Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-16999

In the ladder having the structure described in Patent Document 1, in order to change the position of the hook, at least two screws are loosened and removed from one bracket with a hook, and the screw is changed again at the changed position. It takes a lot of time to change the position of the screw, and the screw hole cannot be provided at a very close position. There is a problem that it cannot be adjusted.

In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a ladder that can easily and easily change the mounting position of the bracket with a hook and can also finely adjust the mounting position.

Means for solving the above problems will be described with reference numerals of the embodiments described later. The invention according to claim 1 is that the pair of left and right columns 1, 1 and the columns 1, 1 are spaced at a predetermined interval. In a ladder consisting of a multi-stage treadle 2 ...
A rack 3 having a required length in which rack teeth 3a are formed in the column length direction is provided on the upper end side of each of the left and right columns 1, 1 and has meshing teeth 4o that are detachably engaged with the rack teeth 3a of the rack 3. In addition, the slide bracket 4 with the hook 5 to which the hook 5 to be hooked on the latching portion 10 on the structure side where the ladder H is used is attached, and the meshing tooth 4o of the bracket 4 meshes with the rack tooth 3a of the rack 3. It is fixed to each support column 1 by a fixing means 6 at a required position ,
The fixing means 6 is integrally movable in the vertical direction with respect to the slide bracket 4 while being supported in a guide groove 11 provided on the column 1 side so as to be slidable in the column longitudinal direction, and in the direction facing the rack 3. A relatively movable nut-like member 12 and a fixing bolt 13 screwed into the nut-like member 12 from the bolt insertion hole 24 of the slide bracket 4, and by tightening the bolt 13, the slide bracket 4 is attached to the rack 3. It is pressed against the opposite side and fixed in a state where the meshing teeth 4o are meshed with the rack teeth 3a, and the bolts 13 are loosened so that the slide bracket 4 can be moved away from the rack 3 and slides along the support column 1. It is possible to make it possible.

Claim 2 is the ladder according to claim 1 , wherein the upper surface 2a of each foot rod 2 is formed to have a downward slope from the middle of the front end portion to the rear end portion when the ladder is used in an inclined posture. It is characterized by being made.

The effect of the invention by the above-described solution means will be described with reference numerals of embodiments to be described later. According to the invention according to claim 1, the rack in the column length direction is provided on the upper end side of each of the left and right columns 1, 1. Hook which is provided with a rack 3 having teeth 3a and has engaging teeth 4o which are detachably engaged with the rack teeth 3a of the rack 3 and which is engaged with the engaging portion 10 on the structure side where the ladder H is used. Since the slide bracket 4 with the hook 5 to which the hook 5 is attached is fixed to each column 1 by the fixing means 6 at a required position where the meshing tooth 4o of the bracket 4 meshes with the rack tooth 3a of the rack 3, When setting or changing the mounting position, the fixing by the fixing means 6 is released, the slide bracket 4 is slid along the support column 1, and fixed at the desired position by the fixing means 6, so that the hook 5 is attached. Set the location easily easily, it is possible to change the adjustment, can be done wiggling set by meshing relationship meshing teeth 4o for rack teeth 3a, it is possible to perform fine adjustment of the mounting position.

Further , according to the fixing means 6 of the present invention, when setting or changing the mounting position of the hook 5, the fixing bolt 13 is loosened and the slide bracket 4 is appropriately slid, and then the bolt 13 is tightened. Therefore, the setting and changing adjustment work of the mounting position can be performed easily and quickly.

According to the ladder of the invention according to claim 2 , the upper surface 2a of each foot rod 2 is formed to have a downward slope from the middle of the front end portion to the rear end portion when the ladder is used in an inclined posture. Therefore, when climbing the ladder H, the tip of the foot of the worker who steps on the foot rod 2 is lowered and the center of gravity is applied to the tip of the foot. The posture is stable and you can get off safely.

また図5の(a) は梯子の一部拡大側面図、(b) は(a) のX−X線断面図であり、図6の(a) は図5の(a) のY−Y線断面図である。   A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the ladder H includes a pair of left and right columns 1, 1 and a plurality of step rods 2, 2 that are horizontally connected between the columns 1, 1 at predetermined intervals. Has been. As shown in FIG. 3 (b), each support column 1 is made of an aluminum extrusion mold material having a substantially U-shaped cross section with a side wall portion 1a and hollow front and rear frame portions 1b and 1c. The front and rear frame portions 1b and 1b are arranged so as to protrude outward. Each treadle 2 is made of an extruded aluminum material having a hollow cross section as shown in FIG. 4, and the top surface 2a of each treadle 2 is used when the ladder is used in an inclined posture as shown in FIG. 4 (b). It is formed to have a downward slope from the middle of the front end portion of the spade 2 to the rear end portion.

A rack 3 having a required length in which rack teeth 3 a are formed in the column length direction is provided on the upper end side of each of the left and right columns 1, and has meshing teeth 4 o that are detachably engaged with the rack teeth 3 a of the rack 3. In addition, the slide bracket 4 with the hook 5 to which the hook 5 to be hooked on the latch bar 10 (latching portion) on the loft L (structure) side where the ladder H is used is the meshing tooth 4o of the slide bracket 4. Is fixed to the support column 1 by the fixing means 6 at a required position meshed with the rack teeth 3a of the rack 3. The latching bar 10 is supported by a pair of arms 10a on both sides protruding from the outer surface of the loft L.

The structure of the rack 3 and the like provided at the upper ends of the left and right columns 1 will be described in more detail. As shown in FIGS. A slide guide member 7 having a substantially U-shaped cross section composed of a bottom wall portion 7b on both side wall portions 7a, 7a at a position close to the rear frame portion 1c on the outer surface side of 1a The side wall portions 7a and 7a of the substantially U-shaped slide guide member 7 are fixed by rivets 21, and rack fitting insertion grooves 8 and 8 are formed on the side close to the bottom wall portion 7b. 8 and 8 are inserted into both ends of the rack 3, and the rack 3 is held and fixed by stoppers 9 and 9 having an L-shaped cross section that are fixed to the upper and lower ends of the slide guide member 7 with screws or rivets 22. ing. 5 (a) and FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (c), only the lower stopper 9 is shown, and the upper stopper 9 is not shown.

Each stopper 9 is composed of a vertical piece 9a for mounting and a horizontal piece 9b that holds and fixes the upper and lower positions of the rack 3 and prevents the slide bracket 4 from coming out. The vertical piece 9 a is attached to the slide guide member 7 with screws or rivets 22.

As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), the hook 5 which is hooked to the hook 10 (hanging portion) on the loft L (structure) side has a mounting piece 5a on the base end side. The slide bracket 4 is attached to the attachment piece 5 a with screws or rivets 23. Further, guide grooves 11 and 11 are formed in the side walls 7a and 7a of the substantially U-shaped slide guide member 7 on the side close to the opening, and the guide grooves 11 and 11 have a screw hole 12a in the center. Both ends of a rectangular plate-shaped nut-like member 12 are slidably supported. The nut-like member 12 can move integrally with the slide bracket 4 in the vertical direction, and the rack teeth 3a of the rack 3 The fixing bolt 13 is attached to the slide bracket 4 so as to be relatively movable in the opposite direction, and the fixing bolt 13 is inserted into the screw hole 12a of the nut-like member 12 from the mounting piece 5a of the hook 5 and the bolt insertion hole 24 of the slide bracket 4. Screwed.

In FIG. 5B, reference numeral 25 denotes a screw that is screwed into the screw hole 26 (see FIG. 4) of the foot rod 2 from the side of the column 1 to fix the foot rod 2 to the column 1.

The slide bracket 4 includes a support wall portion 4a that abuts on the mounting piece 5a of the hook 5, hollow projecting step portions 4b and 4b projecting from both upper and lower ends on the back surface side of the support wall portion 4a, and both hollow projections. It comprises a concave step portion 4c formed between the step portions 4b and 4b, and meshing teeth 4o are formed on the front end face sides of the upper and lower hollow convex step portions 4b and 4b. Further, since the nut-like member 12 is disposed in the concave step portion 4c of the slide bracket 4, the nut-like member 12 can be moved integrally with the slide bracket 4 in the vertical direction, Relative movement is possible in the opposite direction.

FIG. 6 (a) shows a state in which, by tightening the fixing bolt 13, the engaging teeth 4a are engaged with the rack 3 while pressing the slide bracket 4 to the side facing the rack 3, and the slide bracket 4 is engaged with the nut-like member. The state fixed to the slide guide member 7 via 12 is shown. When the fixing bolt 13 is loosened from the state shown in FIG. 6A, the nut 13 remains supported by the guide grooves 11 and 11 as shown in FIG. 6 is pulled out to the near side, and if the slide bracket 4 is pulled in the near side direction indicated by an arrow in this state, the meshing teeth 4o of the slide bracket 4 are moved to the rack teeth of the rack 3 as shown in FIG. Leave 3a.

As shown in FIG. 6C, in a state where the meshing teeth 4o of the slide bracket 4 are detached from the rack teeth 3a of the rack 3, the slide bracket 4 can freely move in the vertical direction along the slide guide member 7. Thus, together with the nut-like member 12 engaged and supported in the guide groove 11, it can slide freely in the vertical direction, and the attachment position of the hook 5 can be adjusted as desired. Therefore, after the mounting position of the hook 5 is set as desired, when the fixing bolt 13 is tightened, the slide bracket 4 is pressed to the side facing the rack 3, and the meshing teeth 4 a are meshed with the rack 3. The attached slide bracket 4 is fixed to the column 1.

When the slide bracket 4 is slid in the vertical direction, since the L-shaped stoppers 9 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the slide guide member 7, there is no possibility that the slide bracket 4 is accidentally pulled out of the slide guide member 7.

When using the ladder H configured as described above, prior to its use, the height of the latch bar 10 provided in the loft L using the ladder H and the inclination angle θ of the ladder H used (see FIG. 2 (see (b)), the mounting position of the slide bracket 4 with the hook 5 is set as desired. As described above, the mounting position can be set simply by loosening the fixing bolt 13 and sliding the slide bracket 4 appropriately and then tightening the bolt 13. The setting can be made little by little according to the meshing relationship of the meshing teeth 4o, and the fine adjustment of the mounting position can be easily performed.

As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the slide bracket 4 with hooks 5 is attached to the upper and lower two places on the upper end side of each of the left and right columns 1, and the slide bracket 4 with hooks 5 on the upper side. Is attached so that the hook 5 can be hooked to the hook bar 10 of the loft L in a predetermined tilting posture (tilt angle θ is 70 °, for example) as shown in FIG. The slide bracket 4 with the hook 5 on the lower side is attached so that the hook 5 can be hooked on the hook bar 10 of the loft L in a vertical posture when not in use, as shown in FIG.

If the slide brackets 4 with hooks 5 are respectively attached to the upper and lower two positions on the upper end side of each of the left and right columns 1 as described above, the slide brackets 4 with hooks 5 are slide brackets each time when the ladder is used and when not used. There is no need to change the mounting position.

When the ladder H is used in an inclined posture as shown in FIGS. 2 (b) and 4 (b), the upper surface 2a of each treadle 2 is arranged from the middle of the front end of the treadle 2 to the rear end. Since it is formed so as to have a downward slope over the part, when climbing the ladder H, the tip side of the foot that steps on the treadle 2 is lowered and the center of gravity is applied to the tip of the foot, and when climbing the ladder H Since the heel portion of the foot that steps on the treadle 2 is lowered, the posture can be stably and safely lowered.
