Abstract

The present invention comprises: a housing case fixed to a vehicle-interior member and open at the front surface thereof; a tray member provided so as to be capable of projecting or retracting through the opening of the housing case; a holder member supported by a section of the tray member and provided with an engaging section on which a guide section provided to the housing case slidably moves, and with a placing section on which a drink container or a similar object can be placed; and a constant-load spring provided between the housing case and the holder member, the constant-load spring urging the tray member in the direction projecting from the housing case. The main body of the constant-load spring is caused to engage with the holder member, and a pull-out end of the constant-load spring is caused to engage with the housing case. A free end of the holder member separates from the tray member as the tray member moves so as to project from the housing case. The number of components can therefore be reduced and the speed at which the tray member projects can be controlled.

Description

Cup holder
The present invention relates to a cup holder used for placing drink cups, cans, plastic bottles and the like.
For example, in the case of a cup holder having a structure as shown in Patent Document 1, the cup holder includes a holder and a cup holder that are slidably retractable in a housing that is open on the front surface. The holding is performed by a constant load spring provided on the holding body, and the cup holder is prevented from rattling by using a torsion spring that biases the holding body and the cup holding body in the expanding direction. It is prevented by always energizing.
Registration No. 2555211
However, the conventional cup holder configured as described above cannot control the speed of protrusion of the holder from the housing. For this reason, control of the protrusion speed has been desired for the purpose of producing a high-class feeling.
In addition, a torsion spring is necessary in addition to the constant load spring to prevent the holding body from rattling, and there is a disadvantage that the number of parts is large.
This invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned inconveniences, and provides a cup holder that reduces the number of parts and realizes control of the protruding speed of the tray member.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings showing an embodiment. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cup holder according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which the cup holder of the present invention is pulled out, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the cup holder of the present invention. Here, the cup holder 10 of the present invention is fixed to the vehicle interior member, the storage case 11 whose front surface is open, the tray member 12 that protrudes from the opening 11a of the storage case 11 and is storably disposed, A holder member that is supported by a part of the tray member 12, has an engaging portion 14 that slides on a guide portion 13 provided in the storage case 11, and has a placement portion on which a beverage container or the like can be placed. 15 and a constant load spring 16 that spans between the storage case 11 and the holder member 15 and biases the tray member 12 in a direction protruding from the storage case 11. The main body 16a engages with the holder member, and the drawer end 16b engages with the storage case 11. The holder member 15 protrudes from the storage case 11 of the tray member 12. The free end portion 15a with the work is the configuration away from the tray member 12.
The storage case 11 has a substantially box shape having an opening 11a on the front surface, and a rack tooth portion 17 that meshes with the rotary damper 18 is formed continuously from the inner end toward the opening direction inside the ceiling portion. Further, on both side walls, long groove-shaped guide portions 13 are formed symmetrically, and guide rails 19 for guiding the tray member 12 are erected on the inner side. Further, in the vicinity of the opening end of the bottom wall, there are an engaging hole 21 for engaging the latch member 20 provided in the tray member 12 and an engaging hole 22 for engaging the drawing end portion 16b of the constant load spring 16. Is formed.
The guide part 13 is comprised from the horizontal part 13a of the back end side, and the displacement part 13b displaced to a height direction toward the storage case front surface opening side. The displacement part 13b curves upward in an arc shape, then curves in the opposite direction and moves to the horizontal groove 13c. By adjusting the shape of the displacement portion 13b, the protruding speed of the tray member 12 and the state of the terminal speed change can be controlled.
The tray member 12 has a substantially plate shape that can be inserted into and removed from the opening 11 a with respect to the storage case 11. The tray member 12 is provided at the front end of the cover member 23 and at the center of the lower end of the cover portion 23. A latch member 20 for releasing, left and right holding portions 24 for guiding a cup or the like provided substantially in the center, side edges 25 provided on both side walls and loosely fitted to the guide rails 19 of the storage case 11, The holder member 15 has a shaft hole 27 in which the rotary shaft 26 is loosely fitted and a long hole 28 in which the engaging portion 14 is loosely fitted.
Further, an anti-sway member 30 that is urged by a torsion spring 29 and abuts against a cup or the like to prevent the anti-swaying is pivotally supported around the periphery of the holding part 24.
The holder member 15 includes a free end portion (mounting portion) 15a that supports a cup or the like at a front end (free end), a holding portion 15b that holds a constant load spring body 16a at a central rear end, and shafts of the tray member 12 on both sides. A rotation shaft 26 that engages with the hole 27 and rotatably supports and an engagement portion 14 that is loosely fitted into the long hole 28 and restricts the rotation range of the holder member 15 are provided upright. In addition, a long groove 15c for supporting the winding shaft 16c of the constant load spring 16 is formed in the holding portion 15b. The holder member 15 supported by the tray member 12 so as to be semi-rotatable by the rotation shaft 26 includes the constant load spring 16 attached to the holding portion 15b and the unfolded drawer end portion 16b. By engaging with the stop hole 22, the storage case 11 receives the urging force in the protruding direction together with the tray member 12. Further, a buffer member 15 d is attached to the upper surface of the holder member 15 so as to reduce the impact when it comes into contact with the tray member 12.
The constant load spring 16 is a spring having a constant tensile force F, and for example, a conston spring can be used. The conston spring is not limited to a type in which the elastic member is wound around the drum, but may be a type without a drum and wound around the virtual central axis. Further, the winding shaft 16c of the constant load spring 16 and the rotation shaft 26 of the holder member 15 are disposed at a position where they do not coincide with each other. This is because if it is arranged coaxially, the rotational torque around the rotation shaft 26 is not generated, and the urging force and backlash torque in the protruding direction cannot be obtained with one constant load spring.
The rotating damper 18 meshes with the rack tooth portion 17 formed on the inner side of the ceiling portion of the storage case 11, and makes the protruding speed of the tray member 12 constant. This is because if the rotary damper 18 is not provided, the tray member 12 has a uniform acceleration motion.
The operation of the cup holder 10 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 is a side view showing a state in which the tray member is pulled out, and FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view thereof. When the tray member 12 protrudes by the urging force of the constant load spring 16, the holder member 15 also rotates about the rotation shaft 26, and the free end portion (mounting portion) 15a that supports the cup or the like is lowered. When the free end portion (mounting portion) 15a is lowered, the holding portion 15b for holding the constant load spring body 16a is raised, and the tensile force F of the constant load spring 16 is constant but the direction is constant as shown in FIG. The force that changes and protrudes the tray member 12 becomes a component force F1, and the component force F2 stops the rattle in a direction that raises the free end (mounting portion) 15a by using the holder member 15 around the rotation shaft 26 as a rotational moment. Acts as Therefore, the protruding output F1 of the tray member 12 and the rattling stop force F2 of the holder member 15 can be obtained with one spring member. Further, the buffer member 15d on the upper surface of the holder member also comes into contact with the tray member 12 and exhibits a backlash preventing effect.
The shape of the guide portion 13 is composed of a horizontal portion 13a on the back end side and a displacement portion 13b that is displaced in the height direction toward the front opening side of the storage case, and the displacement portion 13b is curved upward in an arc shape. After that, it curves in the opposite direction and transitions to the horizontal groove 13c. Therefore, by adjusting the shape of the displacement portion 13b, the component force F1 and the component force F2 shown in FIG. 7 are changed, and the protruding speed of the tray member 12 and the state of the terminal speed change can be controlled.
FIG. 6 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state in which the tray member 12 of the cup holder 10 of the present invention is accommodated. The engaging portion 14 of the holder member 15 is stored along the guide portion 13 to the back of the storage case 11. In addition, the free end portion (mounting portion) 15 a of the holder member 15 is raised, and the latch member 20 provided at the center of the lower end of the cover portion 23 of the tray member 12 is engaged with the engagement hole 21 of the storage case 11. Match. By releasing the engagement of the latch member 20, the tray member 12 automatically protrudes by the biasing force.

Also in the present embodiment configured as described above, in the state where the tray member 34 is housed as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the holder member 37 is lowered, and the lower end of the cover portion 40 of the tray member 34. The latch member 39 provided at the center is engaged with the engagement hole 21 of the storage case 32. By releasing the engagement of the latch member 39, the tray member 34 automatically protrudes forward.
When the tray member 34 protrudes by the urging force of the constant load spring 38, the holder member 37 also rises substantially parallel to the tray member 34. When the holder member 37 is raised, the tensile force F of the constant load spring 38 is constant as shown in FIG. 11, but the force that protrudes the tray member 34 becomes the component force F1, and the component force F2 causes the holder member 37 to move. Acts as a backlash in the downward direction. Therefore, it is possible to obtain the projecting output of the tray member 34 and the rattling force of the holder member 37 with a single spring member.
The shapes of the guide portions 35-1 and 35-2 are constituted by horizontal portions 35-1a and 35-2a on the back end side and a displacement portion 35b that is displaced in the height direction toward the front opening side of the storage case. The displacement portions 35-1b and 35-2b are curved upward in an arc shape. Therefore, by adjusting the shapes of the displacement portions 35-1b and 35-2b, the component force F1 and the component force F2 change, and the terminal protrusion speed of the tray member 34 and the pop-up speed of the holder member 37 can be controlled. In addition, the engaging portions 36-1 and 36-2 of the holder member 37 are loosely fitted in the long grooves 43 and 44 of the tray member 34 in addition to the guide portions 35-1 and 35-2, and the curved portions 43b and 44b. The backlash can be stopped by engaging with.
FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing a third embodiment of the cup holder of the present invention, FIG. 16 is a perspective view of the cup holder of the present invention viewed from the bottom, and FIG. 17 is an exploded perspective view thereof. Here, the cup holder 50 is fixed to the vehicle interior member, a storage case 51 whose front surface is open, a tray member 52 that protrudes from the opening of the storage case and is storable, and a part of the tray member. The holder base 54 is supported by the holder base 54, and is supported by the holder base 54 from below, and is attached to the bent long hole 65 formed at the back end of the tray member 52 at the base end 53b to mount a beverage container or the like. It is spanned between a holder member 53 having a mountable portion 53 a and a holder base 54 attached to the storage case 51 and the tray member 52, so that the tray member 52 protrudes from the storage case 51. The constant load spring 55 is urged, and the main body of the constant load spring 55 is placed on the holder base 54, and the drawer end 55b is placed on the locking portion 57 of the storage case 51. While if the holder member 53, the tray free end with the projecting operation of the storage case 51 of the member 52 (mounting portion) 53a is configured away from the tray member.
The storage case 51 has a substantially box shape with an opening on the front surface, and a rack tooth portion 62 that meshes with the rotary damper 18 is continuously formed from the inner end toward the opening direction inside the ceiling portion. In addition, on both side walls, protrusions 56 are formed linearly and continuously. Further, a locking portion 57 for locking the drawer end portion 55b of the constant load spring 55 is formed in the vicinity of the opening end of the bottom wall. Further, as shown in FIGS. 19 and 20, a guide portion 63 on which the holder base 54 is placed and guided is disposed at the center inside the bottom of the storage case 51. The guide portion 63 is provided on the inner side of the bottom surface of the storage case 51, and a ridge portion 63b extending in the horizontal direction toward the front opening side of the storage case 51, and an inclined portion 63a in the vicinity of the outlet connected to the ridge portion 63b. When the tray member 52 is moved, the rib 54b that is an engaging portion of the holder base portion 54 slides on the guide portion 63.
The tray member 52 has a substantially plate shape that can be inserted into and removed from the storage case 51 through an opening, a cover portion 58 provided at the front end, left and right holding recesses 59 that hold a cup or the like provided at the substantially center, and both sides. The groove 60 is provided at the lower end of the wall and is loosely fitted to the protrusion 56 of the storage case 51. The tray member 52 is biased by a spring 64 so that the guide arm 61 supports the holding recess 59 from the outer periphery.
The holder member 53 has a placement portion 53a on which a beverage container or the like can be placed at the tip, and is supported by a bent long hole 65 at the back end of the tray member 52 at the base end 53b. The tray member 52 is disposed so as to be positioned in the holding recess 59.
The holder base 54 is locked to the bottom surface of the tray member 52 by a shaft 54a in a slot 66 of the tray member 52, and is attached to a shaft hole formed in the tray member by a shaft 54c so as to be swingable. . A main body of a constant load spring 55 is attached between the shafts 54c of the holder base 54, and a rib 54b that slides on the guide portion 63 is erected on the lower surface.
In the cup holder 50 configured as described above, when the tray member 52 protrudes along the protrusion 56 and the concave groove 60 by the biasing force of the constant load spring 55, the tip (free end) of the holder member 53 is lowered. A placement portion is formed on the cup or the like away from the tray member 52. At this time, the protrusion 56 and the recessed groove 60 fitted to each other serve as a guide rail and can stabilize the protruding operation of the tray member 52.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 20, in this embodiment, the tensile force F of the constant load spring 55 is constant, but the guide portion 63 is inclined downward by an inclined portion 63a in the vicinity of the opening. Therefore, the force that changes the pulling direction and protrudes the tray member 52 becomes the component force F1, and the terminal protrusion speed can be moderated.
Further, the component force F2 acts as a backlash force in the direction in which the holder member 53 is lowered. Therefore, the adjustment of the projecting output of the tray member 52 and the backlash stopping force of the holder member 53 can be obtained with one spring member.
Further, when the tray member 52 is pushed into the storage case 51, the holder member 53 is automatically folded and stored.
