【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、グリル庫内で魚等の被調理物を加熱調理するグリルに設けられたグリル扉の開閉装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、ガステーブルこんろにおいては、中央部に魚等の被調理物を加熱調理できるグリルを備え、被調理物を焼網に載せたまま受皿を手前にスライドさせると、それに伴いグリルの扉が自動的に上に跳ね上がり扉がじゃまにならず容易に被調理物を取り出すことができるタイプのものが知られている。
例えば、このようなグリルとしては、図10,図11,図12に示すようなものが知られている。このグリル101は、被調理物を載せる焼網2と、焼網2を載せたまま手前にスライドさせて引出す受皿3と、ガスを燃焼させて被調理物を加熱するバーナ4と、これらを収めるグリル庫5等から構成される。グリル庫5は、その前面開口側壁7にグリル扉8を備える。また、受皿3の前部には、取手9が取付板10を介して一体に固定されている。
グリル扉8の内側には、略L字状の連結部11が両サイドに固定され、連結部11の一端には連結部11の回動支点となる支軸12が、他端には軸孔13が設けられる。支軸12は、前面開口側壁7に軸止され、軸孔13には、受皿3の進退動作とグリル扉8の開閉動作とを連動させる略くの字状の連動腕14の先端部が挿通される。連動腕14は、その先端部に球状の突起が外側面に設けられ、この突起が軸孔13に挿通されることで連結部11に回動可能に連結される。また、連結腕14の基端部は下方に向けて曲折される。

グリル庫5の左右両側壁5bの後方下部には、受皿3の進退移動方向に延びる長溝孔16が開設され、左右の長溝孔16に受皿3の奥行壁外面に当接される連結バー17の両端部が遊挿される。この連結バー17の両端部は、グリル庫5の左右の側壁5bの外側に設けられた連結腕14の基端部にそれぞれ挿通され連結される。
さらに連結バー17の両端部にそれぞれ一端を止着した引っ張りバネ18の他端をグリル庫側壁5bの手前部に突設した掛止ピン19に係止させることにより、連動腕14と連結バー17とは常時受皿3の前進方向(手前側方向)へ押出付勢されている。グリル庫5入口の底壁5aには、引っ張りバネ18の付勢力により受皿3が手前に飛び出すのを規制し収納位置を確定する突起状のストッパー20が設けられる。
引っ張りバネ18は、受皿3が手前に引き出されグリル扉8を支軸12を回転の支点として上方向へ跳ね上げた時、グリル扉8が下方向へ戻って閉じてしまうのを防ぎそのまま保持するだけの力が必要である。そのため、受皿3が所定位置まで引き出された地点で、所定力(グリル扉8の自重による荷重力以上)付勢しているように設計される。
こうした構成により、受皿3は、底壁5aに沿ってスライドし、それに伴ってグリル扉8が自動的に開閉するので、被調理物のグリル庫5への出し入れが容易にできるというものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、一旦、受皿3にストッパー20の係止力に打ち勝つだけの力を与えて収納位置から手前にすばやく引き出すと、グリル扉8が引っ張りバネ18によって跳ね上げ方向に付勢されているので、グリル扉8は、勢い良く跳ね上がってしまい、器具本体と衝突して不快な衝突音を発生し使用感が悪いといった問題があった。
本発明のグリルは上記課題を解決し、グリル扉を開ける時に不快な衝突音が生じるのを防止して、使用感を良くすることを目的とする。

上記課題を解決する本発明の請求項1記載のグリルは、
グリル庫の前面開口に設けられ支軸を支点として上下方向に回動して片開き状に開閉するグリル扉と、該グリル庫内を進退方向にスライドして該グリル庫に出し入れする受皿と、該受皿の進退動作と該グリル扉の開閉動作とを連動させる連結部材と、該グリル扉を開方向に付勢する付勢手段と、上記グリル扉の開方向への回動速度を遅らせる速度調節装置とを有し、該グリル扉の閉状態からの開方向への回動初期においては、該速度調節装置が動作しないようにしたグリル扉の開閉装置を有するグリルにおいて、
上記速度調節装置は、先端に傘状の弾性体を備えたピストンとシリンダーとで構成され、該シリンダーの該ピストンで区画される少なくとも一室側を密閉構造とすると共に、該ピストンが摺動するのにともない流体が該密閉構造とした一室からの流入出を制限する細孔を備えており、

上記構成を有する本発明の請求項1記載のグリルは、受皿をスライドさせてグリル庫より出し入れする際、受皿のスライドに連動して連結部材がグリル扉を開閉する。しかも、付勢手段がグリル扉を開方向に付勢しているため、グリル扉は、グリル皿の動きに同調して自動的に開放される。この際、受皿をすばやく引き出すと、グリル扉は、開方向に付勢されているために勢い良く回動しようとするが、速度調節装置が開方向への回動速度を遅らせるので、グリル扉はゆっくりと開く。このため、グリル扉が勢い良く開方向に回動して器具本体に衝突してしまうことを防止できるので、不快な衝突音が発生することはない。

しかも、本発明の請求項記載のグリルは、先端の傘状の弾性体が開く方向にピストンをシリンダー内で動かそうとすると、傘状の弾性体が開いて弾性体とシリンダーの内面が密着し、シリンダーとピストンとで区画される少なくとも一室側が密閉構造であるために、この密閉構造とした一室からは、細孔を介してしか流体は流入出できないのでピストンの動きに対して大きな抵抗が生じる。この抵抗は、流体の流入出を制限する細孔の面積によって決まる。従って、グリル扉を開方向に付勢する付勢手段の付勢力に対して抵抗を与えるように、傘状の弾性体が開く方向のピストンの動きを連動させておくと、ピストンを動かすための抵抗により、グリル扉は、ゆっくりと開く。よって、グリル扉が器具本体にぶつかることによる不快な衝突音の発生を防止できる。この時のグリル扉の回動速度は、ピストンを動かすための抵抗、すなわち細孔の面積によって決まる。しかも、ピストンは、連結部材と係合部材とが係合した後にしか動かないので、連結部材と係合部材とが係合する前、すなわちグリル扉の閉状態からの開方向への回動初期においては、グリル扉をすばやく回動させることができる。また、傘状の弾性体が閉まる方向にピストンを動かす場合には、流体は細孔だけではなく、弾性体とシリンダーとの間も通って流れるために、ピストンを動かすための抵抗はほとんど生じないので、グリル扉の閉方向への回動はスムーズにすばやく行うことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以上説明した本発明の構成・作用を一層明らかにするために、以下本発明のグリルの好適な実施形態について図1〜図9を用いて説明する。図1〜図4は、本実施形態のグリルの概略構成図であり、図1はグリル扉が閉状態のときの側面図、図2はグリル扉が所定角度だけ開いたときの側面図、図3はグリル扉が全開状態のときの側面図、図4は上面図である。
尚、本実施形態のグリル1は、先に説明した従来のグリル101とは、グリル扉8の開方向への回動速度を遅らせる速度調節装置30を設けた点のみが異なるので、重複を避けるため、同一部分の構成については同一符号を付し詳しい説明は省略する。

連結部11の他端には、軸孔13が設けられ、この軸孔13には、受皿3の進退動作とグリル扉8の開閉動作とを連動させる略くの字状の連動腕14の先端部が挿通される。連動腕14は、その先端部に球状の突起が外側面に設けられ、この突起が軸孔13に挿通されることで連結部11に回動可能に連結される。また、連結腕14の基端部は下方に向けて曲折される。
そして、グリル庫5の左右両側壁5bの後方下部には、受皿3の進退移動方向に延びる長溝孔16が開設され、左右の長溝孔16に受皿3の奥行壁外面に当接される連結バー17の両端部が遊挿される。この連結バー17の両端部は、グリル庫5の左右の側壁5bの外側に設けられた連結腕14の基端部にそれぞれ挿通され連結される。
さらに連結バー17の両端部にそれぞれ一端を止着した引っ張りバネ18の他端をグリル庫側壁5bの手前部に突設した掛止ピン19に係止させることにより、連動腕14と連結バー17とは常時受皿3の前進方向へ押出付勢されている。
また、グリル庫5入口の底壁5aには、引っ張りバネ18の付勢力により受皿3が収納状態から手前に飛び出すことを規制し収納位置を確定する突起状のストッパー20が設けられる。

連結バー17の片方の端部には、グリル扉8の開方向への回動速度を遅らせる速度調節装置30(後述)のピストン31の軸を進退作動させるL字状の進退板41が取り付けられる。連結バー17は、進退板41と連動腕14を重ね合わせて挿通する。そして、進退板41と連動腕14の左右両側から止具で挟みこむことにより、進退板41と連結腕14とは連結バー17と固定される。
そして、ピストン31の軸の基端部及び基端部から所定距離離れた部位には、図5に示すように、円盤状の基端止片31a及び中間止片31bが設けられる。進退板41は、一辺を連結バー17に固定され、もう一辺にピストン31の軸を貫通させるための横長な切込部41aが設けられる。そして、ピストン31の軸は、基端止片31aと中間止片31bとの間の基端軸部31cが、横方向から切込部41aに挿入される。ピストン31の軸と進退板41とは固着されるものではなく、切込部41aの縦方向の長さはピストン31の軸の直径よりも若干大きめに形成されているので、進退板41は基端止片31aと中間止片31bとの間で自由な位置を取ることができる。
また、速度調節装置30は、グリル庫5の底壁5aに設けられた止壁44にネジ止めすることにより、グリル庫5内に固定される。

以下、速度調節装置30について詳述する。
図6に示すように、速度調節装置30は、ピストン31とシリンダー32とを備える。ピストン31の先端は、傘状のゴム体33であり、ピストン31の軸の先端には、シリンダー32のピストン31で区画される両室間を連通するオリフィス34が設けられる。シリンダー32の先端には、Oリング37を介して蓋体36が嵌め込まれ、この蓋体36とゴム体33との間に密閉室35が形成される。
シリンダー32の基端には、中心にピストン31の軸より少し大きな軸穴39が開口された軸枠40が、その軸穴39にピストン31の軸を貫通させて嵌め込まれ軸枠40とゴム体33との間に開放室38が形成される。このため、ピストン31の軸の動きは、図面中の左右の直線方向のみに規制される。尚、ピストン31の軸は、中間止片31bよりも先端側で軸穴39に挿通される。

次に、この速度調節装置30の作動原理について説明する。
ピストン31を図左方向に動かす場合、ピストン31の先端の傘状のゴム体33が左に動くと傘が開いてシリンダー32の内壁面と密着するため、密閉室35と開放室38間を空気は、軸に設けたオリフィス34を介してのみしか通過できないので、ピストン31の左方向の動きに対しては大きな抵抗が生じる。また、この時の抵抗は、オリフィス34径によって決められるものである。
従って、ピストン31に取り付けられた連動腕14を介して引っ張りバネ18の復元力によりピストン31を左方向に動かそうとすると、この大きな抵抗のために引っ張りバネ18の弾性変形は、ゆっくりとしか元の形に戻れず、連動腕14もゆっくりとしか動かない。

一方、ピストン31を図右方向に動かす場合、傘状のゴム体33が図右に動くと傘が閉じてシリンダー32の内壁面とゴム体33との間にすきまができる。このため、密閉室35と開放室38間を空気は、このすきまを通って自由に通過することができるため、ピストン31が右に動く場合にはほとんど抵抗は生じない。従って、ピストン31に取り付けられた連動腕14を介してピストン31を右側へ移動させようとする場合には、特別な抵抗を感じることなくスムーズに移動させることができる。
また、グリル扉8が閉まっているときは、図1に示すように、進退板41が中間止片31bと接している状態であり、グリル扉8が開いているときは、図3に示すように、進退板41が基端止片31aと接している状態となるように速度調節装置30は設けられる。

このように構成されたグリル1によれば、取手9を握って受皿3をグリル庫5より引き出すとき(図1→図2→図3)には、引っ張りバネ18により手前側方向に付勢されている連結バー17が受皿3と共に長溝孔16内を所定ストロークだけ前進し、連動腕14も前進動してグリル扉8を全開位置までもっていく。この際、受皿3をすばやく引き出すと、グリル扉8が連動腕14を介して引っ張りバネ18の復元力で開方向に付勢されているために、グリル扉8は勢い良く回動しようとする。
ところが、連動腕14に速度調節装置30のピストン31が取り付けられ、図左方向の動きに対しては途中から大きな抵抗がかかるので、引っ張りバネ18はゆっくりとしか弾性変形できず、連結バー17が引き出し速度に追従できないためにグリル扉8もゆっくりとしか回動しない。

連動腕14が一番奥(図右方向)に位置している状態(図1)、すなわちグリル扉8の閉状態から、手前(図左方向)に動き出す初期段階(図1→図2)では、進退板41が中間止片31bと基端止片31aとの間(いわゆる、遊びのストローク)を移動するだけであるからピストン31は動かず、速度調節装置30も機能しない。このため、グリル扉8回動初期においては、グリル扉8はすばやく回動する。
そして、進退板41が基端止片31aと接した後に、さらに手前に動こうとすると(図2→図3)、進退板41によって基端止片31aが押される、すなわちピストン31が図左方向に押されることになり、速度調節装置30が機能する。言い替えれば、グリル扉8が閉状態から所定角度θ(好ましくは20°〜25°)回動するまでは、速度調節装置30による制動力がグリル扉8の開動作、すなわち、連動腕14を介しての引っ張りバネ18の復元力には加わらない。そして、グリル扉8はそのまま開動作し、所定角度θまで開くと進退板41が基端止片31aに当接して、その後は速度調節装置30による制動力が加わる。

このため、グリル扉8は開方向への回動の途中からはゆっくりとしか回動せず、勢い良く開くことはない。従って、グリル扉8と器具本体が衝突して不快な衝突音が生じることを防止できる。しかも、回動初期においては、速度調節装置30が動作しないので、すばやく回動させることができる。このため、受皿3をすばやく引き出しても、受皿3や被調理物がグリル扉8と接触することを防止でき、受皿3をスムーズに取りだすことができる。

逆に、取手9をにぎって受皿3をグリル庫5内へ収める時(図3→図1)には、受皿3がグリル庫5内へ送入されていく途中でこの受皿3の奥行壁面に連結バー17が当接し、その後一体となって引っ張りバネ18の付勢力に抗して後退させられるので、その連結バー17の後退動に伴って連動腕14も後退動する。このためにグリル扉8は支軸12を支点として回動し、受皿3がグリル庫5内に収められると同時にグリル扉8もグリル庫5の開口部に閉じられる。
このとき、連動腕14に取り付けられた速度調節装置30のピストン31も図右方向に動かされるが、右方向に動く場合は、ほとんど抵抗が生じないので、受皿3を収納するのに対して余分な力を必要とせず従来通りスムーズに行うことができ使い勝手が良い。言い替えれば、グリル扉8の閉方向への回動に対しては、制動力は非常に小さい。尚、グリル扉8の閉方向への回動初期においては、進退板41が基端止片31aから中間止片31bの間を動きピストン31が動かないので、受皿3を収納するのに対して余分な力を全く必要としない。
また、受皿3がグリル庫5内の所定位置に収納されると、受皿3はその前面壁がストッパー20により係止され、不用意な抜脱が規制された状態でグリル庫5内に納められる。

以上本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明はこうした実施形態に何等限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲において、種々なる態様で実施し得ることは勿論である。
例えば、本実施形態の速度調節装置30では、ピストン31の軸の先端にオリフィス34を設けて密閉室35内の空気が移動できるようにしているが、図7に示すように、オリフィス34を設けずに蓋体36に細孔43を設けるような構成にしても構わない。この場合にも、ピストン31を図左方向に動かす際には、密閉室35内へは、空気は細孔43を介してしか移動できないために、ピストン31を左方向に動かす抵抗が増すので、グリル扉8が勢い良く開方向に回動することを防止できる。ピストン31を右方向に動かす際には、密閉室35内の空気は、シリンダー32の内壁面とゴム体33のすきまを介しても移動することができるため、ピストン31が右に動く場合にはほとんど抵抗を生じない。
また、図8に示すように、オリフィス34と細孔43とを両方同時に設けておいても構わない。この場合にも、ピストン31を左側に動かす際には、密閉室35内へは、空気はオリフィス34と細孔43を介してしか移動できないので大きな抵抗がかかり、ピストン31を右側に動かす際には、密閉室35内の空気はシリンダー32の内壁面とゴム体33のすきまを介しても移動することができるのでほとんど抵抗は生じない。

また、本実施形態では、速度調節装置30をシリンダー32とピストン31により構成したが、図9に示すように、筒体51とその筒体51内を摺動するスピンドル52とによって構成して、その摺動面53に粘着用グリスを塗布したものであってもかまわない。
この場合には、粘着用グリスの粘着性によって筒体51とスピンドル52との間の抵抗が増すので、連動腕14にピストン31を取り付けたのと同様な方法で連動腕14にスピンドル52を取り付ければ、連動腕14の進退移動に対する抵抗が増すので、引っ張りバネ18がゆっくりと弾性変形するために、グリル扉8が勢い良く開方向に回動することを防止でき、不快な衝突音が生じることを防ぐことができると共に、回動初期においてはすばやく回動させることができ、受皿3や被調理物がグリル扉8と接触することを防止できるので、受皿3をスムーズに取りだすことができる。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、本発明の請求項1記載のグリルによれば、グリル扉は、付勢手段の付勢力によって勢い良く回動して開こうとするが、速度調節装置が開方向への回動速度を遅らせるので、グリル扉はゆっくりと開く。このため、グリル扉が勢い良く開方向に回動して器具本体に衝突してしまうことを防止できるので、不快な衝突音が発生することがなくなり使用感が向上する。
しかも、グリル扉の開方向への回動初期においては、速度調節装置が動作しないので、グリル扉は所定角度まですばやく回動するため、受皿をすばやく引き出しても、グリル扉が受皿や調理物に当たってしまうという不具合もなく、受皿をスムーズに引き出すことができる。
また、本発明の請求項1記載のグリルによれば、ピストンとシリンダーという簡単な構成で安価に速度調節装置を作製することができるので、製造コストを抑えることができる。

グリル庫の前面開口に設けられ支軸を支点として上下方向に回動して片開き状に開閉するグリル扉と、該グリル庫内を進退方向にスライドして該グリル庫に出し入れする受皿と、該受皿の進退動作と該グリル扉の開閉動作とを連動させる連結部材と、該グリル扉を開方向に付勢する付勢手段と、上記グリル扉の開方向への回動速度を遅らせる速度調節装置とを有し、該グリル扉の閉状態からの開方向への回動初期においては、該速度調節装置が動作しないようにしたグリル扉の開閉装置を有するグリルにおいて、
上記速度調節装置は、先端に傘状の弾性体を備えたピストンとシリンダーとで構成され、該シリンダーの該ピストンで区画される少なくとも一室側を密閉構造とすると共に、該ピストンが摺動するのにともない流体が該密閉構造とした一室からの流入出を制限する細孔を備えており、
上記ピストンの軸には、上記グリル扉の閉状態からの開方向への回動初期において上記連結部材が所定ストローク移動したところで該連結部材と係合する係合部材が設けられ、
上記連結部材と上記係合部材とが係合することにより、上記付勢手段による上記グリル扉の開方向への付勢力に対して抵抗を与えるように、上記ピストンの動きが連動させられることを特徴とするグリル。
