この発明は、空気清浄フィルタ−及び空気清浄フィルタ−を用いた空調冷凍装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種の空調冷凍装置である空気調和機の空気清浄フィルタ−としては、特開平6−226024号公報に記載された技術がある。
図5は、前記公報に記載された空気清浄フィルタ−を示す斜視図である。
図において、1は、空気清浄フィルタ−であり、また、2は、平板状の単位フィルタ−部材であり、綿埃などを除去する濾過機能及び、折れ曲がる時にヒンジ部として機能する必要から、ポリエチレンやナイロンなどの一般的な樹脂材料によるネット材を使用する。そして、前記単位フィルタ−部材2は後述する枠体片6により濾過体3の両側辺が保持されており、各単位フィルタ−部材2は、濾過体3のみにより形成され、両側辺が枠体片6に保持されないヒンジ部4により折り曲げ自在に連結されている。

枠体片6は、ポリエチレンなどの樹脂によって濾過体3と一体にモ−ルド成形される。そして、枠体片6には、平枠7および取手8が設けられている。枠体片6は、空気調和機10の嵌合溝11に嵌合する形状を有し、単位フィルタ−部材2のヒンジ部4、4間の間隔よりも若干短い長さに形成され、左右対称な位置に複数個配置される。そして、嵌合溝11への挿嵌時に挿嵌しやすいように、また、折り曲げ時に角部分が突き当たらないように枠体片6の両端部に面取り部9を設ける。
平枠7は、空気清浄フィルタ−1の上下に一対設けられて、上下の枠組みを形成し、左右の枠体片6と一体に形成される。取手8は、下側の平枠7に設けられ、空気清浄フィルタ−1の空気調和機10への着脱時に手を掛けて、空気清浄フィルタ−1を操作する時に用いる。

次に、空気清浄フィルタ−1の着脱方法について以下に説明する。
図5に示すように、空気清浄フィルタ−1の取付け時には、空気調和機10の空気吸入口13の下側から空気清浄フィルタ−1を湾曲させながら、先端の平枠7を脱着口12に差し込む。そして、左右の枠体6を脱着口12の両端の嵌合溝11に嵌合する。残りの枠体片6も同様にヒンジ部4を垂直に戻しながら順次空気調和機10の嵌合溝11に差し込んでいく。そして、最後の枠体片6がはまり込むまで取手8を操作して押し込んでいく。

また、取手8は、空気調和機10の脱着口12の下側に飛び出させて、取り出し時に掴み易いようにしておく。空気清浄フィルタ−1を取り外す場合は、脱着口12の下側に飛び出た取手8を掴んで引っ張り、空気調和機10の嵌合溝11から枠体片6を順次抜き取る。そして、ヒンジ部4を真っ直ぐに戻しながら空気清浄フィルタ−1を空気調和機10の下側から取り出す。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように従来の空気調和機10の空気清浄フィルタ−1は、両側辺の枠体片6を嵌合溝11に挿入することにより、空気清浄フィルタ−1を空気調和機10に取り付けるものであるが、枠体片6は、挿入方向に相当の長さを有するため、嵌合溝11が湾曲している場合、着脱がスム−ズにいかないという問題があった。
また、空気清浄フィルタ−1を空気調和機10に取り付ける際、両側辺の枠体片6を嵌合溝11に挿入するとともに、濾過体3等を、嵌合溝11に連続して形成した同じ開口幅の脱着口12に差し込んでいく。従って、濾過体等の厚さを枠体片6の厚さより大きくすることができない。そこで、濾過体の空気清浄機能のアップのために厚くすることができないという問題が生じた。

本発明は、前記のような問題点を解消するためになされたものであり、湾曲形状をはじめ自由な形状の案内溝にスム−ズに着脱可能な空気清浄フィルタ−を得ることを目的とする。
また、濾過体の厚さを自由に厚くでき、性能アップの可能な空気清浄フィルタ−を得ることを目的とする。
また、空気調和機の運転時に、振動によるビビリ音の発生のない空気清浄フィルタ−を得ることを目的とする。
また、着脱時に、案内溝から外れることのない空気清浄フィルタ−を得ることを目的とする。
また、安価に製造できる空気清浄フィルタ−を得ることを目的とする。
また、これらの空気清浄フィルタ−を取り付けた品質の高い、高性能の空調冷凍装置及び熱交換器の汚染が確実に防止できる空調冷凍装置を得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る空気清浄フィルタ−は、それぞれ濾過体が装着された複数の単位フィルター枠部材と、これら複数の単位フィルター枠部材を折り曲げ自在に連結するヒンジ部と、前記単位フィルター枠部材の両側面からそれぞれ突出するように設けられ、当該空気清浄フィルターが設置される場所に設けられた案内溝に挿入される案内部とを備え、前記案内溝は、前記案内部が挿入される方向に開口幅が小さくなる楔状であり、前記案内部は、前記案内溝に合せて挿入方向先端から順次断面の大きさが大きくなるように形成されたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
実施の形態1.
以下、本発明の実施の形態1を図1、図2により説明する。
図1は、実施の形態1の空気清浄フィルタ−の斜視図である。図2は、空気清浄フィルタ−を取り付けた空気調和機の断面図である。
図において、空調冷凍装置である室内に設置する空気調和機15のパネル16の前面に空気吸込口のグリル17が設けられ、その空気吸込口のグリル17の背後に送風機19と送風機19を覆うように配置された熱交換器18が内蔵されている。パネル16の下部には、空気吹出口20が設けられ、フラップ21により、開閉および吹出し方向の調整が行われる。
グリル17と熱交換器18の間には、熱交換器18の断面配置に合せて空気清浄フィルタ−14が取り付けられている。空気清浄フィルタ−14は、綿埃などを除去する濾過機能を有する平板状の濾過体3を装着する単位フィルタ−枠部材22が複数個ヒンジ部23で連結され、折り曲げ自在に連結され、前記熱交換器18の全面を覆うように取り付けられる。
そして、前記単位フィルタ−枠部材22は、両側面35に、それぞれ、少なくとも1個のボス部25を有し、パネル16に、このボス部25と嵌合する湾曲した嵌合溝26を設け、前記ボス部25のみが前記嵌合溝26に、後述の挿入部28の着脱口40から挿入され、装着される。

空気清浄フィルタ−14は、前記の濾過体3を装着し、ヒンジ部23で連結された複数の単位フィルタ−枠部材22及び案内部32であるボス部25等から構成される。
案内部32である前記ボス部25は、単位フィルタ−枠部材22の両側面35から対となって、突出した円柱であり、少なくとも各側面から1個で、両側面で対となるように突出している。図2では、1対及び2対の例が示されている。
案内溝である前記嵌合溝26は、前記の案内部32であるボス部25の両側のボス部25のみを収容するように、両側の開口部を対向させて前記嵌合溝26の挿入方向に断面コの字状に形成される。
嵌合溝26の挿入部28は、図2に示すように、断面コの字状の着脱口40と、これから下方に延びる支え板部41とからなる。
但し、形状によっては、挿入部28は、支え板部41を設けず、着脱口40のみとしてもよい。
連結された単位フィルタ−枠部材22の最後に装着される単位フィルタ−枠部材22の端部には空気清浄フィルタ−14の着脱時に操作する取手27が具備されている。
また、これらの単位フィルタ−部材22、ヒンジ部23、ボス部25及び取手27は、樹脂によって一体成形され、製作が容易となる。

次に空気清浄フィルタ−14の着脱方法について説明する。
着脱方法は、空気調和機15の機種によって異なるが、グリル17を開くか、取り外すなどして行う。空気清浄フィルタ−14の取り付け時には、空気調和機15の空気吸込口17の下側から空気清浄フィルタ−14を嵌合溝26の着脱口40に差し込み、単位フィルタ−枠部材22のボス部25を嵌合溝26に嵌合させ、差し込んでいく。そして、最後のボス部25がはまり込むまで取手27を操作して押し込んでいく。
また、取り外し時は、取手27を掴み、手前に引き出すことにより、ヒンジ部23を真っ直ぐに戻しながら嵌合溝26から単位フィルタ−枠部材22のボス部25を順次抜き取る。
なお、装着時に、取手27を有する端部の単位フィルタ−枠部材22(取手27を有する最後の単位フィルタ−枠部材22)が前記支え板部41に位置するようにすれば、着脱が容易に行える。
以上のように、単位フィルタ−枠部材22の側面35にボス部25が設けられ、ボス部25のみがパネル16に設けた嵌合溝26と嵌合しているため、濾過体3が平板状であっても、濾過体3の厚みが嵌合溝26の開口幅に対して薄くてもまた厚くても、嵌合溝26が熱交換器18の全面を覆うように湾曲していても、いずれの場合も空気清浄フィルタ−14は案内溝である嵌合溝26に対してスム−ズに着脱できる。
また、空気清浄フィルタ−14を取付ける際、両側のボス部25のみを案内溝26に挿入して、連結した単位フィルタ−枠部材22はフリ−であるので、濾過体3の厚さを案内溝26の開口幅よりも厚くでき、性能の高い濾過体を使用でき、空気清浄フィルタ−の性能を向上できる。
また、案内溝26を、熱交換器18の通風路の上流で、熱交換器18に沿って湾曲状に設け、案内溝26に案内部32を挿入し、空気清浄フィルタ−14を熱交換器18を覆うように湾曲して取付けたので、熱交換器18に供給される空気は、ほとんどが空気清浄フィルタ−14を通過し、熱交換器18の汚染防止が確実に行われる。また、湾曲して配置された熱交換器18に対応して湾曲して案内溝26を設置しているので、コンパクトな空気調和機15を得ることができる。

また、図2に示すように、嵌合溝26の曲率の大きい部分には、単位フィルタ−枠部材22の挿入方向の長さが比較的小さなものを用いることにより、全体として、空気清浄フィルタ−14は湾曲への対応が良好となり、熱交換器18が湾曲していても対応が良好となり、熱交換器18へ空気清浄フィルタ−14を通過しない空気の供給を防止するとともに、空気調和機15のコンパクト化に有効である。
さらに、単位フィルタ−枠部材22の挿入方向の長さが比較的小さなものを用いる場合は、長さが小さい単位フィルタ−枠部材22はボス部25を有しない単位フィルタ−枠部材22とし、ボス部25を有する単位フィルタ−枠部材22と混在させても、連結した単位フィルタ−枠部材22の着脱は支障がなく、同様な効果の空気清浄フィルタ−14が得られる。このようにすることにより、空気清浄フィルタ−14の製作が簡易化できる。

実施の形態2.
実施の形態1では、単位フィルタ−枠部材22の両側面35に、少なくとも1個のボス部25を突出し、このボス部25のみをパネル16の湾曲した嵌合溝26に挿入し、連結した単位フィルタ−枠部材22を装着したが、本実施の形態では、図3に示すように、単位フィルタ−枠部材22の両側面35のボス部25共に、各側面35のボス部25を、弾性体であり、変形可能な平板状のガイド帯29にて接続し、このボス部25及びこれらを接続したガイド帯29からなる案内部32をパネル16の湾曲した嵌合溝26に挿入し、連結した単位フィルタ−枠部材22を装着するものである。
ガイド帯29の形成は、単位フィルタ−枠部材22の各ボス部25の側面37に沿って、隣合うボス部25の側面37の前面側または背面側を統一して接続する。ここで、前面側とは、嵌合溝26に挿入する場合、図2の空気吸込口であるグリル17側になる方であり、背面側とは、その反対側である。
また、図3に示すように、ガイド帯29とボス部25の側面37とが嵌合溝26内で嵌合溝26の内壁と摺動するとき、両者は同一の摺動面となるように、ガイド帯29の厚さ分だけボス部25の取付け側面37を削ってガイド帯29を取付けることにより、より着脱がスム−ズに行われる。

さらに、平板状のガイド帯29を単位フィルタ−部材22の前面側に配置すると、空気清浄フィルタ−14の着脱時に、嵌合溝26の着脱口40に干渉することもなく、着脱性が向上する。
また、平板状のガイド帯29と単位フィルタ−枠部材22の両側面35のボス部25とを樹脂により一体成形にて製造すると安価に製造できる。
また、ガイド帯29による接続を、連結した単位フィルタ−枠部材22の側面35のボス部25の全体に行わず、部分的に実施してもよい。例えば、図2の空気調和機において、装着時に、案内溝26の着脱口40から先端部38に収容されているボス部25をガイド帯29にて接続し、支え板部41にあるボス部25はガイド帯29で接続しないようにしてもよい。得られる効果は同様である。
以上の如く、本実施の形態の案内部32によると、挿入部28の着脱口40から嵌合溝26に挿入するとき、ボス部25が嵌合溝26から外れることが防止でき、よりスム−ズな着脱が可能となる。

実施の形態1、2においては、単位フィルタ−枠部材22の側面35に設けたボス部25の突出方向と垂直方向の断面36のサイズは、同一であるが、図4に示すように、本実施の形態では、ボス部25の断面36のサイズを25a、25b、25c、25dのように嵌合溝26の着脱口40に近いほど大きくすることにより、全体的に案内部32は楔状に形成されることとなり、また、これに合せて嵌合溝26も楔状に形成することにより、装着時にボス部25と嵌合溝26とは隙間がなく装着することが可能となり、空気清浄フィルタ−14をパネル16に確実に保持できるとともに、運転時の空気調和機15の振動などによるビビリ音等の発生が防止でき、品質の良い空気調和機15が提供可能となる。

実際の装着においては、図4に示すように、先端部38の断面を小さく、挿入部28の着脱口40の断面を大きくして、即ち、先端部38にいくほど嵌合溝26の開口幅を小さくして、先端部38から着脱口40まで楔状とした嵌合溝26を形成し、この楔状の嵌合溝26に断面サイズの小さなボス部25aから挿入し、ボス部25aを嵌合溝26の先端部38に配置し、以下順次25b、25cを配置し、また、断面サイズの一番大きなボス部25dを着脱口40に配置し、さらに、断面サイズが任意の残りのボス部25を支え板部41に配置されるように、連結した単位フィルタ−枠部材22を装着する。即ち、連結した単位フィルタ−枠部材22のボス部25のうち、着脱口40に配置される所定の一端のボス部25dから25c、25bそして先端部の他端のボス部25aまで順次断面の大きさを小さくし、全体として楔状とし、この楔状の案内部32を、同じく楔状とした案内溝26に挿入する。

本発明に係る空気清浄フィルターは、それぞれ濾過体が装着された複数の単位フィルター枠部材と、複数の単位フィルター枠部材を折り曲げ自在に連結するヒンジ部と、単位フィルター枠部材の両側面からそれぞれ突出するように設けられ、空気清浄フィルターが設置される場所に設けられた案内溝に挿入される案内部と、を備えたので、ボス部を案内溝に挿入して空気清浄フィルターを取付けることで、湾曲形状をはじめ、自由な形状の案内溝にスム−ズに着脱可能な空気清浄フィルターが得られる。その際、空気清浄フィルターは、案内溝の形状に合せて、ヒンジ部で自在に折り曲がり、案内溝の形状に合せた空気清浄フィルターが得られる。また、案内溝は、案内部が挿入される方向に開口幅が小さくなる楔状であり、案内部は、案内溝に合せて挿入方向先端から順次断面の大きさが大きくなるように形成されたので、挿入する案内溝を楔状とし、楔の方向を合せ、狭い方から広いほうに挿入することにより、案内部が案内溝に密着し、振動などによるビビリ音等が発生しない空気清浄フィルターが得られる。
