Claims (5)
- 基材の表面上に層が設けられた部材から基材の表面上に設けられた層の試料片を採取する試料片採取方法であって、
筒状の刃を備える筒状カッタを表面から厚さ方向に送って切削することで、筒状の切り込みを形成する切込形成工程と、
筒状の切り込みを外側に拡げるよう部材を切削する切込拡大工程と、
外側に拡げられた筒状の切り込みから内側に向けて切削することで、切り込みの内側に構成される試料片を切り取る試料片切取工程と、
を含み、
試料片切取工程は、円盤状の刃を備える回転カッタを、外側に拡げられた筒状の切り込み内に挿入して切削することを特徴とする試料片採取方法。 - 請求項1に記載の試料片採取方法であって、
部材は、ガスタービン用の翼であり、
翼は、基材上に遮熱コートの層が設けられて表面が構成されるものであり、
切込形成工程において、筒状カッタは、基材に接するまで送られ、
試料片切取工程において、回転カッタは、基材を切削する、
ことを特徴とする試料片採取方法。 - 請求項1に記載の試料片採取方法であって、
切込形成工程において、複数の筒状の切り込みを一部重複させて形成することを特徴とする試料片採取方法。 - 請求項3に記載の試料片採取方法で得られた試料片を用いて、基材上にボンドコートとトップコートが順次形成された翼の温度を推定する方法において、
翼と同じ組成の供試体に基づいて、翼の酸化スケール層の厚さと温度,時間との関係を求めた後、この関係を利用して、実機から得られた試料片の酸化スケール層の厚みから翼のメタル温度を推定することを特徴とする翼の温度推定方法。 - 請求項3に記載の試料片採取方法で得られた試料片を用いて、基材上にセラミック層であるトップコートが形成された翼の温度を推定する方法において、得られた試料片から、トップコートに生成される単斜晶の量をX線回折法により測定し、この単斜晶の量に基づいてトップコートの表面温度を推定することを特徴とする翼の温度推定方法。
