本発明は、チャイルドシートに係り、特に車のシートに着脱可能とするとともに、ベビーカーにも着脱可能にし、さらにベビーキャリー等としても使用し得るようにしたチャイルドシートに関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
一般に、例えば１歳未満のような幼児を乗用車に乗せるような場合にはチャイルドシートを使用することが行われている。このようなチャイルドシートには、乗用車のシート部に設けられた固定用金具に上記チャイルドシートを装着固定するものと、シートのシートベルトを使用してチャイルドシートをシートに固定するものとがあり、いずれのものにおいてもチャイルドシートはシートに対して着脱可能としてある。

しかして、上記チャイルドシートは、乗用車のシートから取り外した場合には、幼児をチャイルドシートに寝かせたまま移動するためのキャリーとして、或いは床上に置いてロッキングチェアーまたは通常の椅子として使用することができる。

しかしながら、乗用車のシート部に設けられた固定用金具に装着固定するチャイルドシートの底部には上記固定用金具への固定装置、もしくは乗用車のシート部に設けられた固定用金具に装着固定するための固定用ベースへの固定装置が設けられており、そのチャイルドシートをそのままベビーカーのシートとして使用することはできない等の問題がある。また、上記固定用ベースが設けられたチャイルドシートは、乗用車のシートに固定用金具が設けられた乗用車にしか使用できず、その他の乗用車には使用できない等の問題がある。

本発明は、このような点に鑑み、車のシートベルトを使用してシートに固定することができるとともに、直接、もしくは固定用ベースを使用して車の固定用金具に固定することもできるようにしたチャイルドシートを得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、車のシートに取り付け可能にしたチャイルドシートにおいて、上記チャイルドシートを、予め車のシートに備えられた固定用金具に直接、もしくは固定解放可能な固定用ベースを介して上記シートに固定し得るようにするとともに、車のシートベルトによっても直接上記シートに固定し得るようにしたことを特徴とするチャイルドシートである。

上述した本発明において、チャイルドシートを、予め車のシートに備えられた固定用金具に直接、もしくは固定解放可能な固定用ベースを介して上記シートに固定し得るようにするとともに、そのチャイルドシートの両側部には、ベビーカー本体から突設されたボスに係合してロックするロック装置が設けられており、ベビーカー本体に対して着脱自在としてあることが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
