Claims (11)
- 太陽電池素子と、
前記太陽電池素子に接続された一対の電極と、
親水性光触媒を表面に有する透光性支持体、及び、該透光性支持体の該表面に接して支持される第1の透光性液体を含んでおり、前記太陽電池素子に対向して配置される可変集光装置と、
を含み、
前記親水性光触媒は、N、S、若しくはCがドープされた又はドープされていないTiO2、BaTiO3、SrTiO3、BaZrO3、SrZrO3、又は、Ge3N4であり、かつ、所定の波長を有する光が照射されたときに該光が照射されないときに比して親水性が高まるものであり、
前記第1の透光性液体は、水又は水溶液であり、かつ、前記親水性光触媒に前記光が所定の光束密度以上で照射されたときに集光レンズを形成しない一方、前記親水性光触媒に前記光が所定の光束密度未満で照射されたときに集光レンズを形成する、
太陽電池装置。 - 親水性光触媒を表面に有する透光性支持体と、
前記透光性支持体の前記表面に接して支持される第1の透光性液体と、
を備え、
前記親水性光触媒は、所定の波長を有する光が照射されたときに該光が照射されないときに比して親水性が高まるものであり、
前記第1の透光性液体は、前記親水性光触媒に前記光が所定の光束密度以上で照射されたときに集光レンズを形成しない一方、前記親水性光触媒に前記光が所定の光束密度未満で照射されたときに集光レンズを形成するものである、
可変集光装置。 - 前記透光性支持体を含むセルを備える、
請求項2記載の可変集光装置。 - 前記第1の透光性液体が、水又は水溶液である、
請求項2記載の可変集光装置。 - 前記第1の透光性液体よりも比重が軽く、かつ、該第1の透光性液体に対する非親和性を有しており、前記第1の透光性液体と接する第2の透光性液体を備える、
請求項2記載の可変集光装置。 - 前記第2の透光性液体が、油又は非極性溶媒である、
請求項5記載の可変集光装置。 - 前記光が、紫外領域の波長を有しており、
前記親水性光触媒が、紫外光応答型のものである、
請求項2記載の可変集光装置。 - 前記光が、可視領域の波長を有しており、
前記親水性光触媒が、可視光応答型のものである、
請求項2記載の可変集光装置。 - 前記親水性光触媒が、N、S、若しくはCがドープされた又はドープされていないTiO2、BaTiO3、SrTiO3、BaZrO3、SrZrO3、又は、Ge3N4である、
請求項2記載の可変集光装置。 - 太陽電池素子と、
前記太陽電池素子に接続された一対の電極と、
親水性光触媒を表面に有する支持体、及び、該支持体の該表面に接して支持される第1の透光性液体を含み、前記親水性光触媒は、所定の波長を有する光が照射されたときに該光が照射されないときに比して親水性が高まるものであり、前記第1の透光性液体は、前記親水性光触媒に前記光が所定の光束密度以上で照射されたときに集光レンズを形成しない一方、前記親水性光触媒に前記光が所定の光束密度未満で照射されたときに集光レンズを形成するものであり、かつ、前記太陽電池素子に対向して配置される可変集光装置と、
を含む太陽電池装置。 - 親水性光触媒を表面に有する透光性支持体と、前記透光性支持体の前記表面に接して支持される第1の透光性液体とを用いて光を集束させる方法であって、
前記親水性光触媒は、所定の波長を有する光が照射されたときに該光が照射されないときに比して親水性が高まるものであり、
前記第1の透光性液体は、前記親水性光触媒に前記光が所定の光束密度以上で照射されたときに集光レンズを形成しない一方、前記親水性光触媒に前記光が所定の光束密度未満で照射されたときに集光レンズを形成するものである、
