この発明は、ロール紙または、これに近似したロール巻きシートやフィルムなどを投げ込み式に収納でき、これらを繰り出して切断できるロール紙繰り出し切断容器に係り、特に本発明では、上記容器に対するロール紙の出し入れとロール紙の繰り出しおよびその切断とを迅速容易、かつ、安全確実に実行可能となしたロール紙繰り出し切断容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の投げ込み収納式のロール紙繰り出し切断容器としては、特開平8−196467号公報や実開平5−82393号公報記載のものなどが周知である。
これらの各従来の技術は、いずれも、後面を壁面などに定着設置して使用する上部開放の投げ込み収納式の容器内にロール紙を投げ込んで収納した後、このロール紙の繰り出し部分を容器前辺から手前に引き出し定位するとともに、前記容器の後部で枢支した上蓋をその自重または、錘の重力で容器開口縁に被せ、この上蓋下部と容器前辺とで前記繰り出し部分を挟み付けて所望のブレーキを掛け、ロール紙の繰り出し牽引力を所望値になるように設定することで、この繰り出し部分を容器または、上蓋の前辺に横設した刃先でカットできるとしたロール紙繰り出し切断容器である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これら各従来例を初めとして従来の投げ込み収納式のロール紙繰り出し切断容器は、一般に、前記容器の後部で枢支した上蓋をその自重、または錘の重力で容器の開口縁に被せて前記のように使用するものだから、容器開口縁に被せた前記上蓋の下部と容器前辺とで前記繰り出し部分を挟み所望のブレーキを掛けることと、閉蓋状態にある上蓋が妄りに動かないようにするには、上蓋自体または、上記錘付き上蓋をそれぞれ重くする必要があり、ロール紙繰り出し切断容器全体としてもかなりの重量物となってしまうという本質的な問題点が有るし、容器内にロール紙を収納するときやロール紙空心を容器から取り出すときのように、上蓋がほぼ直立の開蓋状態にある場合には、この直立上蓋が極めて倒れ易く、手指で押さえてないと僅かな振動や衝撃などの僅少外乱でも、上記重い上蓋が容器開口縁に向かい大きく「バタン」と倒れ、手指に強い衝撃を与える結果となり、怪我する危険も有るという本質的かつ、大きな問題点が有る。

この他の従来例として、実開昭61−109390号公報記載のように、ロール紙繰り出し部分をカットする容器前辺の反対側の容器後側に上蓋を大きく回動させて開蓋する卓上タイプものも有るが、これでは、容器後面を壁面などに定着設置して使用することができず、容器後面を壁面などに定着して使用するには、この従来例公報第5図とその説明のように、容器上蓋を容器本体から分離できる着脱式の被せ蓋とする必要があり、この被せ蓋は分離紛失し易いし、その保管や取り扱いも面倒で厄介であるという本質的かつ、大きな問題点が有る。

この発明は、上記多くの問題点をすべて解決するために、ロール紙または、これに近似したロール巻きシートやフィルムなどを投げ込み収納してこれらを繰り出し切断できるロール紙繰り出し切断容器の軽量化を促進するとともに、容器に対するロール紙の出し入れとロール紙の繰り出しおよびその切断とを迅速容易、かつ、安全確実に実行可能となした投げ込み式のロール紙繰り出し切断容器を多量製造可能とすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した本発明の目的は、上部開放の容器内に収納したロール紙の繰り出し部分を容器前辺から手前に引き出し、その上から容器開口縁に後部枢支の上蓋を被せ、その前辺下面と容器前辺でロール紙を挟圧し、その繰り出し部分を上蓋の前辺刃先で切断可能となしたロール紙繰り出し切断容器を構成するに当たり、前記容器の後面板に前記上蓋の枢支部を経た上蓋後縁に係合する開蓋保持弾片と閉蓋弾圧弾片とをそれぞれ突設し、前記開蓋保持弾片で開蓋状態にある上蓋の前倒を防止し、前記閉蓋弾圧弾片の弾撥力で前記繰り出し途中のロール紙を千切らずに弾圧して繰り出せ、しかも切断後の容器内ロール紙反転による容器外ロール紙繰り出し部分の容器内引き込みを阻止する程度に前記上蓋を弾圧閉蓋維持するとともに、前記容器の前部端辺内面に形成した閉蓋維持部に上蓋の前部端辺下面に突設した突片の閉蓋維持部を外力で係合させることで、閉じた上蓋にロール紙切断力が加わっても前記弾圧閉蓋維持状態を確保可能としたことで達成できた。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態例について図面を参照して説明する。
この発明の基本的な実施形態の一例としては、図1のようにトイレの壁面などに定着設置して使用する金属やプラスチックなどで側面ほぼ円形に作った上部開放の容器1内にロール紙2を図4のように例えば投げ込み式に収納してこの繰り出し部分2Aを容器前辺1Aから手前に引き出し同図4のように定位するとともに、その上から容器開口縁1Bに金属やプラスチックなどで側面ほぼ弧形に作った上蓋3をその後部両側における枢支部3Bを支点として図2および図3のように被せ、前記繰り出し部分2Aを上蓋3の前辺刃先4で図2のように切断可能となしたロール紙繰り出し切断容器を構成するに当たり、本発明では先ず、前記容器1の後面板1Cに前記上蓋枢支部3Bを経た上蓋後縁3Cに係合して開蓋状態を維持するための強弾性プラスチックやばね鋼材などで作った開蓋保持弾片5を図5および図6の取り付け順序を経て図3、図4および図7のように突設し、この弾片5を開いた上蓋3の後縁3Cに図4および図8のように係合させることで、開蓋状態にある上蓋3の無用な前倒を防止できるようにする。

さらに、本発明では、前記上蓋後縁3Cに係合してこれを手前斜め上向きに弾撥することで、前記枢支部3Bを経た上蓋3をシーソー式に弾圧閉蓋状態にするための強弾性プラスチックやばね鋼材などで作った前下がり斜面6A付きの閉蓋弾圧弾片6を上記開蓋保持弾片5と共に図5および図6の取り付け順序を経て図3、図4および図7のように容器1の後面板1Cに突設し、この閉蓋弾圧弾片6の弾撥力で上蓋3の前辺下面3A(または、この下面に突設した縦リブ3D)を容器前辺1Aにロール紙繰り出し部分2Aを挟んで図3および図9のように容器前辺1Aの上面に弾接させることで、前記弾圧閉蓋状態とするのであるが、この弾圧閉蓋強度は、前記繰り出し途中のロール紙2を千切らせずに弾圧して繰り出せ、しかも切断後の容器内ロール紙反転による容器外ロール紙繰り出し部分2Aの容器内引き込みを阻止する程度の強度にそれぞれ設定する。

次いで、上記弾圧閉蓋状態における上蓋3をロール紙繰り出し部分2Aの切断時などに妄りに開かないように弾圧閉蓋状態を確保するために、本発明では、図1のように上蓋3の前部端辺下面に突片3Eを突設し、この突片3Eに形成した斜面付き突起(または単なる突起や凹所とか孔)などの閉蓋維持部3Fを前記容器1の前部端辺内面に同図1のように形成した斜面付き突起(または単なる突起や凹所とか孔)などの閉蓋維持部1Eに図11矢示の順序で各閉蓋維持部1E、3F同士をさらに手指などによる外力で各素材の固有弾力に抗してパチンと一発係合させ、閉じた上蓋3にロール紙切断力が加わっても前記弾圧閉蓋維持状態を確保できるようにすることで、上蓋3に加わるロール紙切断力がある程度強くても上蓋3を妄りに浮上させず、前記ロール紙繰り出し部分2Aを上蓋3を手指などで押さえなくてもその前辺刃先4で上記図2のように確実に片手切断できる本発明によるロール紙繰り出し切断容器を構成できた。
ただし、各閉蓋維持部1E、3F同士の弾接係合ポイントは、前記弾圧閉蓋維持状態における上蓋3を前記閉蓋弾圧弾片6の弾撥力に抗して上向きに約1mm程度、押し上げできるように若干のアロワンスを持たせて位置決めする。

なお、前記開蓋保持弾片5と閉蓋弾圧弾片6との具体的な突設形態の一例として本発明では、上記開蓋保持弾片5と閉蓋弾圧弾片6とをそれぞれ一体突設した図5および図6のような強弾性プラスチック製の弾片形成部材7の係止鉤片7Aをその固有弾力に抗して図6のような容器後面板1Cの係止孔縁1D内に係入後、この係止孔縁1Dに前記係止鉤片7Aを復帰させ係止することで、容器後面板1Cに前記弾片形成部材7を図5および図7のように定着した図1および図2のような本発明によるロール紙繰り出し切断容器を構成することができる。

また、前記開蓋保持弾片5の弾力は、図4のような開蓋状態にある上蓋3が妄りに倒れない程度とし、また閉蓋弾圧弾片6の前下がり斜面6Aまたは、手前斜め上に弾撥する弾片6自体による上蓋後縁3Cに対する上向き弾圧強度、つまり上蓋枢支部3Bを経た上蓋3の下向き閉蓋弾圧強度は、前記のように繰り出し途中のロール紙2を千切らずに弾圧して繰り出せ、閉蓋状態にある上蓋3がロール紙切断力では図2のように妄りに浮上せず、しかも切断後の容器内ロール紙反転による容器外ロール紙繰り出し部分2Aが容器内ロール紙2の反転力で容器内に引き込まれない程度にそれぞれ設定する。
さらに、上記各閉蓋維持部1E、3F同士の係合強度は、二枚合わせのロール紙2や厚手のロール紙2を上蓋3の前辺刃先4で切断する時のように、閉蓋状態にある上蓋3がやや強いロール紙切断力では図2のように妄りに浮上せず、かつ、上蓋3を所望時に手指などでは開蓋できる程度に設定する。
なお、上蓋3の前部両側下面に突設した突片3Eでロール紙2の両側を繰り出し案内することもできる。

本発明の全体的な構成は以上のようなもので、以下本発明におけるロール紙繰り出し切断容器の実際的な使用動作例について説明する。
先ず、図4ような開蓋保持弾片5の弾力で上蓋後縁3Cを支持した上蓋開蓋状態にある容器1内にロール紙2を例えば投げ込み式に収納し、その繰り出し部分2Aを同図鎖線のように容器前辺1Aから手前に引き出し定位した後、容器開口縁1Bの後部に枢支部3Bで枢支した図4のような開蓋状態にある上蓋3を先ず、その上蓋後縁3Cに係合している開蓋保持弾片5の弾力に抗し、図8の矢示方向に向かう順序を経て下向きに閉じ始め、上蓋3が閉じ終わる直前になると、今度は、上蓋3とは反対向きにテコの原理により上向き回動する上蓋後縁3Cに閉蓋弾圧弾片6がその弾力に抗し、図9の矢示方向に向かう順序を経て係合し、閉蓋弾圧弾片6の前下がり斜面6Aまたは、手前斜め上に弾撥する弾片6自体が上蓋後縁3Cを押し下げる向きに弾接係合した状態で図2、図3のように上蓋3を容器開口縁1Bに弾圧して被せ終えることができる。

この被せ終えた上蓋3の後縁3Cには、閉蓋弾圧弾片6の前下がり斜面6Aまたは、手前斜め上に弾撥する弾片6自体によるかなり強い閉蓋弾撥力が引き続き加わっているため、テコの原理により枢支部3Bを経た上蓋3は、その自重による閉蓋力と共に上蓋前辺下面3A(または、縦リブ3Dの下面)と容器前辺1Aの上面とで前記ロール紙繰り出し部分2Aを図3および図8のように引き出し途中の繰り出しロール紙2が千切れない程度に弾圧できるとともに、前記閉蓋弾圧弾片6の閉蓋弾撥力で図2および図3のように切断後の容器内ロール紙反転による容器外ロール紙繰り出し部分2Aの容器内引き込みを阻止できる程度にそれぞれ前記上蓋3を弾圧閉蓋維持できる。

また、上記弾圧閉蓋状態は、上蓋3の前部端辺下面に突設した突片3Eの閉蓋維持部3Fと前記容器1の前部端辺内面に形成した閉蓋維持部1Eとをそれぞれ各素材の固有弾力に抗し、さらに手指などの外力で図11の矢示方向に向かう順序でパチンと一発係合させることで確保することができるから、前記ロール紙2が二枚合わせのロール紙でもその繰り出し部分2Aを前記上蓋3を持ち上げないでその前辺刃先4で上記図2のように無造作に切断して使用でき、この切断後には、図3のように上記前辺刃先4の下部にロール紙2の次回使用のためのロール紙摘み代2Bがてきている。

その後、容器1内のロール紙2を図10のように使い終え、使用済のロール紙芯管2Cを容器1内から取り除き、新しいロール紙2を容器1内に投げ込み収納するには、同図10のような閉蓋状態にある上蓋3をその自重および前記閉蓋弾圧弾片6および開蓋保持弾片5の各弾力および上蓋3の前記閉蓋維持部3Fと容器1の前記閉蓋維持部1Eとの各係合弾力にそれぞれ抗し、手指などで図11の矢示と反対方向の順序を経て開け始め、次いで、図9および図8における各矢示方向とは反対向きの順序を経て図1および図4のようにほぼ直立開蓋することができ、この開蓋状態にある上蓋3は前記のように、その上蓋後縁3Cが開蓋保持弾片5の弾力に抗して弾撥支持状態となるから、上記開蓋状態にある上蓋3は、妄りに倒れることはなく安心して容器1内の空の芯管2Cを取り出し、新しいロール紙2と交換でき、その繰り出し部分2Aを前記のように容器前辺1Aから手前に引き出し定位した後、容器開口縁1Bに上蓋3を前記図3のように被せることで、上記新しいロール紙2を前記と同様に使用できる。

本発明に用いる前記開蓋保持弾片5および閉蓋弾圧弾片6との突設手段は、前記のような突設手段以外に、例えば上記各弾片5、6をゼンマイ鋼などの強弾性材で作り、これらをそれぞれ容器後面板1Cの内面にねじ止めや接着とかインサート成形などの固定手段で突設してもよく、また、上記各弾片5、6を例えばプラスチック容器1の成形時に容器後面板1Cに一体的に成形したり、強弾性プラスチック材で二色一体成形により突設してもよく、さらに、上記各弾片5、6をそれぞれ一体突設した弾片形成部材7は、容器後面板1Cにねじ止めや接着などで定着することで、上記各弾片5、6を容器後面板1Cに突設してもよい。

なお、前記容器1と上蓋3との側面形状をそれぞれほぼ円形およびほぼ弧形とすることで、より一層小型軽量、かつ、スマートなロール紙繰り出し切断容器となるし、また前記上蓋3の前辺下面3Aに前記ロール紙2の周方向に沿わせて複数の縦リブ3Dを並列突設することで、ロール紙2の繰り出し部分2Aの弾圧部分がスポット的に分散するため、ロール紙2の繰り出し案内のスムース化と、その千切れ防止とがそれぞれより一層確実になったし、前記上蓋3の前辺刃先4としては、ポリエステル・エラストマなどの柔軟で表面摩擦が大きい可撓弾性プラスチックで櫛歯状に射出成形した柔軟な刃先板を取着して用いてもよい。
