【発明が解決しようとする課題】
トイレットペーパーの先端をつまもうとするには、ペーパーの先端が紙押さえ板や紙切り刃の下にあるので、ペーパーのロールを指先等で引っ掛けて何回か手前の方に回すと、ペーパーの先端が出てきますが、ペーパーの先端がロールに貼りついていたり、指の爪が短くなっているときなどと、その時の状態や状況でペーパーの先端を引き出して、それを起してから指先でつまんで引き出すことが、スムースに出来ないときは面倒なものです。そのうえ年令がかさむにつれて、益々スムースに出来なくなってきますと、イライラも生じ、精神的にもあまり良くないように感じます。それからペーパーを引き出すときガタガタ音がすると、周囲に余計な気を使ってしまうこともあり気分が疲れることもあります。

【課題を解決するための手段】
図2のように紙押さえ板3は、左側を支点にして右側が上下に動くようにスプリング等で浮かせた状態にし、右側にはのこぎり刃状の紙切り刃12を設ける。紙乗せ板5は、トイレットペーパー2の右上方の位置に設けて、上に起せるように左側に支点を付ける。紙戻り防止板4は左側が支点になり、右側を自由に上下出来る様にして紙乗せ板5の上に乗せる。最初にトイレットペーパーをセットする時は図4のように紙押さえ板3と紙戻り防止板4と紙乗せ板5を、上に起してトイレットペーパー2をセットしてから、紙乗せ板5を右側に倒して、その上からトイレットペーパーを引き出し、そして紙押さえ板3と紙戻り防止板4を右側に倒すと、図2のようになり使用出来る状態になる。
