Claims (16)
- 第1の通信装置から受信した信号を検査し、前記信号の質の第1の指示を提供し、
外部ループパワー制御により、前記信号の質の第1の指示に基づいて、前記信号の質の第2の指示を提供し、前記信号の質の第1および第2の指示に基づいてリンクアダプテーションを行なうか否かを決定する方法。 - 前記信号の質の第1の指示が、所定時間期間の間集められた、信号対混信比評価、肯定応答/否定応答信号、フレーム誤り率またはブロック誤り率、あるいは相当する統計量のいずれかである請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記信号の質の第2の指示が、信号対混信比目標値または変更された信号対混信比目標値のいずれかである請求項1記載の方法。
- 前もって定義した最大または最小の信号対混信比目標の、ある前もって定義したマージン内にある値に信号対混信比目標が変更されることになるかどうかに基づいて、リンクアダプテーションを行なうことを決定する請求項3記載の方法。
- 一連の信号対混信比目標変更コマンドが記録され、さらに、所定回数の連続する信号対混信比目標変更コマンドがすべて信号対混信比目標を増加するか減少するかに基づいて、リンクアダプテーションを行なうことを決定する請求項3記載の方法。
- 一連の前記信号対混信比目標変更コマンドが記録され、さらに、所定回数の連続する信号対混信比目標変更コマンドのうち所定の留分が信号対混信比目標を増加するか減少するかに基づいて、リンクアダプテーションを行なうことを決定する請求項3記載の方法。
- 移動局と基地局からなるグループから前記第1の通信装置が選択される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記信号の質の第1の指示が、前記リンクアダプテーション決定がそのために下される信号に関連しているが異なる信号である請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1の通信装置から受信した信号を検査し、信号の質の第1の指示を提供する手段と、
外部ループパワー制御により、前記信号の質の第1の指示に基づいて、前記信号の質の第2の指示を提供する手段、および
前記信号の質の第1および第2の指示に基づいてリンクアダプテーションを行なうか否かを決定する手段
とを備える装置。 - 前記信号の質の第1の指示が、所定時間期間の間集められた、信号対混信比評価、肯定応答/否定応答信号、フレーム誤り率またはブロック誤り率、あるいは相当する統計量のいずれかである請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記信号の質の第2の指示が、信号対混信比目標値、変更された信号対混信比目標値、肯定応答/否定応答信号、あるいは一連の連続する肯定応答/否定応答信号に由来した信号のいずれかである請求項9記載の装置。
- 前もって定義した最大または最小の信号対混信比目標の、ある前もって定義したマージン内にある値に信号対混信比目標が変更されることになるかどうかに基づいて、リンクアダプテーションを行なうこと決定する請求項11記載の装置。
- 一連の信号対混信比目標変更コマンドが記録され、さらに、所定回数の連続する信号対混信比目標変更コマンドがすべて信号対混信比目標を増加するか減少するかに基づいて、リンクアダプテーションを行なうことを決定する請求項11記載の装置。
- 一連の前記信号対混信比目標変更コマンドが記録され、さらに、所定回数の連続する信号対混信比目標変更コマンドのうち所定の留分が信号対混信比目標を増加するか減少するかに基づいて、リンクアダプテーションを行なうことを決定する請求項11記載の装置。
- 移動局と基地局からなるグループから前記第1の通信装置が選択される請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記信号の質の第1の指示が、前記リンクアダプテーション決定がそのために下される信号に関連してはいるが異なる信号である請求項9記載の装置。
