Description
式中、ωp0は固体内部のキャリア密度Nや有効質量m*で定まるプラズマ周波数,α及びβは定数を示す〔H.Raether, "Excitation of plasmons and Interband Transitions by Electrons", Vol.88 of Springer Tracts in Modern Physics (Springer, Berlin, 1980)及びSurface Science Reports 22 (1995) pp.1-71〕。
【0009】
Rev. Lett. 18, p546-548 (1967))。
【0011】
【0012】
Rev. B, p.1936-1946 (1996))。
【0013】
