Description
通常、ガスハイドレートは、高圧と低温の条件下で水分子間の水素結合から形成された3次元の格子構造に空洞(cavity)という空き空間が生じ、この空洞にガスが物理的に捕獲されて生成される。もっとも一般的に知られているガスハイドレートの一つは、メタンハイドレートである。メタンを水と反応させ、ハイドレートにする場合、通常、4℃で20気圧程度の高い気圧が要求される。
SF6+混合ガスの分離及び精製回収率実験
反応器に125mlの純水(HPLC grade、99.999%)を注入し、SF650%(N2 Balance)気体を用いて反応器内部をパージ(purge)する過程を数回繰り返した。圧力7.8bar、温度276K、攪拌速度500rpmに設定し、ハイドレートを形成させた。ハイドレート形成反応が完了された後、反応器を低温に充分冷却させた。次いで反応器の内部からハイドレートに転換されていないSF6+N2ガスを外部に吐き出した。ハイドレートだけが存在している反応器内部を7bar、温度293Kに設定し、ハイドレートを解離させた。解離させられたガスに対して、GC(Varian CP3800 Gas Chromatograph、TCD)を用いて定性/定量分析を行った。その結果を、図3及び図4に示した。
プロモーターによる効果比較実験
反応器に125mlの純水(HPLC grade、99.999%)を注入し、SF699.9%気体を用いて反応器内部をパージする過程を経てから、ハイドレート形成条件として、圧力7.8bar、温度276Kに設定し、ハイドレート形成速度を分析した。その結果を、図5に示した。
LABSプロモーターの効果実験
線形アルキルベンゼンスルホナート(Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonate、LABS、Aldrich)を包含する水溶液を濃度によって製造し、充分に混合し、さらに純水(HPLC grade、99.999%)に完全に溶けるようにして、前記実施例2と同じ反応器に濃度別に製造したLABS水溶液を125ml注入し、SF699.9%気体を用いて反応器内部をパージする過程を経た後、ハイドレート形成条件として圧力7.8bar、温度276Kに設定し、時間に応じてSF6ハイドレート形成速度を分析した。その結果を図5に示した。
Claims (7)
- フッ化ガスを包含するガス混合物で、フッ化ガスと水を反応させ、ガスハイドレートを形成させることにより、分離及び精製回収することを特徴とするフッ化ガスの分離及び精製回収方法。
- 前記フッ化ガスは、SF6(Hexafluorosulfide)、HFCs (Hydrofluorocarbons)又はPFCs(Perfluorocarbons)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフッ化ガスの分離及び精製回収方法。
- 前記フッ化ガスのハイドレート形成は、−15℃乃至25℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフッ化ガスの分離及び精製回収方法。
- 前記フッ化ガスのハイドレート形成は、1乃至25気圧の圧力で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフッ化ガスの分離及び精製回収方法。
- 前記ハイドレート形成速度及び分離/精製効率を促進するためにプロモーター(promoter)を使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフッ化ガスの分離及び精製回収方法。
- 前記プロモーターは、ナノサイズで使用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフッ化ガスの分離及び精製回収方法。
- 前記プロモーターは、陰イオン又は陽イオン界面活性剤であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフッ化ガスの分離及び精製回収方法。
