Claims (7)
- 呼をセットアップする方法であって、
基地局制御装置で、セルの電力レベルを表す値を受信するステップと、
前記基地局制御装置で、輻輳に基づいて前記セルの電力レベルを表す値を調整して、調整値を生成するステップと、
前記調整値に基づいて前記呼をセットアップするステップとを含み、
前記調整するステップは前記輻輳が2つのしきい値のうち高い値を超えるとき起動され、前記輻輳が低いしきい値より低くなるまでは停止されず、
前記調整するステップが、前記セルをサービスする基地局の優先順位を変化させ、前記セルでセットアップされる呼の数を低減するように、前記セルの電力レベルを表わす値を調整するステップを含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記受信および調整するステップが少なくとも2つのセルについて行われ、前記セットアップするステップが前記少なくとも2つのセルのうちの最大調整値を有する1つで前記呼をセットアップする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記調整するステップが、固定された調整率を前記セルの電力レベルを表す値に適用するステップを含む方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記呼が移動電話呼である方法。
- 電力レベル調整器であって、
セルの電力レベルを表す値を受信する受信機と、
輻輳に基づいて前記セルの電力レベルを表す値を調整して、調整値を生成するプロセッサとを備え、
前記電力レベル調整器が前記調整値に基づいて呼をセットアップし、
前記プロセッサは前記輻輳が2つのしきい値のうち高い値を超えるとき起動され、前記輻輳が低いしきい値より低くなるまでは停止されず、
前記プロセッサが、前記セルをサービスする基地局の優先順位を変化させ、前記セルでセットアップされる呼の数を低減するために、前記セルの電力レベルを表わす値を調整する電力レベル調整器。 - 請求項5に記載の電力レベル調整器において、前記受信および調整するステップが少なくとも2つのセルについて行われ、前記セットアップするステップが前記少なくとも2つのセルのうちの最大調整値を有する1つで前記呼をセットアップする電力レベル調整器。
- 請求項5に記載の電力レベル調整器において、前記プロセッサが、固定された調整率を前記セルの電力レベルを表す値に適用することによって前記調整を行う電力レベル調整器。
