Description

The present invention relates to an elevator rope hanger suitable for use in a rope-type elevator installation operation.

In a rope-type elevator, the main rope wound around a sheave such as a driving sheave or a deflector is configured to suspend an elevator car on one side and a counterweight on the other, and a sheave with an electric motor. The car moves up and down in the hoistway.

In a 2: 1 roping type elevator, the main rope is attached and fixed at both ends to a rope stop on the floor of the machine room, and in the middle, it is wound around a car pulley, a driving sheave, and a counter pulley on the counterweight side. Composed.

At the time of installing the elevator or exchanging the main rope, for example, the rope is pulled out from a drum installed on the top landing floor and including the rope, and the rope is hung in the hoistway.

In the rope hanging work, a rope brake is disposed in the vicinity of the sheave to prevent the rope from drooping at an excessive speed when the rope wound around the driving sheave is suspended in the hoistway.

Usually, a plurality of ropes are often used for hanging a car in a rope type elevator. In that case, a plurality of ropes are hung by repeating the rope hooking of one rope drawn out from the drum around which the rope is wound a plurality of times.

As described above, in conventional elevator rope hanging, the ropes are taken out one by one from the drum and wound around a driving sheave or the like.

Therefore, when suspending the basket arranged in parallel a plurality of ropes, pulled out from the rope drum, and the winding operation to the traction sheave or the like must be repeated several times, the more new installation and rope replacement Since much time was required for the work , improvement was desired.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator rope hanger suitable for pulling out a plurality of ropes from a drum at the same time and performing the plurality of drawn ropes simultaneously.

The elevator rope hanging device according to the present invention includes a pair of comb-like members arranged in parallel with a plurality of slits into which ropes can be inserted inward from edges facing each other, and the pair of comb-like members. And a connecting means that can be connected in an overlapping state of the slits arranged side by side, and one of the pair of comb-shaped members is configured such that the length of the slits is sequentially shortened in the arrangement direction. It is structured .

According to the elevator rope hanging apparatus of the present invention, since the plurality of ropes have comb-like members that can be locked one by one, when the worker performs the rope hanging work simultaneously on the plurality of ropes, The ropes can be locked in a state of being arranged in order. Therefore, entanglement of a plurality of ropes is prevented, and the rope hanging operation can be performed efficiently. In addition, since either one of the pair of comb-shaped members is configured such that the length of the slit is sequentially shortened in the arrangement direction, the pair of comb-shaped members are crossed in a fan shape, and the opening angle is adjusted. Thus, the rope can be fitted between the slits one by one, or the rope can be removed from the slits in a good manner .

Further, the rope can be individually locked to the rope receiving member attached to the guide rail via the rope pressing member. Therefore, when a worker connects a plurality of ropes to the rope hitch installed on the guide rail, the rope can be hooked by detaching one by one in sequence, as well as improving work efficiency. Can be planned.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of an elevator rope hanging apparatus according to the present invention.

FIG. 1 shows a state in which the rope hooking device 1 holds a plurality of ropes 2 arranged in parallel. The two plate members 11a and 11b have a plurality of pieces (seven in this embodiment). The end of the rope 2 is fixed between them.

That is, the two plate members 11a and 11b overlapped with the plurality of ropes 2 are fixed by tightening the screws 12a and 12b at both ends, and the screws 13a and 12b fastened and fixed to the handle 13 Rings 13a formed at both ends are fitted and connected.

The handle 13 of this embodiment is composed of a slightly rigid rope, and is connected to two plate members 11a and 11b to which a plurality of ropes 2 whose ends are arranged in parallel are fixed. As described above, since the plurality of ropes 2 can be wound around the sheaves 3 and 3 at a time by wrapping around the sheaves 3 and 3 with the handle 13 at the top, the winding work by the worker is efficient. Can be implemented.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the ropes 2 are wound around the sheaves 3, 3 by routing the handle 13, the handle 13 supports the rotation shafts of the sheaves 3, 3 at both ends. Since it is necessary to pass between the fixtures 3a, 3a, the width d of the handle 13 is preferably shorter than the distance D between the fixtures 3a, 3a.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a second embodiment of an elevator rope hanging apparatus according to the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 3, the rope hooking device 1 has a plurality of wide slits 14a, 14a,... (In this embodiment) into which a single rope 2 can be loosely fitted inward from the edges facing each other. 10) a pair of comb-shaped members 141 and 142 arranged side by side.

At the left and right ends of the pair of comb-shaped members 141 and 142, through-holes 14b and 14b communicating with each other in an overlapping manner are provided, and string members 15 and 15 are respectively attached to the through-holes 14b and 14b.

Therefore, when the pair of comb-like members 141 and 142 are tensioned with the string members 15 and 15 at the left and right ends in a state where the rope 2 is loosely inserted into the slits 14a, 14a,. The comb-shaped members 141 and 142 overlap each other, and the rope 2 in each slit 14a, 14a,... Can move in the longitudinal direction in the closed space (slit 14a).

In addition, as shown in FIG.5 and FIG.6, the attachment hole provided in the fixtures 3a and 3a of the sheaves 3 and 3 as the string members 15 and 15 which connected the pair of comb-shaped members 141 and 142 at both ends. The comb-like members 141 and 142 are arranged to oppose the outer peripheral surface of the sheaves 3 and 3 around which the rope 2 is wound, and the ropes 2 are routed along the grooves of the sheaves 3 and 3. Therefore, the winding operation can be facilitated.

In addition, each of the slits 14a of the comb-like member 142 that is positioned above and overlaps the pair of comb-like members is configured such that the length thereof is sequentially reduced in a straight line toward the arrangement direction.

Therefore, it is necessary to perform the fitting operation between the slits 14a and 14a or the removal operation from between the slits 14a and 14a individually sequentially in the arrangement order with respect to the plurality of ropes 2, as described above. Since the length of each slit 14a is sequentially shortened in the arrangement direction, as shown in FIG. 4, the pair of comb-shaped members 141 and 142 are crossed in a fan shape, and the opening angle is adjusted so that one slit is formed. The rope 2 can be fitted between the slits 14a and 14a, or the rope 2 can be removed from the slits 14a and 14a.

FIGS. 7A and 7B are perspective views showing a third embodiment of the elevator rope hanging apparatus according to the present invention.

That is, the first cylindrical body 161 having a C-shaped inner section having a longitudinal slit 16a formed by longitudinally cutting the cylindrical body so that the rope can be inserted inside, and the first cylindrical body 161 Has a large diameter, and is composed of a second cylindrical body 162 having a C-shaped cross section in which the longitudinal slit 16a of the first cylindrical body 161 overlaps with the vertical slit 16a. And the 1st and 2nd cylindrical bodies 161 and 162 can mutually rotate in the circumference direction, and as shown to Fig.7 (a), an inner 1st cylindrical body is made to the arrow R direction. When rotated, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), the two longitudinal slits 16a and 16a are located on the opposite side, and the whole becomes a closed circular tube. The rope 2 inserted into the body 161 is stabilized without coming off.

In addition, since the first cylindrical body 161 is provided with the protrusion 16b that contacts the end of the second cylindrical body 162, the protrusion 16b is in the lower position in the state shown in FIG. , Abuts against the edge of the second cylindrical body 162.

In this way, in the state shown in FIG. 7A, the rope 2 is inserted into the first cylindrical body 161 through the communicating longitudinal slits 16a and 16a and rotated in the direction of the arrow R. 7B, the rope 2 penetrates through the cylinder, but even if the rope 2 is pulled in the direction of the arrow Y, the first protrusion 16b of the first cylinder 161 is The contact of the second cylindrical body 162 with the end portion prevents the first cylindrical body 161 from coming off from the second cylindrical body 162 and stabilizes it.

As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the second cylindrical body 162 is wound with a locking belt 16c. In the mounting hole 16ca provided in the locking belt 16c, A hook 16d is attached.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, the rope hanging device 1 of the third embodiment is used by hanging the hook 16d on the landing three-way frame 4 and inserting a plurality of ropes 2 pulled out from the drum 5. Can be pulled out.

Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the pulled-out rope 2 from coming into contact with the landing three-way frame 4 and damaging the three-way frame 4 in the rope hanging of the elevator.

Thus, according to the third embodiment, when the elevator is roped, the middle of the drawn rope 2 can be easily captured and locked to the hoistway structure or the like, which is often necessary for the winding operation. Suitable as a rope routing relay tool.

Although the elevator rope hanging apparatus of the third embodiment has been described so that a plurality of ropes 2 can be hung at the same time, it may be applied to, for example, a single rope 2 hanger.

Next, FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view showing a fourth embodiment of the elevator rope hanging apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a partially enlarged perspective view of the main part of FIG. 9 viewed from the opposite side.

That is, the elevator rope hanging device 1 according to the fourth embodiment is configured such that a plurality of ropes 2 arranged in parallel at intervals as shown in FIGS. A rope holding member 171, and a plurality of rope holding members 172, 172,... That are detachably attached to the rope receiving member 171 and can individually press and fix the rope 2. , 172,... Can be individually attached to the rope receiving member 161 by screws 172a, 172a,.

The plate-shaped rope receiving member 171 itself is attached and fixed to the L-shaped bracket 61 by bolts 171a and nuts 171b. The bracket 61 is further attached to the guide rail 7 via another bracket 62 as shown in FIG. Mounting is fixed.

As described above, the rope hooking device 1 according to the third embodiment can individually lock the rope to the rope receiving member 171 attached to the guide rail 7 via the rope pressing members 172, 172,. Since the operator can connect and fix the ends of the plurality of ropes 2 to the rope hitch 8 installed on the guide rail 7, the ropes 2 locked by the rope hooking device 1 can be detached and connected one by one. Thus, the efficiency of the connecting work can be improved.

In particular, in recent years, because of the space saving of the installation location, machine room-less elevators have also been widely adopted. For this reason, the drive motor is installed in the hoistway, and accordingly, the end of the drive motor and the rope 2 are attached. In many cases, the guide rail 7 is used.

Therefore, it is composed of a rope receiving member 171 and a rope pressing member 172. The rope receiving member 171 is attached and fixed to the guide rail 7, and can be appropriately removed from the locked ropes 2 one by one, and the rope can be hung. The elevator rope hanging apparatus according to the fourth embodiment can be used for installation work of rope type elevators, rope replacement work, and the like, and can provide excellent effects.

As described above, according to the elevator rope hanging apparatus of the present invention, an operator can not only wind a rope around a driving sheave, but also perform a rope hanging by pulling up and down in the hoistway. Multiple ropes can be hung at the same time, and the efficiency of rope hanging work by workers can be realized.

Further, the rope hooking device 1 is substantially constituted by the comb-shaped members 141 and 142, but the rope hooking device 1 can also be constituted by the two comb-shaped members 141 or the two comb-shaped members 142.
