Description

The present invention belongs to the technical field of a method for producing a film-formed molded body used for a vehicle casing or emblem.

In general, among these types of film-formed molded bodies, for example, parts such as emblems for vehicles are coated with a material having an effect such as a coloring effect or a reflection effect on the surface of the member to improve design. As this manufacturing method, for example, there is a method in which the surface of a member is formed by coating with a decorative chrome plating film (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Nowadays, hexavalent chromium used for plating is a substance harmful to the human body, and since it causes pollution problems due to environmental pollution, it is subject to regulation and dechromation is required.
As an improvement measure, there is one in which a film is formed on a substrate surface by a film forming apparatus such as vacuum deposition or sputtering, and the surface of the film is covered with a resin material (for example, refer to Patent Document 2). .
However, in such a case, after the injection-molded base material is taken out from the injection molding apparatus, it is set in a vacuum vapor deposition apparatus to form a film, and then the film-formed base material is taken out from the vacuum vapor deposition apparatus and then injected. The number of processes is increased because it is set on the molding machine and injection molding of the resin material on the film forming surface is troublesome, and the work efficiency is not only poor, but also the removal process, the setting process, and the transport process from the equipment to the equipment. At this time, the film-forming surface, as well as the film-forming surface, may be scratched, dusty, or touched and the oil may adhere to it. There is a problem that non-defective products are generated and the yield is poor.
Therefore, a film forming apparatus is provided on one of the first mold and the second mold on which the mold surface for molding the molded body is formed, for example, the second mold, and the mold is removed with the molded body remaining. The first mold was slid in parallel so that the molded body faced the film forming apparatus, and after that, the mold was formed by matching both molds. Molding and film formation can be performed in a series of steps, and workability and yield can be improved (for example, Patent Document 3).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-147069 JP-A-6-169191 WO2004 / 101253A1

By the way, in the case where a film-formed molded body is manufactured in a series of steps by moving the mold, there is a step of injection-molding the molded body before the film-forming step. In this injection molding step, the resin is put into the mold. When the position of the valve (nozzle) for injection or the runner position leading from the valve into the mold is the film formation site, the last resin material injected with the valve gate pin protruding to stop the resin supply at that position As a result, a ring-shaped pattern is formed on the resin surface at the valve position or a concave shape is formed. Then, there is a problem that the film formation itself becomes different from other parts and becomes unnatural, and there is a problem that the present invention does not solve.

The present invention has been created in view of the above-described circumstances for the purpose of solving these problems, and the invention of claim 1 is a mold surface for injection molding the first and second molded bodies. A film forming apparatus for forming a film on the first molded body, and an injection apparatus for performing injection molding of each of the first and second molded bodies and injection molding for integrating the first and second molded bodies. In producing a film-formed molded body with the provided film-forming apparatus, a primary injection process for injection molding the first and second molded bodies, a film-forming process for forming a film on the first molded body, the first molded body and the first molded body The secondary injection step of joining the two molded bodies and injecting a resin material to the abutting part to integrate the molded bodies is performed sequentially, and the injection device molds the first molded body in the primary injection step. the runner position which emits wood into the mold, at a site which is not formed in the deposition step,且, The secondary injection step and the first molded body and the second mold component is set to a site abutting cormorants butt, and is covered with a resin material is injected in the secondary injection step the runner traces generated in the primary injection step This is a method for producing a film-formed molded article .

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the position where the resin material is injected into the mold for molding the molded body to be film-formed becomes a position that avoids the film-forming part, and the film formation is not disturbed. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a good film-formed molded body . Further, the position before avoiding the KiNarumaku site position is not hidden by a resin material that is the secondary injection results in that further excellent in terms of design.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a vehicle housing (here, a side blinker) which is an example of a film-formed molded body, and the housing 1 includes a bulb (bulb) 2 and a housing 3 into which a terminal 2a is incorporated, Although it is configured by integrating the lens portion 4 through which light is transmitted, a reflective surface 3a formed by film formation is formed on the bag body 3, and an outline of the manufacturing apparatus will be briefly described first.

The manufacturing apparatus includes a movable mold 5 and a fixed mold 6 so that the movable mold 5 can move in a separating direction between the molds and can be translated in a direction along the opposing mold surface. It has become. Both molds 5 and 6 are provided with mold surfaces 5a, 6a and 5b and 6b for molding the bag body 3 and the lens part 4, while the fixed mold 6 is formed by vacuum deposition or the like. A film forming apparatus 7 for forming a film is formed in a concave groove shape. Needless to say, the film forming apparatus 7 may employ various film forming apparatuses such as a vacuum vapor deposition apparatus and a sputtering apparatus.

The casing 1 is mold-matched with the corresponding mold faces 5a, 6a and 5b, 6b facing each other, and primary injection molding is performed in which the collar body 3 and the lens portion 4 are molded in the mold-matching state. (See FIG. 2A). Next, the mold whose body 3 is opposed to the film forming apparatus 7 by moving the mold 5 away from the mold 5, moving in parallel, and moving the mold (the valve 2 is assembled before the mold is moved). Matching is performed, and a reflection surface 3a is formed on the mold release surface (inner surface of the housing) of the bag body 3 (see FIG. 2B). After that, the main body 3 and the lens are moved by moving the movable mold 5 away from the mold, moving in parallel, and moving the mold (removing the masking material and incorporating necessary parts such as the valve 2 and the terminal before the mold moving). The mold 4 is matched with each other, the resin material 8 is secondarily injected into the abutting portion, and the collar body 3 and the lens section 4 are integrated (see FIG. 2C). The body 1 can be molded.

In the above-described injection molding of the bag main body 3, the runner position 9a guided from the tip of the injection valve 9 for injecting the resin material into the mold (inside the mold surrounded by the mold surfaces 5a and 6a) the avoiding position, in this embodiment, is set to a section position hidden by the resin material 8 secondary injection.

In the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, when forming the casing 1 in a series of processes using a film forming apparatus, the film body 3 to be formed is made of resin material in the primary injection process. As a result that the position injected into the mold (part surrounded by the mold surfaces 5a and 6a) is a position that avoids the film formation part, the film formation surface is not disturbed. An excellent and excellent housing 1 can be formed, and reflection is not disturbed.

In addition, in this case, the position avoiding the film formation part is set to a part that is covered and hidden by the resin material 8 injected in the secondary injection process, so that it is not visible from the outside. Will be even better.

Of course , the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and the film-formed molded body formed by carrying out the present invention is a small-sized vehicle such as a side turn lamp for a vehicle. It can be used to make large-sized products such as back lamps and front lamps, but as such film-forming molded products, emblems, colored lenses, license plate frames, corrosion-resistant film products, cosmetic cases, grills, magnetic And electromagnetic shielding products, mirrors, garnishes, optical lenses, vehicle inner mirrors, moldings, wear-resistant products, wheel caps, indoor lighting equipment (including chandeliers), reflectors, door knobs, and the like.
