の搬送帯を押圧手段により帯状の搬送帯の長手方向に押圧すれば、不完全な切断状態にあるリード端子から、搬送帯を確実に分離する事が出来るようになるものである。また押圧手段は、リード線の長手方向に凹溝を有するので、この押圧手段の凹溝により、搬送帯をその長手方向に押圧する事が、確実に行えるようになるものである。すなわち凹溝内に搬送体が包み込まれた状態で、その長手方向に押圧するようにするので、リード線から搬送帯を確実に分離する事が出来るものである。さらに、押圧手段は一端側に凹溝、他端側に支点を有するレバーにより構成されたものであるので、凹溝をレバーの他端側の支点を中心として大きく回動させる事ができ、これによってリード端子から搬送帯を、確実に分離する事が出来るようになるものである。

次に本発明の請求項に記載の発明によれば、押圧手段の支点は、凹溝より切断側に設けた請求項に記載の部品実装機であって、押圧手段を搬送帯に押圧させる場合、押圧手段が搬送帯をほぼ平行方向に押すような力が加わり、これによってリード端子から搬送帯を確実に分離し易くなるものである。

以下本発明の一実施形態を添付図面に従って説明する。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明は、複数本のリード端子の一端側に部品本体、他端側に搬送帯を有する部品の、前記リード端子の中部を保持手段によって保持した状態で、この保持手段による保持部よりも搬送帯側のリード端子を切断手段で切断し、この切断手段によるリード端子の切断動作後に、まだリード端子に搬送帯が残っている場合には、搬送帯を押圧手段により帯状の搬送帯の長手方向に押圧する構成としたものであるので、リード端子から搬送帯を確実に分離する事が出来るようになるものである。
