【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、グリル庫内で魚等の被調理物を加熱調理するグリルに設けられたグリル扉の開閉装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、ガステーブルこんろにおいては、中央部に魚等の被調理物を加熱調理できるグリルを備え、被調理物を焼網に載せたまま受皿を手前にスライドさせると、それに伴いグリルの扉が自動的に上に跳ね上がり扉がじゃまにならず容易に被調理物を取り出すことができるタイプのものが知られている。
例えば、このようなグリルとしては、図10,図11,図12に示すようなものが知られている。このグリル101は、被調理物を載せる焼網2と、焼網2を載せたまま手前にスライドさせて引出す受皿3と、ガスを燃焼させて被調理物を加熱するバーナ4と、これらを収めるグリル庫5等から構成される。グリル庫5は、その底壁5aにガイドレール6と、その前面開口側壁7にグリル扉8を備える。また、受皿3の前部には、取手9が取付板10を介して一体に固定されている。
グリル扉8の内側には、略L字状の連結部11が両サイドに固定され、連結部11の一端には連結部11の回動支点となる支軸12が、他端には軸孔13が設けられる。支軸12は、前面開口側壁7に軸止され、軸孔13には、受皿3の進退動作とグリル扉8の開閉動作とを連動させる略くの字状の連動腕14の先端部がはめ込まれる。

引っ張りバネ18は、受皿3が手前に引き出されグリル扉8を支軸12を回転の支点として上方向へ跳ね上げた時、グリル扉8が下方向へ戻って閉じてしまうのを防ぎそのまま保持するだけの力が必要である。そのため、受皿3が所定位置まで引き出された地点で、所定力(グリル扉8の自重による荷重力以上)付勢しているように設計される。
こうした構成により、受皿3は、ガイドレール6に沿ってスライドし、それに伴ってグリル扉8が自動的に開閉するので、被調理物のグリル庫5への出し入れが容易にできるというものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、一旦、受皿3にストッパー20の係止力に打ち勝つだけの力を与えて収納位置から手前にすばやく引き出すと、グリル扉8が引っ張りバネ18によって跳ね上げ方向に付勢されているので、グリル扉8は、勢い良く跳ね上がってしまい、器具本体と衝突して不快な衝突音を発生し使用感が悪いといった問題があった。
本発明のグリルは上記課題を解決し、グリル扉を開ける時に不快な衝突音が生じるのを防止して、使用感を良くすることを目的とする。

上記課題を解決する本発明の請求項1記載のグリルは、
グリル庫の前面開口に設けられ支軸を支点として上下方向に回動して片開き状に開閉し閉じた状態にあってはグリル庫の前面開口の上半部に位置するグリル扉と、
該グリル庫内を前後方向にスライドして該グリル庫に出し入れされる受皿と、
該受皿の前部に取り付けられ、使用者が上記受け皿をグリル庫に出し入れする際に把持されるとともに、受皿がグリル庫内に収納された状態にあってはグリル庫の前面開口の下半部に位置される把持部材と、
グリル庫内で前後方向にスライド可能に設けられ、該受け皿をグリル庫内に収納する過程において該受け皿の後ろ端部に当接されて、グリル庫の後方向に押し込まれる当接部と、当該当接部と上記グリル扉の支点よりも下位置とを連結し、当接部が前方向にスライドしたときには上記グリル扉を開く一方、当接部が後方向にスライドしたときにはグリル扉を閉じる連結腕部からなり、上記受皿の前後方向への進退動作と該グリル扉の開閉動作とを連動させる連結部材と、

以上説明した本発明の構成・作用を一層明らかにするために、以下本発明のグリルの好適な実施形態について図1〜図9を用いて説明する。図1〜図3は、本実施形態のグリルの概略構成図であり、図1が受皿を奥まで押しこんだ状態の側面図、図2が受皿を手前に引き出した状態の側面図、図3が上面図である。尚、本実施形態のグリル1は、先に説明した従来のグリル101とは、グリル扉8の開方向への回動速度を遅らせる速度調節装置30を設けた点のみが異なるので、重複を避けるため、同一部分の構成については同一符号を付し詳しい説明は省略する。

例えば、本実施形態の速度調節装置30では、ピストン31の軸の先端にオリフィス34を設けて密閉室35内の空気が移動できるようにしているが、図5に示すように、オリフィス34を設けずに蓋体36に細孔43を設けるような構成にしても構わない。この場合にも、ピストン31を図左方向に動かす際には、密閉室35内へは、空気は細孔43を介してしか移動できないために、ピストン31を左方向に動かす抵抗が増すので、グリル扉8が勢い良く開方向に回動することを防止できる。ピストン31を右方向に動かす際には、密閉室35内の空気は、シリンダー32の内壁面とゴム体33のすきまを介しても移動することができるため、ピストン31が右に動く場合にはほとんど抵抗を生じない。また、図6に示すように、オリフィス34と細孔43とを両方同時に設けておいても構わない。この場合にも、ピストン31を左側に動かす際には、密閉室35内へは、空気はオリフィス34と細孔43を介してしか移動できないので大きな抵抗がかかり、ピストン31を右側に動かす際には、密閉室35内の空気はシリンダー32の内壁面とゴム体33のすきまを介しても移動することができるのでほとんど抵抗は生じない。
