【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、トイレットやキッチンとか、スーパーマーケットなどに備えたロール紙または、これに近似したロール巻フィルム類をカットして使用する際に用いて好適なロール紙繰り出し容器における紙切り蓋板の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
ロール紙または、これに近似したロール巻フィルム類を保持するロール紙ホルダの紙切り蓋板としては、従来、特許第2722902号公報、特開平7−246588号公報および特開2001−300886号公報などにそれぞれ記載のように、薄肉の金属板や硬質プラスチック板の前辺に先端が鋭く尖った連続三角波形硬質刃先を有する刄板とか、特開2002−51935号公報に記載のように、ロール紙ケース内からシーソ式に出入りする薄肉の金属板や硬質プラスチック製の連続波形状の硬質刃先を有する紙切り蓋板がそれぞれ周知である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これら各従来例のうち、前者三つの従来例は、いずれも薄肉の金属板や硬質プラスチック板の前辺に先端が鋭く尖った連続三角形状の硬質刃先を有する紙切り蓋板であるから、ロール紙やロール巻フィルムとかシート類を上記紙切り蓋板でカットするときのように、手指を上記紙切り蓋板の鋭く尖った連続三角形状の硬い刃先に近づけた際、手指が僅かでも上記の硬く尖った刃先に触れると指先を直ちに傷付けてしまう危険が有るという本質的かつ、大きな問題点が有る。

また、後者の特開2002−51935号公報のものでは、紙切り蓋板をロール紙繰り出し容器のスリットからシーソ式に出入りさせるものであるから、構造複雑・組み立て面倒でしかもコスト高で故障も多いという本質的な問題点が有るほかに、この従来例の刃先は硬く連続波形状であるが、いくら連続波形状であるからといっても、刃先は薄肉で鋭く硬いため、依然としてこの刃先に手指が触れると指先を負傷する危険が有るという本質的かつ、大きな問題点が有る。
さらに、従来一般的な紙切り蓋板の前辺に対する帯状刄板の実装手段としては、紙切り蓋板内面に配置した刄板を当て板でサンドイッチ式に挟み込み、この当て板余白部分を紙切り蓋板内面に超音波溶着する刄板実装手段や、紙切り蓋板内面に配置した刄板の孔から突出した紙切り蓋板内面突起の押し潰し実装とか、ねじ止め実装などの作業性が悪い刄板実装手段が従来周知であるが、これではその組立製造・部品管理・保守点検などのすべての面で扱い辛く不便で面倒であるという本質的かつ、大きな問題点も有る。

この発明は、ロール紙繰り出し容器における紙切り蓋板に刄板を実装し易くすると共に、刄板刃先を櫛歯状弾性刃先とすることで、手指に優しく安全かつ、確実にロール紙やロール巻フィルムをカット可能にすることを目的とする。

上記した本発明の目的は、上部開放の容器内に収納したロール紙の上から容器開口縁に後部枢支の紙切り蓋板を被せ、その前辺下面と容器前辺とでロール紙繰り出し部分を弾圧し、この繰り出し部分を外力により紙切り蓋板の前辺刃先で切断可能となしたロール紙繰り出し容器において、前記紙切り板の前辺に側端開放の前端開溝と、この開溝に連通した後部膨大溝とを削設し、上記前端開溝の上面と上記後部膨大溝の上面は連続した平面で、前記後部膨大溝は前記平面と対向する面が窪んだ形状となっており、前記前端開溝と前記後部膨大溝の開放側端から先端が櫛歯状の弾性刄先を有した帯状刄板を、前記帯状刄板の後部に設けられた膨出後辺が前記後部膨大溝と嵌合するように挿入埋設し、前記後部膨大溝に設けられた凹部へ前記膨出後辺に突設された抜け止め突起を圧入することで、前記櫛歯状弾性刃先が前記前端開溝から突出した状態でその抜け止めを施こしたことで達成できた。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態例について図面を参照して説明する。
この発明の基本的な実施形態の一例としては、図1のようにトイレの壁面などに定着設置して使用する金属やプラスチックなどで側面ほぼ円形に作った上部開放の容器1内に、芯管2Cに巻装したロール紙2または芯管無しのロール紙2を図2のように例えば投げ込み式に収納し、その繰り出し部分2A(摘まみ代2B)を図2のように手前に繰り出し定位すると共に、その上から容器開口縁1Bに金属やプラスチックなどで側面ほぼ弧形に作った紙切り蓋板3をその自己重力で後部左右に設けた周知の枢支部30を支点として図2および図3のように被せ、上記自己重力により蓋板前辺下面3Aと容器前辺1Aとでロール紙繰り出し部分2Aを弾圧し、この繰り出し部分2Aを紙切り蓋板前辺刃先で図2のように切断可能となしたロール紙繰り出し容器をを構成するに当たり、本発明では先ず、図1のように前記紙切り蓋板3の前辺3Bに側端開放の前端開溝3Cと、この開溝3Cに連通した後部膨大溝3Dとを削設する。

次いで、ポリエステル・エラストマや硬質合成ゴムなどの手指に優しく柔軟で表面摩擦が大きい可撓弾性素材で成形した図1のような帯状刄板4に膨出後辺4Aとこれに連接した櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bとを一体的に射出成形し、帯状刄板4の膨出後辺4Aを蓋板前辺3Bの後部膨大溝3D内にその開放側端から図1の矢示方向に平行移動させ、上記櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bを前記紙切り蓋板前辺3Bの前端開溝3Cから突出させつつ、図2・図4のようにうに満遍なく挿入埋設した後、紙切り蓋板前辺3Bに対し帯状刄板4の抜け止めを施こすことで、上記各図のような本発明によるロール紙繰り出し容器における紙切り蓋板を構成できた。
ただし、前記帯状刄板4の抜け止め手段としては、前記後部膨大溝3Dの内面に対して帯状刄板4を圧入したり、接着することで抜け止めを施こしてもよく、また図5のように前記帯状刄板4の側端付近に突設した抜け止め突起4Dや膨出側端4Eなどの抜け止め突部4Cをその弾力に抗し後部膨大溝3Dに図4のように圧入しても紙切り蓋板前辺3Bに対する帯状刄板4の抜け止めを施こせる。

本発明の基本構成は以上のようなもので、以下その動作例につき説明する。
先ず、ロール紙繰り出し容器1内にロール紙2を図2・図3のように回転可能に収納した後、ロール紙2を予じめ手前に所望長さだけ引き出して最初の繰り出し部2Aを作っておき、その後紙切り蓋板3を上記各図のように閉じると、ロール紙2の上部前寄り外周面に前記紙切り蓋板3の前辺下面3Aが自己重力で図3のように圧接してロール紙2の使用状態となり、上記繰り出し部2Aを図2の鎖線のように櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bに沿わせて上向き斜めに引っ張り上げることで、前記紙切り蓋板3を自己重力で圧接固定したまま、この繰り出し部2Aをそのカット部分Qで前記櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bにより次々にカットして使用できる。

なお、上記ロール紙繰り出し部2Aをカットするに要する時間は、一秒程度の極く短時間であるが、このロール紙カット時などに前記櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bに手指が触れたとしても、これら多数の刃先4Bは、前記のように手指に優しいポリエステル・エラストマなどの柔軟で表面摩擦が大きい可撓弾性プラスチックで射出成形した弾性刃先4Bであるから、手指を少しも傷つけることなくロール紙に対する良好な切れ味を保つことができ、上記カット部分Qを前記櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bで次々と確実軽快にカットし終えることができた。

此処で、前記櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bにより、ロール紙繰り出し部2Aをそのカット部分Qで前記のように軽快にカットできる理由を以下詳細に吟味する。
前記櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bによる上記ロール紙2のカット時に、多数の各弾性刃先4Bには、それぞれ上記ロール紙カット部分Qによる上向き斜めのロール紙2の引っ張り力が次々に加わり、この引っ張り力により表面摩擦が大きい多数の各弾性刃先4Bは、上記カット部分Qに対して滑ることなく次々にその可撓弾力に抗し、上向き斜めに僅少寸法だけ次々に撓み動きながら前記カット部分Qをカットし始めた直後、各弾性刃先4Bから上記カット部分Qの切断途中部分が次々に通過しようとする瞬間に、これら多数の各弾性刃先4Bは、その可撓弾性復帰力で次々に原状復帰しようとするため、これら各弾性刃先4Bの復帰瞬発力が上記と同様に滑ることなくダイレクトに前記引っ張り力と共に上記ロール紙切断途中部分に次々と強く加わり、ロール紙をカットできるものと推測でき、刃先4Bが手指に優しい櫛歯状弾性刃先であっても、ロール紙2に対する切れ味を損なうことなく、しかも手指に傷つけることなくロール紙やロール巻フィルムのカット部分Qを次々と確実軽快にカットできた。

このようにして、ロール紙2を使い終えたときに新しいロール紙を容器1内に収納セットするには、前記紙切り蓋板3をその枢支部30を支点とし、上向き回動させてロール紙繰り出し容器をオープン状態とし、使用済のロール紙芯管2Cを容器内から取り出した後、新しい芯管付きロール紙2または芯管無しのロール紙2を前記のように容器1内に収納セットすることができ、その後紙切り蓋板3をロール紙2の上部に前述したように被せることで、図3のような次回の使用形態を採ることができる。

次に、軽い紙切り蓋板3を用いても、その自己重力に関係なく前記蓋板前辺下面3Aと容器前辺1Aとでロール紙繰り出し部分2Aをより一層安定に弾圧できる本発明の第二の実施形態例を以下詳細に説明する。
この第二の実施形態例では、先ず前記各図に示す容器1の後面板1Cに前記紙切り蓋板枢支部30を経た紙切り蓋板後縁31に上記各図のように係合してこれを手前斜め上向きに弾撥する前下がり斜面6A付きの閉蓋弾圧弾片6を一体成形した強弾性プラスチック製などの弾片突設部材7を図6のように用意する。

そして、前記弾片突設部材7に突設した係止鉤片7Aを図6矢示のように容器後面板1Cの係止孔縁1Dに鉤片固有弾力に抗して係入後、この係止孔縁1Dに前記係止鉤片7Aをその弾力により、パチンと復帰させて係合させることで、容器後面板1Cに前記弾片突設部材7を図1・図7のように定着することで、前記閉蓋弾圧弾片6を前記各図のように容器1の後面板1Cに前向きに突設する。
したがって、上記弾片6の前下がり斜面6Aまたは手前斜め上に弾撥するようにした弾片6自体による前記蓋板後縁31に対する上向き弾撥力で、テコ作用により蓋板前辺下面3A(または縦リブ3E)を繰り出し途中のロール紙2が千切れない程度に容器前辺1Aに弾圧でき、蓋板前辺3Bに上向きに加わるロール紙切断力では紙切り蓋板3が軽くても、この蓋板3の浮上を阻止してロール紙やロール巻フィルムのカット部分Qを次々と確実にカットできると共に、切断後の容器内ロール紙反転による容器外ロール紙繰り出し部分2A(摘まみ代2B)の容器内引き込みを阻止でき、快適に使用できるようになった。

前記弾圧閉蓋状態にある紙切り蓋板3をダメ押し的に閉蓋維持するために、本発明の第三の実施形態例では、図3のように紙切り蓋板3の前側端に下向きの突片5を突設し、前記突片5の外面に図8のように形成した斜面付き突起(または単なる突起や凹所とか孔)などの閉蓋ロック部5Aを前記容器1の前側端内面に同図8のように形成した斜面付き突起(または凹所や孔とか単なる突起)などの閉蓋ロック部5Bに紙切り蓋板閉蓋時に同図8矢示の順序で各閉蓋ロック部5A・5B同士を前記突片5の弾力に抗してパチンと係合させることで、上記弾圧閉蓋状態をダメ押し的に維持できるようにすることもでき、閉じた紙切り蓋板3にロール紙切断による上向きのロール紙切断力が加わっても、前記紙切り蓋板3を押さえずにその前辺刃先でロール紙繰り出し部分2Aを上記図2のように片手で無造作に切断できる本発明第三の実施形態例による閉蓋ロック付きロール紙繰り出し容器も構成できる。

ただし、各閉蓋ロック部5A・5B同士の弾接係合ポイントは、使用ロール紙2の紙質や厚みの多様性を考慮し、前記弾圧閉蓋状態にある紙切り蓋板3が前記閉蓋弾圧弾片6の弾撥力に抗して上向きに約1mm程度持ち上がるように若干のアロワンスを持たせて各閉蓋ロック部5A・5Bの突設箇所を位置決めする。
また、上記各閉蓋ロック部5A・5B同士の係合強度は、前記弾圧閉蓋状態を維持して二枚合わせのロール紙2や厚手のロール紙2を紙切り蓋板3の前辺刃先で切断する時のように、閉蓋状態にある紙切り蓋板3にやや強い上向きのロール紙切断力が加わっても、紙切り蓋板3が図2のように妄りに浮上せず、かつ、紙切り蓋板3を所望時に手指などでは開蓋できる程度の強度に設定する。

【実施例】
前記櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bの紙切り蓋板前辺3Bに対する出面寸法は、2〜7mm程度とし、この範囲内で多数の各弾性刃先4Bを互いに同寸、または所定本数毎に異寸の出面寸法とし、また各弾性刃先4Bの太さは、0.5〜3mm程度とし、各刃先4Bの突設ピッチは、0.5〜2mm程度が好ましい。
また、前記紙切り蓋板3の前辺3Bを弯曲形成し、この弯曲前辺3Bに形成した後部膨大溝3D内に、この溝に対応した形状の帯状弯曲刄板4の膨出後辺4Aを挿入し、その櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bを前記弯曲した前辺3Bから満遍なく露出配置して抜け止めを施こした紙切り蓋板3を用いてもよい。

さらに、前記櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bを上下に齟齬させて突設することで、これら各刃先の前記撓み復帰瞬発力を僅少寸法だけ上下に振り分けてロール紙切断途中部分に次々と加えることができ、手指には優しく、ロール紙に対しては、より一層鋭い切れ味を得ることができた。
本発明第二の実施形態例における閉蓋弾圧弾片6の突設手段は、前記の突設手段以外に例えば上記突片6をゼンマイ鋼などの強弾性材で作り、これを容器後面板1Cの内面にねじ止めとかインサート成形などの固定手段で突設してもよく、また、上記突片6を例えばプラスチック容器1の成形時に容器後面板1Cに一体的に成形したり、閉蓋弾圧弾片6を強弾性プラスチック材により容器1の成形時に同一金型内で所謂二色一体成形して突設してもよく、さらに上記突片6を一体突設した弾片突設部材7は、容器後面板1Cにねじ止めや接着などで定着することで、上記突片6を容器後面板1Cに突設してもよい。また、紙切り蓋板3の前部における例えば両側に突設した突片5でロール紙2の両側を繰り出し案内することもできる。

なお、前述した開蓋状態にある紙切り蓋板3が妄りに倒れないようにするには、紙切り蓋板3の開蓋状態を保持するための凹凸係合による開蓋保持部を前記容器1および紙切り蓋板3の各対向部分に具備することで可能となった。
また、前記容器1と紙切り蓋板3との側面形状をそれぞれほぼ円形およびほぼ弧形とすることで、より一層小型軽量かつ、スマートなロール紙繰り出し容器となるし、さらに前記紙切り蓋板3の前辺下面3Aに前記ロール紙2の周方向に沿わせて複数の縦リブ3Eを並列突設することで、ロール紙2の繰り出し部分2Aの弾圧部分がスポット的に分散するため、ロール紙2の繰り出し案内のスムース化と、その千切れ防止とがそれぞれ一層確実になった。

本発明における請求項1の発明によれば、前記紙切り蓋板3の前辺3Bに側端開放の前端開溝3Cと、この開溝3Cに連通した後部膨大溝3Dとを削設し、この膨大溝3D内にその開放側端から前記各溝に対応した形状の帯状刄板4の膨出後辺4Aを挿入し、前記刄板4の櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bを前記蓋板前辺3Bから満遍なく突出定位した状態で、蓋板前辺3Bに対する帯状刄板4の抜け止めを施こすだけで紙切り蓋板前辺3Bに帯状刄板4を実装できたので、蓋板前辺3Bに対する帯状刄板4の抜け止め実装作業を大幅に簡素化でき、前述したような従来一般的な面倒で作業性が悪い刄板実装作業が、本発明では一切不要となり、その組立製造・部品管理・保守点検などのすべての面で、より一層扱い易く、価格の低減も実現できたという優れた効果が有る。

また、本発明の請求項3のように、前記紙切り蓋板3をその自己重力で前記ロール紙2の上部前寄り外周面に弾圧可能に配設すれば、蓋板弾圧用のばね部材が不要となり、この分だけロール紙繰り出し容器を安価に多量製造でき、また、本発明における請求項6の発明によれば、前記容器1の後面板1Cに前記蓋板後縁31に係合する閉蓋弾圧弾片6を突設し、前記蓋板後縁31に対する弾片6の上向き弾撥力により、軽い紙切り蓋板3を用いても、その枢支部30を経た蓋板前辺下面3Aをテコ作用で容器前辺1Aにロール紙2を挟み弾圧定位したまま、その繰り出し部2Aを前記櫛歯状弾性刃先4Bにより次々にカットして使用できると共に、容器内ロール紙の反転によるロール紙繰り出し部分2Aの容器内引き込みを阻止でき、しかもロール紙繰り出し容器全体としての重量を軽減でき、その組立製造・部品管理・販売・使用・保守点検などのすべての面で扱い易く、価格的にも有利になったという効果を付加できた。

さらに、本発明における請求項5の発明のように、前記閉蓋弾圧弾片6を一体的に突設した弾性プラスチック製の弾片突設部材7をその係止鉤片7Aで容器後面板1Cの係止孔縁1Dに係合させて係止定着すれば、容器後面板1Cに対する閉蓋弾圧弾片6の取り付け作業性を一段と高め得るし、前記請求項6の発明のように前記紙切り蓋板3の前側端に突設した突片5の閉蓋ロック部5Aをこれに対向する容器1の閉蓋ロック部5Bに前記突片5の弾力に抗し係合させ、前記紙切り蓋板前辺刃先に加わる上向きのロール紙切断力による閉蓋紙切り蓋板3の浮上をダメ押し的に阻止できるようにすれば、紙切り蓋板3を妄りに浮上させずにロール紙2を無造作に切断でき、さらに前記請求項7の発明のように、前記紙切り蓋板3の開蓋状態を確保するための開蓋保持部を前記容器1および紙切り蓋板3の各対向部分に具備すれば、開蓋状態にある紙切り蓋板3は妄りに倒れず、より一層安全となる。
