Description
Claims (14)
- 電気リードであって、
基端を有する細長い本体と、
前記電気リードの空間形態の変化を分析することができる検出ユニットとを備え、
前記電気リードの形状は、心臓の律動が動くのに伴い、心臓の尖頭弁と頂点との間の距離の変化、及び、心臓の僧帽弁と頂点との間の距離の変化にそれぞれ相応して変化し、
前記検出ユニットが、
前記細長い本体の末端部分に近接して配置され、且つ、当該末端部分に接続された第一の超音波要素と、
前記細長い本体に接続され、且つ、前記第一の超音波要素と当該細長い本体の基端部分との中間に配置された第二の超音波要素と、
前記第一の超音波要素及び前記第二の超音波要素の各々から前記電気リードの基端に向けて伸びる複数の導体とを備える、電気リード。 - 請求項1に記載の電気リードであって、心臓内に配置可能である、電気リード。
- 請求項1に記載の電気リードであって、冠状静脈内に配置可能である、電気リード。
- 請求項1に記載の電気リードであって、
前記第一の超音波要素は、超音波エネルギを送出することができ、
前記第二の超音波要素は、前記第一の超音波要素により送出された超音波エネルギの少なくとも一部分を受け取ることができる、電気リード。 - 請求項1に記載の電気リードであって、
前記第二の超音波要素は、超音波エネルギを送出することができ、
前記第一の超音波要素は、前記第二の超音波要素により送出された超音波エネルギの少なくとも一部分を受け取ることができる、電気リード。 - 請求項1に記載の電気リードであって、
前記第一の超音波要素は、心尖に近接して心臓内に配置することができ、
前記第二の超音波要素は、心臓の尖頭弁に近接して心臓内に配置することができる、電気リード。 - 請求項1に記載の電気リードであって、
前記第一の超音波要素は、心尖に近接して冠状静脈内に配置することができ、
前記第二の超音波要素は、心臓の僧帽弁に近接して冠状静脈内に配置することができる、電気リード。 - 医療装置であって、
制御ユニットと、
該制御ユニットに結合された基端を有する細長い本体と、
電気リードの空間的形態の変化を解析することができる検出ユニットとを備え、
前記電気リードの形状は、心臓の律動が動くのに伴い、心臓の尖頭弁と頂点との間の距離の変化、及び、心臓の僧帽弁と頂点との間の距離の変化にそれぞれ相応して変化し、
前記検出ユニットが、
前記細長い本体の末端部分に隣接して配置され、且つ、当該末端部分に接続された第一の超音波要素と、
前記細長い本体に接続され、且つ、前記第一の超音波要素と当該細長い本体の基端部分との中間に配置された第二の超音波要素と、
前記第一の超音波要素及び前記第二の超音波要素の各々から伸び、且つ、前記制御ユニットと電気的に結合された複数の導体とを備える、医療装置。 - 請求項8に記載の医療装置であって、電気リードが心臓内に配置可能である、医療装置。
- 請求項8に記載の医療装置であって、電気リードが冠状静脈内に配置可能である、医療装置。
- 請求項8に記載の医療装置であって、
前記第一の超音波要素は、超音波エネルギを送出することができ、
前記第二の超音波要素は、前記第一の超音波要素により送出された超音波エネルギの少なくとも一部分を受け取ることのできる、
